I called them for cleaning of my dryer duct, they worked for about 15 minutes and said it was done. when I used the dryer it got very hot like it never has before, I called the company back and found that the person answering the phone is only a service, they said they would call the technician and he would call me back, he did call and returned on Sunday to see what the problem was, he went in the attic and checked the attic vent and found it clean then using a mirror and a flashlight we were able to confirm that the dryer vent was clear. this is great customer service. he made a second trip for no charge to address my concerns. this company deserves 5 stars

The technician I worked with today was very skillful, polite, and very personable.He put on mask,gloves & shoes cover. So this is COVID-19 free company. He perfectly addressed the cleaning out of my dryer vent in just a matter of time without any fuss. He explained everything to me about the process and how it was being completed. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
