I had the best experience my entire pregnancy. From the prenatal care up until I was walking out from delivery. The staff is really great & I highly recommend meeting Ms. Katrina. She really made sure everything was awesome. I had the pleasure of Becky delivering my baby via pool & must say, she’s the best. She stayed calm my entire labor and really pushed me to keep going with the natural process 😊

Hello lovely ladies! I would like to leave my review as means of appreciation to the courtesy and professionalism of their staff! I received my prenatal care here and it was an amazing experience. I felt like every time I left the place it was a therapeutic session, very comforting and encouraging. Shout out to Mary - my favorite midwife and of course miss Jennie who personally got to assist me and my husband with the issues we faced during our pregnancy. Highly recommend to all who are considering their prenatal care!

We had a perfect experience delivering my first baby. I chose to drive an hour per appointment and during labor to deliver here. Jennie is so amazing and put me and my husband at such ease since day one. The staff was super great an helpful. We loved Jennie so much that I was hoping to deliver with her, but we wound up with Lanee who was just as wonderful and sweet and everything turned out perfectly. I trust this practice 100%. We hope to have future babies here!!!

The only reason im not giving the full 5 stars is because their receptionist is extremely unprofessional and rude. She speaks to the patients like they are her neighbor or something. They need to change her ASAP.! On the other hand the rest of the team is amazing, very pleasant and caring. Ms. June is wonderful.!

The Birth Place is a wonderful place to receive and deliver your baby in a warm, happy, and safe environment. I delivered my first baby with Jennie and her amazing staff in 2006. I loved the experience so much that I had to return in June 2016 to deliver again. The entire office is very professional and friendly. My only complaint is that I could not take my midwife and nurse home to live with me, they made my delivery as comfortable as possible. The Birth Place will forever have a special place in my heart for assisting me in maintaining healthy pregnancies and delivering healthy babies. I would highly recommend The Birth Place to any and everyone in need of prenatal care!

Ill start by saying that the entire staff are amazing! This is my second baby with the birth place and both experiences were great.To add on, they helped me during a difficult time. I dont want to name any one person as this whole team of women are altruistic, kind, courteous and I am truly indebted to these wonderful ladies!

My appointment was at 9:30am and I force to wait till 12:20pm to be see, I ask in the waiting about the wait time and every other patient was in a long period of wait as wellDo not come here you will have to wait at least 2 hours in order to be see.They really don’t care about the patients because it happens very very very often.There were 20 seats on the rooms and still have some moms Pregant that had to wait stand up, unbelievable 😥😥😥😡

At The Birth Place you will be greeted with a hug and the staff will know your name. Children are welcomed and made to feel more than comfortable from the front desk to the midwife team. This is also the only place that would address my low hormone levels which is why I drive here all the way from Tampa, FL, simply because they are the BEST!!! If you are looking for a friendly, caring and positive environment while also maintaining professionalism, this is the place.

Highly disappointed. I had my first son here about 8 years back and when I found out I was pregnant again.... this was definitely where I wanted to come. The first child was amazing, the staff were great, I met my doctor the first visit and received all my images and treatments and appointments were just great. This time around has me beyond pissed and I will NEVER come back here. Most of the staff are extremely unprofessional, it took forever to get my first appointment because they never answer the phone but swear they’ll call you back (they don’t), they make you pay for sonograms if you want one which I’m trying to figure out how th you’re going to track my child without one every once in awhile. I have YET to meet my doctor and one of the staff members literally was one word away from being told about herself!!! This place isn’t what it used to be and I promise I will not be back here once I do decide to have more children. Shoot I’ll still be waiting on them to return my phone calls from this child trying to reschedule appointments

Let me start off by saying run as fast as you can. Don’t go to this office. First of all I don’t even want to give them one star. It all started like thi So I had a phone call from a person name juana a hour before my appointment and she cancelled me. Why I don’t know. She didn’t even explain why how professional is that .I said I was not taking no for an answer and I went to the office. When I went to the office I asked for the manager. I got a chance to explain to Katina the manager about the issue and she was so helpful she helped me with getting my sonogram and she listen to me and was apologetic for the incompetent staff with no good customer service. I even got a change to speak to Jennie jospeh the owner she tried to send me to the hospital and she didn’t even help the situation instead of finding out why her staff called me to cancel I didn’t go to hospital because I didn’t want to go it was too far ans I had to pick up my kids and I don’t think it was fair for her to solve it by sending me out when her staff messed up Any how, run fast don’t stop there are other pregnant offices out there . The ultrasound lady and Katina are the only ones that have sense in that office thanx to them for their help.

My wife is a patient there, and I absolutely can say I love the way the entire staff takes care of not only my wife, but me as a new father! They give you information at each appointment, and make sure you leave without any unanswered questions. We drive an hour and half to come to this clinic and we will continue! Best care ever!

I couldnt say anything but the best for the Birth Place! 2006 and 2009 had my son and daughter with them and now 2018 and im back! Loving,Caring,Team. Especially Nurse Trina who has been there since or before 2006. You Guys are the best!!

Both Locations are Awesome.. I have never had a bad experience and everyone is very nice.. I would definitely recommend a family member or friend.

