We needed a new yard mowing service last summer (2019). I found this company through Google. I was worried about using a service like this since we never had before. They put my mind at ease, were very clear on what services they provided and what they were capable of. It turned out to be a GREAT decision. They mowed for us and did the weed-eating of the yard. We have several dogs and they were also careful to follow our guidance on how to work around them.This past week, I needed our front hedges trimmed that had grown out over our porch railings. Yards R Us advised they could handle this and much sooner than we expected. I was shocked at what a great job they did. Not only did they trim them down, but also cleared a small path between the hedge and the front porch. This gave us a clear view of the ground and a much cleaner look to the front of our house.they really went over and above what we asked for.Any team that has come out to our house has been personable, friendly and did their job quickly and professionally. The owner, also calls to check up on the crews work and makes sure the customer is happy. I cant understand any bad reviews listed. They always work with us and our changing schedule. And any job theyve done for us has been very satisfactory. Would highly recommend them!

Yards by Us and its owner are super friendly and committed to customer satisfaction. I have used them for work at my home and have been very satisfied. He also volunteers his personal time, employees & equipment on a yearly basis to help maintain our Vienna Elementary School looking g professional and beautiful all year round! I highly recommend them!

Yards by us changed ownership in May 2014. The new staff and management is super friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend you give these guys a try. They do whatever it takes to make their customers happy.

Great staff, excellent service. I fired my old lawn company and Yards-by-us came in. Now my yard hasnt been this great in years. Everything from mowing to my irrigation system is top notch not one complaint. Thanks to the new owner Rich Martin.

The management and staff are very knowledgeable. Not only do they volunteer time and material monthly at a local school they also volunteer to maintain a Local sports complex. I would recommend this company to anyone

Ad: Free initial consult. Truth: agent came, began work without even speaking to owner. Confirmed by neighbor who confronted him. Charge was also excessive, even if Initial Free Consult is ignored. Would not discuss reason for questioning. Do not recommend to others.

Scheduled this company to pick up my leaves over a month ago. Often got no response to my calls. When they did respond with a date for service they didn’t show. I will never use them for any lawn service.

Very disappointed . . . first appointments and recommendations were good. I had fired the previous company, and had higher hopes for Yards By Us. Then, communication & service fell apart. Was supposed to call before first seeding and provide a water & care plan. They just showed up and only plugged & seeded front yard, not sure why they ignored the back yard. I called 4 different times over a 6 week period after that leaving messages and getting promises for a call back. Still have not heard back. Apparantly, there is an invoice on their books for the seeding. I assume will get a call back when it goes past due, Ive never seen an invoice.

If i knew then what i know now i would never have used this business i had stopped the service and they still someone out to my home and they stilled billed me and threated me until i paid the bill when i told the young lady i did not want the service she told me that would stop it and she did not the service sucks and the customer serivce is a joke they will call you until they get there money this place is so awful that i rather do my own lawn care myself. please stay away from this business chuck must be worlds richest person or really stupid wait until they double your bill or you want to change something.

This business is not trustworthy! Signed up for regular biweekly service and constantly had to remind them to come out. Caught them billing us wrong once and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But then, we went on vacation and came back to a yard that hadnt been mowed in a month! When I called to complain, I was argued with and told that all of their trucks have gps tracking so they check in everywhere they have been and that they mowed just last week. If this is truly the case then this company has a much bigger problem with dishonest employees. I had to text in photographs of the grass, 15 inches, up to my knees, to get them to come out. To top it all off when I received the call in reply to the photographs there was no apology what so ever!!! and a revised bill was sent with the crew charging me for that day, nope no credit for the time missed, no apology given. Kelly is a horrible manager. Undoubtedly a family member with no business experience. They have lost my business and every one I talk tos forever!Called back today to cancel service, explained why, still no apologies or remorse.

Over charged on cutting lawn and did an awful job on trimming and cutting. Do not recommend

Went on a walk in a park in Lewvisille and one of the rude mowers was deliberately mowing beside me and flagged me down and said something very inappropriate for no reason At all. I will take further action when this happens besides leaving a bad review.

I dont even use yards by us my neighbor does and they destroyed my fence in 2 spots, after 3 months of being lied to about the repairs the owner Richard said today he would not fix it or pay to fix it or let us file a claim against him this company is garbage there staff is garbage Michael that works there is the main guy I dealt with and he lied so many times I cant count do not use yards by us
