The Blue Team is nothing short of a miracle! I have used other cleaning services and they dont even hold a candle to the amount of cleaning The Maids performed on my house yesterday. The attention to detail, the efficiency, the sheer quality, Im stunned. Their prices are reasonable, especially when compared to what I previously paid and what I previously received at these other companies. This was only my first cleaning but I have no reason not to expect miracles on my monthly cleanings also. Yadira (the team leader) was incredible, communicating really well with her team and also with me as needed as they moved through my house. I hope Blue Team is always assigned to my cleaning schedule but Im sure any team will be equally phenomenal. Very pleased to have found this company!

I love The Maids... they arrive like a swarm of bees, jump into their individual responsibilities, focus on their tasks and work hard the entire time theyre in my home. Once my home is cleaned, they ask me to check everything to ensure Im satisfied, and then theyre gone. They are meticulous and never waste time by chatting and socializing amongst themselves... they simply excellently clean my home each and every time Ive used them... worth every penny👍

The two ladies who showed up were really nice, very professional and friendly. They did a great job with our move out cleaning. The place was spotless and ready for the next tenant to just come in that day. Overall an awesome experience that was affordable and fair.

I had an investment property in Orlando. I am out state female, my parents, in their 80s, but highly functional, met the maids. They misquoted on the phone. The scamming began as soon as they got in the door and saw my parents age. The quote magically doubled. Then the two maids started working in sloooooow motion. They wanted extra for this, extra for that and We dont do windows. My parents kept calling me, One maid is on the phone, the other is barely working. I called the central office to complain, and they did nothing. I had them kicked out at the hour mark, and asked mt credit card company to dispute charges. Think again before trying to steal from a New York female business owner and mentally agile parents!!!!

HIRE THESE LADIES! you will not be disappointed! I have had my house cleaned by the maids twice now and both times i was absolutely amazed at how thorough, professional, and friendly they are! I usually dont hire a cleaning service but my house was a disaster and i needed it to look good for visitors during the holidays, the maids were able to accommodate my schedule and were very easy to work with! the cleaning of the entire house (including inside the fridge, the bathrooms, i mean you cant find a spot these ladies didnt clean) took approximately two hours, with a team of 4 or 5 thats like 10 hours of cleaning! and it shows! I dont often have 5 cute girls in my house but they went out of there way to make sure i didnt feel intruded upon! i can not recommend this service enough! thank you blue team, and thank you Yadira!

We have been using this service for nearly two years now and weve been extremely happy. They are communicative and reliable and we feel absolutely secure with each of the clean teams (although were partial to our Blue Team). The price point is a tad higher than other ones we shopped, but you really get what you pay for. Our house literally gleams from every corner when theyre done. Its like magic. IMPORTANT: They are excellent at dealing with pets. Even our escape artist has never even come close; they know exactly how to handle him. :)

I have been using The Maids for occasional cleaning services for a couple of years. I have always been very pleased with there work. They send a team of 4 to your home and theyll clean spots youve probably never thought to clean :) I am writing this review specifically because they deserve extra kudos for going the extra mile when something unfortunate went wrong with a cleaning. Let me first make clear that I believe the mistake would never happen again, as their standards are very high and, as previously stated, I have been using them for years. The owners were so upset about what happened, they completely refunded my clean and in addition to that had my dining table not just touched up, but completely refinished. They also handled picking up the table, taking it to be refinished (by truck) and returning it to us. It was so far above what I expected. They truly care about the reputation of their business and the quality of their service. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them without reservation.
