I had them come do a job that was never rendered. Someone came out and promised to come back the following week because the guy said that he couldnt do the job by himself and would need the assistance of his brother. This company never contacted me back. I had to constantly call them to see when someone would eventually come back out to my home. My name and # was taking down several times to be contacted back .. but still yet no call or service rendered like promise. I will never call or recommend this company again.

The guy came out about 4 hours after we called. An older guy showed up. As soon as he got there he said it was too much digging and that he was an old guy and that he didn’t want to to the job. We offered to even help him but he just said he’ll pass and left. We wasted hours waiting for him to show up only for him to say that he would pass on the job. How unprofessional and lame this company is for even having someone like him as an employee. We ended up having to search for another company to do an emergency job and had to pay more money because it was at the end of the day just because this company is horrible. I have never seen a company that did that before. I would give them minus 10 stars!!! Horrible company.

A great company! They were easy to contact and pleasant to speak with. Most importantly they got the got the job done at a reasonable price.

We had a septic emergency and stated so in our after 6 pm call. The owner contacted us early the next day and even though he was a man down, he made arrangements to come and help us as soon as humanly possible. He was very understanding of our predicament. Even though we were able to get someone else to come out sooner, we give Sprinkle five stars for responsiveness and willingness to help! We called six other services and he was one of only two that returned our call. Would definitely call him again!

Did the inspection when we bought our house and wanted to use again to fix the issues mentioned in the report. Called once a week for 4 weeks. Each time the information was taken down with an apology that I hadn’t received a call back yet and a promise I would hear the next day. Appears multiple people have had this same issue. Ultimately had to use another company.

Came out within 15 minutes of my call. Although his equipment was too big to get in my fenced yard he recommended another service who will be handling the job. Thanks so much Mike!

Very impressed with Mr. Sprinkles customer service. Met me when it was convenient at 5pm to look at my issue. He explained everything I needed in detail and why. He also reminded me to check to see if my septic pump that needed replacing was under warranty before getting a new one. The price was fair and he left me with a peace of mind about the septic services he provided for my home. Definitely recommend!

Sept 2020 Update - I had a prior issue with no call back from Sprinkle, but that was resolved. I contacted Sprinkle to do the periodic pumping of my septic tank. They were quick, reasonably priced and thorough. I recommend them.

Have been calling for 5 days... Was told each time someone would return call but have not received a return call at all even after repeatedly telling the answering service that home has sewage backing up into house. They pumped my septic tank 17 months ago and provided good service then but now I would recommend looking elsewhere due to total lack of any response this time when it is crucially needed to be addressed. There can be no excuse for not even calling back for days!

Called several times across multi-days. My information was taken down every time, but no one ever called back. They use an answering service, so either they are not getting the messages or are too lazy to return calls. Either way, this is not how a business stays in business. They may be great, but who knows if they dont return calls. They might want to invest in a website so customers can at least email them. HEllO.... Welcome to the 21 century, Sprinkle Septic Tank. I would advise going somewhere else - save yourself the headache.

We have used Sprinkle many times over the last 5 years for many things. They did our inspection when we bought our house, came out for repair to ensure financing approval, came out to see if we needed repair when our basement flooded, and then did our inspection recently when we sold. I cant say enough kind words about this company. Very reliable and easy to work with!!!!

I highly recommend Sprinkle Septic Tank Co. I called the company on Thursday afternoon, after reading positive reviews online. They returned my call and scheduled me to have my tank pumped out on Friday morning. Mike arrived on time, emptied my septic tank in ~90 minutes, and made helpful recommendations for maintaining my septic system in the future.

The older Mr. Sprinkle doesnt talk much but he is one of the best backhoe operators I have ever seen.
