Is it common practice for your wife Mary to take a offer on a home in stokesdale on highway 158 to only within 3 hrs of not receiving checks after agreeing of the sale of the home. Or is that just a new covid 19 thing so you can gain ample profit of the sale of the home. Is that why mary was in a meeting when we reached out to you... Does the home owner know of your plans.. Or is this typical business .? You guys conduct unethical BUSINESS. Then try to blame the agent from the buyer. We have already reported you to ethics committe. Especially after the threats to remove bad Google review. We have already contacted our lawyer so we can discuss things further. But the threats need to stop. We have documents stating the process of the sale of the home if you need to look at them Samuel...

Business here is conducted extremely poorly.During the home buying process there was no communication between the incredible duo (like the website states). Two different agents accepted an offer on the same house, because there is no communication. That is a prime example of poor business. When the company is more money hungry than conducting good business practices that should speak for itself.If your wondering... i accepted a counter offer but since I was in the middle of my work day, I couldnt get you the due diligence check in 3 hrs time but could have 2 hours later.... all while still waiting for a reply from Mary.If using this realtor... make sure they communicate with you and with eachother.Update a few hours later ... I was contacted to take down my review. I will not take down my words becasue what was done was very wrong. Its shows the true integrity and business morale of the company. I will make sure to share with friends and family.Response to your fake reply...We have had other situations where there are mutliple offers, so im well seasoned and educated in that area. However there is documentation that says we were the first offer your seller accepted, but I assume only your wife would know that. We accepted your counter offer within minutes of receiving it from Mary. You may want to communicate better next time. Unless she is in a meeting.
