Me and my family have been blessed with all the help that we’ve been receiving from the Central Florida Diaper Bank. Thankful for all the staff members and all the hard work they put on to keep helping families like ours, giving us diapers, baby wipes, food, good quality clothe and clothe in good condition for the baby, car seats etc. Aside from all that they also have a zoom call program where every parent can join, received Education and Information about how we can keep our babies and children safe. The same way that they’ve been helping us they’ve also help a lot of our family members in need, every time we receive something we try to give back like clothe in good condition and diapers, so they can help other families too. This organization has helped my family and I out so much. From diapers & wipes to clothes, food and baby bags, they provide it all. Best place to call when you’re pregnant or have children. Highly recommend❗️

I dont understand ANY of the positive Post. They will NOT give you any information over the phone. They have you drive to a very far out location that has no signs at all. Then ONLY AFTER they Copy your IDs and take down all your information are you told they ONLY provide maximum 1 Small pack of Diapers per MONTH. I dont understand how a couple days worth of diapers is suppose to be a huge help especially if you are not close the drive there alone can cost you more than the 1 pack of diapers and if you do not have transportation or reliable transportation you are out of luck. But most people who have not been in need seem to think the this organization fulfills the need for the Orlando area.

Amazing service to all people in need of diapers, staff extremely helpful.

Not sure why there are so many reviews that are negative but these are not a proper representation of the organization. This is a great place for families who need help. If you call, they will return your call as soon as possible. If you see they are only open on Fridays to answer calls. I highly recommend this place to those in need.

The worst place to offer help. They only do it for the looks. I waited in line for more than 45 min with my babies in the car and they waited until I reached the front and said they ran out of food boxes. They bring a camera crew to record the even each time and it seems that’s all they care about! Food harvest is a lot better than these show offs! I don’t recommend you support them. Very dissatisfied!!!

I don’t know where I would be without the help of Central Florida Diaper Bank. After a surprise pregnancy and having to choose between diapers and gas or groceries, they have graciously helped me provide basic essential needs for my now 2 year old time and time again.

They have provided diapers and wipes many times for my niece. People need to realized you are given stuff for free and yet you complain. They are here to help you.

Unfortunately my experience, It was not good.Since I arrived at the site on the day of my appointment they were disrespectful.The documents had another name and I insisted that they put the right one, they told me that they would change it. They will send me information to the email and they did not.When scheduling my 2nd date, they treated me very badly. Since the arrival of the Mrs. She yelled at me, It was very despotic, they did not get my documents, they did not get my information, I am not looking for my application to sign to enter the program on the first day.Congratulations to the other people who have been well cared for (maybe there have been different people than those who cared for me).For me it was unpleasant and discouraging that they say that they are here to help, support and inform and it is the opposite; Very disappointing, since I attended for help, for being an immigrant and newcomer to this country and they treat you like that.