Wonderful staff, nice, quiet, clean building. I had my first baby there and am about to have my second there as well. All the midwives are very caring and sweet! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Horrible staff I dont even think they deserve one star! My nurse Alexis put my tubes and needle for my blood test on top of a garbage can!! My arm is so swollen and rock hard where she inserted the needle! The staff is rude and completely incompetent! I called 6 days ago telling this I thought I had a UTI at 11.5 weeks pregnate and they wouldnt se me until Monday Alexis swore shed prescribe me something and send it to the pharmacy by Monday evening irs now Wednesday and the manager spoke to me and said Alexis wasnt even allowed to send prescriptions!! So almost a week later Im still dealing with this I do not reccomend anyone coming to this place! Between the staff and the facility itself is an infrction waiting to happen!Update: over a week later they sent in my antibiotics! Unreal I went to winnie palmer and. Was taken care of immediately! Im already finished taking my antibiotics and feeling a million times better! I cant believe they would put anyone through that! Horrible establishment

The Birth Place is a clean facility, the staff is caring and warm and available for all of your pregnancy needs. If youre looking for a professional group of dulas look no further you have found the perfect place for you and your baby.

They may be a great place to deliver a baby. I will never know, because I could not make an appointment. They ghosted me. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Never answers the phone. How do you expect to communicate with guests or potential guest through continuous voicemails.

I attended their easy access womens clinic on W Colonial. It was THE WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL experience I have ever had!! To start off the nurse wrote my name incorrect on all my paper after me handing her MY handwritten papers that she had with her, this clearly let me know she never reviewed my paperwork but only looked through it to gather some information obviously my correct name not being part of it, I mean not even incorrect spelling it just was not my name at all. Second while the nurse is asking me about my medical history and the medications I am taking, idk why but she felt the need to make the comment WOW IM GLAD YOU KNOW ALL YOUR INFO AND STARTED TAKING YOUR PRENATALS, MOST BLACK MOTHERS WHO I MEET ACT LIKE THEY DONT KNOW THEY NEED TO START TAKING VITAMINS WHEN THEY FIND OUT THEY ARE PREGNANT, I MEAN I KNOW WE LIVE IN PINEHILLS AND THE OFFICE IS LOCATED IN PINEHILLS BUT COME ON YALL NEED TO DO BETTER . Yes this is a black women and I am also black but I was shocked, first off Im not from pine hills second not everyone is raised in a good background some ppl truly dont know better, how rude of you to think you could make that comment to me because we are the same race and that I would be okay?! Yes I pay very good attention to my health and so I have been on top of the steps I need to be taking during my pregnancy but Im sure that has nothing to do with race or what city you are from, but simply how you where raised and choose to carry yourself. Third that same nurse then drew my blood which my arm hurt for a week and a half exact, and I continued to bleed when she was done, thats never happened before. Fourth I called the nurse one day due to emergency and got no one, thank god for the emergency hotline who was able to help me. Fifth I called the Easy Access Womens Clinic one afternoon to inquire about my upconing appointment, my question was what exactly will take place at my upcoming appointment? After receiving an answer from the receptionist that I didnt feel was good enough I then asked When will you run test on my baby for down syndrome or any health defects, or do I need to find a more qualified location to do so? The RECEPTIONIST then went on to explain to me that they already ran these test that I had no idea about and had not consented to as yet and that no call back means my blood work came back good.. That just wasnt good enough for me she then proceeded to tell me that the information I was telling her about a patient at another location is because they are high risk thats the only reason the test where ran. (The patient I speak of is my best friend who is not a high risk pregnancy). Sixth, the morning of my appointment I called the clinic due to the fact that I was suppose to have an early glucose test ran that morning just for confirmation because I started noticing a pattern with them, when I called the receptionist informed me that the test was not scheduled there where no notes on my file and that I was scheduled for a regular prenatal appointment. I continued to tell her I have the paper work, and now she is informing me that the test has not been scheduled and she apologizes on behalf of the clinic. I let her know due to the lack of communication, and screw ups from their staffing I will not be furthering my pregnancy with them I would like to transfer my records, once again the RECEPTIONIST apologizes on behalf of the clinic and says she will inform the staff this will be my last appointment. That afternoon I attend my appointment and when speaking with the midwife I asked her about the down syndrome test the RECEPTIONIST told me they ran, she informs me that she spoke with her on that situation and let her know she should not have given me medical information especially because she was wrong! So they ran NO test on my baby, they also passed the time frame for some important exams and test to be ran that can no longer be done due to how far I am in my pregnancy now. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS EASY ACCESS WOMENS CLINIC TO ANYONE! Something needs to be done about the staff.

WORST most hood rat office in orlando, very unprofessional very unorganized, staff has zero courtesy, office not up to par, located in the middle of the ghetto. Wait times excessive, no ultrasounds. And they only schedule appts on Monday or Tuesday. Please find yourself better care!!! Zero stars

100% recommended! The attention is wonderful, all the staff are super friendly and ready to answer your questions. I really feel very grateful to all the midwives, they are so sweet as if they were your family!

A good place where they take care of you with a lot of care and dedication they understand you without getting caught I liked it because they understand the pregnant woman with all her complications and answer all your questions 😀
