Actually the people were good but honestly it took 7 plus business days to get my results to the Doctor which after being told it should take no mare than 3 days. WOW this really put me in a bad situation as i needed to communicate with my company the results and i had nothing to share with them. I am not a huge fan of Quest but at least i never had issues with getting results turned around in a timely manner. Also the delay was stated tat it was labor issues due to Covid i am so over this excuse please lets just do our jobs again and starting producing results.

The Lab Tech today was very helpful & knowledgeable when I dropped off the lab specimens for my home-care patient.

Never on time. If one makes an appointment at a certain time it is guaranteed that you will be late to your next appointment. Staff is not kind. Also there is not a resident tech. Always someone different.

Excellent service, friendly and they attended to us quickly. In addition, the place is very hygienic. I recommend it.
