Used this service in an emergency and have been treated extremely poorly by them. Specifically by the employee (with no title) who handles the billing but does not appear to have a handle on the scope of her job. Please utilize a different radiologist, if possible, in order to save yourself loads of stress and hours of phone calls.

Took my wife to Jonesville Urgent Care in December charges as in network through Hugh Chatham for my insurance except they use a out of network radiologist Yadkin River Radiology. They charged me full price instead of negotiated price as in network. Overcharge of $89.75 so i deducted it from hospital bill and told them Yadkin River Radiology had their money. Then had to take her to the ER in May and told them in the ER to use Triad Radiology which is in network with my insurance but they used Yadkin River Radiology anyway so i am deducting the amount from them and since Yadkin River Radiology has that much more from what they have not reimbursed I am not paying that bill.... My Opinion use someone else...
