Anything that I have ordered that has been shipped through UPS has resulted in incorrect or incomplete address and my items never get delivered. I have lived here for over 10 years, in this exact same house. I even double check my address is correct when I notice UPS is handling my package. If my address were incomplete or incorrect, why is it that Amazon, USPS, and FedEx can find my address with no problem?
Let me tell you what, I can’t say enough positive things about Amber that works at the customer center! Give credit when credit is due and she is top notch! After multiple calls from UPS 800 number and no resolution, Amber was able to help me and she went above and beyond. So pleased with her and how hard she works for the customers!And the driver Adam is awesome! So friendly and very professional with all deliveries.
When you order something that states 2 day shipping… expect it to arrive in 4 days because your stuff will have to sit at this facility for 2 days.
I received a package that was not mine. Not my name, not my address. Similar address: same street number, but different streets. Same zip code. Simply wanted to get the package to the right person in a timely manner plus avoid having same mistake being made again. Not blaming driver—mistakes happen. But when a company is so averse to admitting their own mistakes that they keep a person on the phone for over 30 minutes, using techno-garble which ultimately directs them to a website that will not allow a wrongly delivered package to be reported because the person who received the package was not their customer (whew) and therefore could not log in----- there is definitely a problem. All I really wanted was to speak to an actual person, which I finally did after about an hour of my time wasted. This person, however, would not direct my call to a manager as requested. I was told information would simply go to driver to correct – the one who made a mistake, yes, but did not create the virtual logjam in communication. Management needs to know how very difficult simply reporting a problem to this company is. Extraordinarily poor “non”-customer-trying-to-do-the-right-thing-service! No further platitudes restored the time that was wasted with this company. I delivered the package myself.
Horrible experience with UPS in general. Ive been chasing my package around for a week. “Missed delivery” attempts when someone was home. False information about scheduled pick ups. Driving to site to find my package was sent out again when note was left saying final attempt. Website errors when following directions. Nearly impossible to get a real person on the phone. Horrible experience.
I don’t even know where to start with the experience I had here but his name was Robert and he help me out so much I had two big boxes that I bought from Lowe’s and he kindly help made the boxes smaller to help save on the shipping and was as friendly as he could be he actually talked about his job and seem like he cared and enjoyed his job and he took care of everything for me I just wish everyone was as friendly and engaging as Robert was it would make every day a pleasant day . Thanks again Robert I will go back just cause my experience was so great

I ordered medicine for my dog and paid the extra shipping to get 2 day shipping. On the 2nd day, March 5th, I recieved notification that my delivery was expected by 12:45 pm. Using the Wheres My Package feature I could see that the truck was indeed in my general area. I later recieved an adjusted expected time of 9:00 pm. I then recieved an updated delivery by March 8th by 9:00pm. The last two tracking details were Processing at UPS Facility at 6:55 am and 8:28 am. No movement or notifications this week at all.This is not the first time a package was out for delivery just to return to the processing facility

The supervisor here is very rude, and does not care one bit if you get your delivery or not!!! I had a driver SAY they attemped a delivery and that they couldnt get up my driveway which is a total LIE!! They never attempted...he puleed in my driveway...sat 30 secs..never got out..then left.Sent in that it was undelivered due to me not being home.The supervisor backed HIM and was so rude and hateful to me.She told me to open my door and sit there all day and watch for him to come.. REALLY???
I wouldnt have had to go at all if the delivery driver had actually let me know he was there. I was at home all three times he snuck a note into my mailbox or threw it in my yard. The actual visit was fine except that only one of two people up front were working (which meant there was a line) and NO ONE who came to the front room from the back was wearing a mask.
The gentleman at the front counter was very helpful. He found the package I was looking for and a short amount of time.
The drivers leave between 8-9 most morning so expect it to be congested and between 6-7 in the evening.

I was told yesterday I would receive a phone call today by noon from your specific location. Your driver never left the package at my house, and no one from your store has called me back what so ever.
Horrible customer service by one middle age gentlemen in specific. Asked if I could use one piece of tape due to being out of shipping tape to be responded to with a smart a** reply well you can buy some at the dollar store, Ill do it this time but not again. Sir if this is what you think customer service is you should be removed. Much less the fact you did this in front of two other customers. Maybe you should take some lessons from the other gentlemen that is a lot of times there in the afternoons, he is polite and very professional. I hope UPS understands how mad I am at this at this time, and seriously thinking of taking our business shipping back to FedEx!
Efficient, polite, and quick.... and patient as i scanned through my phone trying to figure out how to get the Amazon return code.They have great greeting cards too.I especially like that they are open every day of the week. I was returning a phone and didnt want to risk shipping it without a receipt.
I ordered 2 live turtles with next day delivery. The driver marked the package as delivered at front door, but he never did deliver anything. After a bunch of calls they said that they dont know where the package is. They couldnt get any information from the driver (like he dont know where he left it). They said that they would deliver before 9pm,, but this never happened. It was all lies. They do not care about your stuff. Maybe the driver kept my turtles for himself, after all, they hire felons to do this deliveries. How can you not know where you left the package??They are liers and very very bad at what they do. I would give them 0 stars if I could.DONT USE UPS!!!

