I recently had some leather repair work done on the drivers seat of my 2017 Infiniti QX 60 and Mark did a fantastic job. You cant even tell there was ever a problem with the seat. Mark does great work at a fair price. I would highly recommend him for any leather repair needs.

I contacted Mark approximately 5 months ago regarding leather auto upholstery repair. He was very nice and we discussed options and price. The job wasnt a big one and was quoted at around $200. He told me he would call me back with when he would be able to complete the job and to this day, Im still waiting. I thought that maybe he figured for that small amount, it wasnt worth his time, but I would have at least appreciated a return call as promised to let me know that.

WOW - Everything about my experience here was SUPER! Very trustworthy individual that made me feel comfortable leaving my 2001 Toyota 4Runner Limited in his very capable hands. Something I wouldnt do with just anyone. Ill start out by saying, Im picky and ask a lot of questions up front to avoid a disaster situation for both of us later. Mark was patient and answered all my questions up front, allowed me to send him photos and videos of the damaged side panel of the front seats that I needed repaired. He asked me what I wanted accomplished and what my expectations were and he listened to ME! Mark never tried to take me a different route, never tried to upsell me on anything else, never pushed anything aftermarket on me, just gave me an original looking repair that never looked as if damage had happened to begin with! After, he advised me on the best product to use for moisturizing the leather, talked to me about best next steps for letting the repair cure (letting it sit for 48 hours if possible, not really necessary but Im a perfectionist) and offered to touch up anything that didnt look up to par later if anything happened or I noticed anything. Personally, I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a leather or vinyl repair - Youd be hard pressed to find anyone with the experience or passion that Mark has! Hes also a Toyota guy so that didnt hurt! THANKS MARK!

Contacted Mark about a passenger armrest repair on a Crossfire Convertible. He arrived on time and as he worked on the door I found several other areas in need of fixing as well. He did those and the work is outstanding. U would be hard pressed to notice any previous flaws in the leather or vinyl that he repaired. Very professional and talented artisan. Most places want to replace instead of repair but he has the talent to make like new again. Highly recommend his services to anyone.

Mark fixed a burn hole in my driver’s seat and it looks like it wasn’t even there to begin with! He did an excellent job. Reasonable rates and it didn’t take long at all. I would highly recommend him for your leather repairs!

I cant say enough about how happy we are with the amazing job that Mark did on our 20 year old sofa and chair. I was ready to get rid of both of them. They had food stains, oil stains and the sun had bleached the color of the leather.I now have a brand new sofa and chair, the stains are gone and the color has been restored. Mark did an outstanding job on my recliner. This is a top-of-the-line recliner and I needed it restored to like new. Mark went way beyond my expectations and when it was finished I was delighted. Holy cow! This guy is amazing! I didnt want to get rid of my aunts leather recliner for sentimental reasons. Everybody else told me it couldnt be repaired and that I should throw it out. There was a huge chunk of leather missing from the seat cushion and dried cracks in the leather throughout. Not to mention years of grime that I couldnt clean. Mark made it look like it had never been used. Completely made the hole disappear and cleaned the entire chair. The dirt and stains are gone and so are the small leather cracks. It doesnt even look like the same piece of furniture.

I thought my leather loveseat had been fixed because of a boo boo I had caused. According to Mark, it hadnt been fixed the right way. After seeing the way he fixed it and the time and care spent on it... wow. Great customer service, great price, great job.

Mark is a gentleman who works magic! We thought the abrasions in the loveseat were beyond repair. Mark worked meticulously for 3 hours, and it looks beautiful! Youd have to know there was an issue and hunt for it to find the difference.Mark also did a repair on the seat in our car that the seatbelt had rubbed. Youd never know there had been an issue.We will definitely use Mark again should the need arise.Gail McCarthy
