Took my aging BMW X5 in for a full top to bottom service / inspection. Was planning on selling it. After the great service, fair prices, great advice and honest inspections, decided to keep the car primarily because I had found a location to return to that I felt would take real care of a 12 year old car. Also loved their web based inspection software. Everything at a glance, red, yellow, green, easy to understand notes. Also loved their communication tools, they call, texted updates, and finally left the car show room clean when I got it. Better than a $150 detail job I recently got. Can recommend these guys highly enough.

I felt like you don’t get the personal touch you do from most shops. I tried the shop since it was so highly recommended. If I am going to pay a premium to get work done on my car I expect better service. Dealt with the service advisor the whole time which doesn’t really know much about cars. I would’ve liked a call from a tech at least for advice. I really feel like I was robbed and charged a lot of money and the car Is still the same. I have to say I really didn’t like my experience there. Wouldn’t recommend. I wouldn’t really call them honest I think they were just trying to make a quick buck!

Great service, reasonable price and the best part is if you own a foreign vehicle such as a Range Rover, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Ferrari, you can get the service you need done by certified mechanics at this location. The dealerships are sometimes too far from Ocoee and Winter Garden. Or simply too busy to get you’re vehicle in in a timely manner. I recommend their service and I will be using their service again in the future.

I went in for a B0 service on a CLC 63 AMG. They accommodated me on short notice and provided us with transport back and forth to a restaurant while the service was being performed.Absolutely A1 service at a reasonable price without a push to sell you unnecessary extra maintenance which happens often at dealerships.

Five stars. I highly recommend this place. They also work on Japanese vehicles. I have a 2012 Lexus LS460 that needed all new front suspension bushings. Lexus of Orlando was going to charge me around $5000 for this repair. JSI did it for half the cost and warranty their parts for 3 years/30k miles. They did the repair in two days, and now my car rides better than most brand new cars. Its like driving a new car again. My suspension does not rattle over bumps anymore. Their waiting area is also very clean and tidy, unlike many other mechanic shops.

Could not be happier with the service provided. Staff was knowledgeable and communicated everything every step of the way. Prices were fair and service was completed quickly and efficiently. Exceeded my expectations in every regard.

These guys are amazing! The place was super clean and the staff was friendly. Based from past experiences with auto services, I was expecting hidden costs and other BS/issues mechanics normally try to push onto customers to rack up charges. However, these guys were genuine and honest and did nothing of the sort. I came in, got serviced in under an hour and left. Nothing like Ive experienced before. They send you a text with a link indicating the progress of the vehicle and inspection report, with visuals and pictures. It was really innovative. Jovanny, the owner, notified me of a water pump leak that I was unaware of. He suggested I go to my dealership to see if they will cover it under warranty. This is the kind of service I look for and am extremely pleased that I received it today. I definitely feel like I can trust them with my vehicles. I have been looking for a service provider close by to service my Porsche so I didnt have to drive an hour to the nearest dealer. The issue with many other service providers is that they dont want to work on some European cars due to specialized tools or certain precision tools required for these vehicles. Not only did I find JSI European to be fully qualified, but Jovany and his team have a real passion for these vehicles. Complete front and rear brake replacement including rotors on my Cayman done on time and at the estimated price. I was updated through the day on the process. Awesome job! Will definitely return for future repairs or maintenance.

After receiving two quotes for an oil change of $380 and $600 from the Porsche dealer I decided to look around for something more reasonable, but also a fully qualified mechanic to perform an oil change on my aging Porsche Cayenne. I found JSI while searching the internet which had outstanding reviews. I called, made an appointment, showed up, had my fully synthetic oil and filter changed for a much more reasonable price. I found the experience outstanding. Very nice facility with very friendly and prompt service. Will definitely be returning.

I brought my car in the morning for an Oil change. Which was promptly done and I would give them a 5* rating. During the oil change JSi discovered that my tires where worn so bad that the threat showed and they needed to be changed asap. I was very pleased to have this kind of oversight and letting me know of this dangerous condition.They arranged the tires and I came back in the afternoon for a change.Again a 5* for the speed.Within an hour the tires where changed and as requested by me they put the front tires in the back and vice versa. Little did I know that on an X6 you CAN NOT do that... This should be known by them and they should have advised.After driving the car home I went to get gas and while refueling I saw that the tires where absolutely wrong as the front tires came out of the line and the rear tires where too far in. The tires CAN NOT be rotated!!! If you don’t know that fact you should have at least seen it... It is clearly visible (the picture doesn’t do it justice....)It was now 7 pm and I can not go back tomorrow tomorrow or the next days I jacked the car up and this is when all fell apart and I found out of the poor job they have done.I almost couldn’t get the screws open as they clearly over torqued them. I needed to use a long extension to loosen all the screws.One screw did not come out and after numerous attempts I finally could release it... It was screwed against the thread. Thus the Screw is bold now and unusable... (picture will be uploaded tomorrow)I have never seen such a poor work to mount tires on a car.I will call them tomorrow and ask for an explanation..Update:Just received a very nice call and they are very helpful to rectify the screw issue...I will update again and change the rating as soon as the issue has been solved...I am very pleased the way the complain has been handled...

Ive had two repairs done at JSI European Specialist on my 12 BMW 328i. I had the undercarriage cover, oil pan gasket, and valve cover gasket replaced. The work was completely in a timely manner and at a fair price that was much better than Fields BMW price. The service was great with a honest estimate with pictures. I will gladly continue to take my European automobiles to JSI European Specialist for maintenance and repairs in the future.

Courtesy honesty and speed of service. I had an earlier work order from a BMW dealer that said that my brakes needed replaced. This guy checked the brakes and advised that all I needed was to add brake fluid. He could have easily charged me for new brakes but was honest enough to tell me the truth. The prices here were significantly lower than at the dealership.I would easily recommend him to my friends and anyone that wants good services at a reasonable price

The automotive repair industry seems to be where many can be intimidated and confused as to what is a legitimate repair and what is a repair shops intent to inflate the price. I was thrilled when I came across JSI in Winter Garden.Jovany and his team are professional, communicative, and candid. I wanted to know what exactly needed to be done, what should be done, and what I would need to pay attention to in the future. JSI did exactly that, providing an inspection report that was detailed with high res photos and showed me exactly what issues I was facing. I dropped off my BMW early in the morning and received constant updates throughout the day, got all of the necessary approvals from the warranty company, and even got the car done sooner than expected.One of the most positive automotive repair experiences I have had here or anywhere else.

Heres what I love about JSI...they employ certified MASTER techs from Audi, Mercedes, Jaguar-Land Rover, and BMW. That means they can work on your more standard 3-series, E-Class, etc, as well as your Audi R8 (and Lamborghini Gallardo), AMG cars, BMW M-cars, Jaguar F-Type, etc. They are the only shop I let work on my cars. They do brilliant work, have incredible customer service, accurately priced, and will shuttle you home or work while you wait.

Jovany has always been very professional and knowledgeable off my Cls 63 amg. Love my car and was always a little afraid to take it anywhere but Mercedes but after being here a few times I trust them 100% and save a ton of $$$. I highly recommend.
