This place is amazing,and for the price? Its outstanding, Jeff went out of his way to coach me in salisbury, he drove to salisbury to coach me, I still give his info to anyone man woman or teen who is looking to learn. He does not water down your training based on experience, he gives you straight answers on where you can improve and where you struggle. He is the embodiment of coaching,where other places feed you things you want to hear to get your money,Jeff will always be honest with you and he has left an impression on me for a lifetime,his job is often thankless but he still shows up amd he believes in AMYONE who walks through those doors. His integrity and passion in unmatched.

I’ve only been training here for about 2 weeks and am brand new to BJJ however I wouldn’t consider any other gym due to the high level of knowledge and demonstration by the Professor. Great atmosphere with a wide range of a experience amongst other students. If you haven’t been to ground control, I would highly recommend it.

I have been a student of Jeff (the black belt professor) for 5 years and I cant say enough good things about him! He has a very thorough style and top notch instruction. Everyone at the gym is always super welcoming to new faces, and I quickly felt at home. Jeff is the realest guy you will ever meet, and sincerely cares about his students on and off the mats.