Today I have a package that stated it was delivered. To my surprise when I got home it wasn’t here. Tracking states the drive delivered. Upon calling UPS I was advised that the driver unloaded my package, brought it to my front door, then loaded it back up. Driver reported that “receiver request to hold for different delivery date”. Well this isn’t true be I’m the receiver and I was at work all day. After a 50 min phone call I was lied to and completely deceived. Might not seem like a big issue because it’s just a package after all. The problem lies in what was in the package. It was a kitchen sink that the installer need to complete a install of new countertops. Well it’s Friday and I’m 6 days it’s Thanksgiving. Guess I will just have to host my first family thanksgiving without a sink. Thanks UPS for the total disregard and lies that were told. Very person business ethics.
Not intended for this store. The toll free customer was horrible. Before someone is placed into a customer service position, please make sure that person can communicate fluently in english...that is, speaking and understanding as well. Therefore, incorrect information wont be given! What an inconvenience!!
Scary how easy it was for a young Hispanic guy in front of me to get a package without an ID, the man behind the counter said he did it out of good faith...the young guy even talked about anthrax! No ID and was able to pick up a package!! I will not be trusting UPS with my shipping anymore!

Needed an important package for work before flying out of the area to a conference. Despite the vendor sending the package late (due to be delivered by end of day) I was able to put a hold for pick up and get it before my flight in Winston!
Decent customer service here. Large operation and UPS trucks flying around every 30 seconds or so. But if you fail to have your package delivered around Winston, then this is where you go to pick it up. Kind of hard to get to but worth it to get high dollar deliveries.
No flexibility in secure deliveries. UPS needs more choice beyond home delivery such as pick up at a location and show identification.

Customer service lady was very nice and patient. I waited there for over an hour and then she told me the driver pulled the wrong package and went home. So I couldnt get it til Monday this was on Friday I wasnt upset with her but I think the supervisor should have done something about it. I wasted and hour and 20 minutes worth of gas for some elses mistake that the company wasnt willing to fix.I feel like something is not right with the drivers or who ever works in the back. Sense a girl walked in a few minutes after me and they told her the same thing.

The driver came to my house never got out of the truck. I call in to the winston salem Hub. They said they would have him to turn around and come back.. No show. I called 4 time up in to 8:00pm each time he was on his way still never a no show. This was my IPHONE I had order. At 5:38 pm Someone tried to enter my apple ID had to be the truck driver that took my iphone. They should pay the 1200 for my phone. this is why ups sucks .. FEDEX is the way to go..
They’ll tell you 300 different lies over the phone. Luckily my wife works a call center so she knows all of the tricks they pull. If they tell you a lie ask for the supervisor if the supervisor lies ask for a manager and keep going up the food chain until you find someone that takes their job seriously enough to tell you the truth. It’s a shame that people with union jobs that some people would die to have can’t even have the slightest bit of professionalism. Nothing but lies and rude representatives.

Since been going to this pick up center I just have really good customer service experience, and they always had my package. On rate of 1 to a 100 I give them a 100 thanks all of UPS :-)
For some reason UPS can’t seem to deliver a single package to us. They deliver Monday-Friday during business hours and if you aren’t home then they wont bring it back and take it to a pick up center. I guess I’m supposed to take work off to get a package delivered to me.

Always deliver when most people are at work. Take it to a pickup site halfway across town for pickup, and this Last time just today I get a notice that my package is in the pickup box, and its not there. Tried to resolve the issue on the phone and customer service was absolutely useless. Worthless employees who should all be fired.
Got my stuff and got out. Bought (2) tires. Couldnt be left at home without signature.

On Thursday, February 16, 2017, I took a package to the Kernersville UPS. The young lady informed me, it had to be sent by UPS Hub, since it was a refusal. She said, they would pick it up for a small fee. ($7.50) My phone GPS took me in a big circle, so I decided to call, and set up an appointment for pick-up. The guy (Andrul.Not sure how to spell his name. Could hardly understand him. English was not great) said, someone would be here on Friday, at 5 p.m. No one came. So I called again. And this guy said, it looks like they tried to get in touch with you. LIES! I told him, No one called, and No one came! He said, ok maam, someone will be there by 7:30. NO ONE CAME! 😠 THEY SUK! Too bad, theres not an option for Zero Stars!
This UPS location has weird hours and I seem to only go by there when they are closed during the day from 1-3pm. Customer service has always been super friendly though when I have gone though.

Driver just plain sorry, delivered 2 packages...one of them ammo which was clearly labeled. left them on the ground at the foot of the mailbox where any child passing by could have grabbed them, this driver would be liable...marshallgate drive 6/14/2017 at 555 pm....fire them
