My wife and I had to have a mirror cut down to size and needed it done pretty quickly. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. Highly recommended!

Someone broke into our house through a bedroom window. I called this morning and within an hour Pat was out here and replaced the glass. Great timely service and excellent workmanship.

Its not easy to find a glass store these days. I needed to replace two glass shelves, and fortunately I found this place. Its a small store with a very helpful owner that gave me all the options I needed to have the right glass shelf. Next day the glasses were ready for pick up and the price, for my surprise, was way below of what I thought it would be.

Amazing customer service called they had my glass replaced the next day they cleaned up the messy broken glass all for about $300. They came out during a storm but got the job done I under 20 minutes.

Tried to do business with this company but whoever answers the phones here is unprofessional.Me: I want to get a quote.Him: Everyone is at lunch.Long pause......Me: Do you want me to callback or.....Him: yeaMe: So everyones at lunch and noone else can help?Him: yeaOr just dont list your business on Google if you dont want people to call you. The other reviews here tell me they do good work, but I can only imagine how hard it is to get a problem fixed if this dude answering phones is your contact.You can roll the dice if you want.But Ill pass on these guys.

Tried calling twice in one day to have a broken window repaired. The first call was not returned and he second call was taken by a very rude and non professional gentleman who basically acted like he didnt want my business. He told me that they stop taking service calls at 1pm when it was only 12:15. When I told him we had called earlier, he smartly replied Well we were probably on the roof working. Terrible customer interaction and will never call for service again. Their competitors will benefit from their disrespectful etiquette.
