I’m posting under my husbands account because I don’t have one, but I got lip fillers today for the first time and am absolutely in love with them. Dr. White & her nurse were also very sweet and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely come back when I want more fillers. I honestly can’t get over the result!!

To anyone considering Dr. Anne Litton White & current patients of Dr. Anne Litton White, please heed the warnings of the other reviewers including this one. It is my love of mankind that Im writing this review as I dont want to see anyone else suffer in the physical & psychological way I have by the hands of this doctor.To start, Anne White is NOT board certified in dermatology. She is only board certified in family medicine. Board certification is of utmost importance especially when it comes to laser & cosmetic procedures. Unfortunately I learned this fact too late but hopefully sharing this will prevent others from considering Dr. Anne Litton White.Before trusting her to put a hand on you, please just google her name. The countless articles speak volumes. If only I had done this. Also, please go to the North Carolina Medical Board website and look her up. What you will find is a doctor who has been repeatedly reprimanded and has faced multiple disciplinary actions by the Medical Board from 2004 all the way to the present. As part of her disciplinary action for prior offenses she is required to employ a company mandated to monitor her practice. Current charges by the Medical Board assert that she lied to this company by claiming her office was closed during the early parts of the COVID-19 pandemic. This case is still ongoing. The Winston-Salem Journal has covered Dr. Anne Litton White extensively.She places the blame for everything on anybody but herself. She is deceptive and deficient in accountability and responsibility. She has a propensity to play the victim that everyone is out to get game. As further proof of this, consider reading the responses to all of the reviewers complaints. Every last one of these responses are written by Dr. Anne Litton White herself whether in first person or third person. Per usual, she will either claim this review is from some former disgruntled employee or she will claim that she looked through her data base and did not find that I was ever a patient of hers. Anne White, unfortunately I was a patient of yours but you will not find this name in your data base because I am writing this under an alias to protect myself from the vile person you are. Based on the way you have responded to other negative reviews, you clearly cant grasp the fact that people like myself have the right to warn others about you under anonymity. This fact doesnt make our warnings any less valid.To the public, I urge you to not be swayed by Dr. Anne Litton White or even myself for that matter. Research her for yourself. Staff was friendly. Experience was unusual for a “ medical “ facility. . Results were horrible. Went for laser tattoo removal of my ring finger. Black and red. First of all it was highly off putting to be charged in the exam room before procedure. I’ve never been to a doctor that got their money first, before the treatment. Red Flag.Technician did the black part with one laser. I was relocated to second treatment room for the red part. Apparently a different light spectrum to remove red. Dr White herself zapped the red. Took her several zaps to dial the laser in. Like she was not that familiar with her tools. Procedure seemed fine after that. . Scheduled second appointment for 10 weeks out. Was very expensive $170 per treatment.The black healed well and faded some. The Red, which the doctor herself did - got very ugly. I’m left 6 months later with a raised ring of scar tissue with zero fade of the color. I’ll never be free of this tattoo now because of how she scarred me. It’s still peels and itches to this day.I used their own system via email to cancel my second appointment but was still sent an invoice for $100 for missing my second appointment. This place feels like an unskilled shake down.I would think twice before using Dr White.

I have been seeing Dr. White since I moved to Winston-Salem in 2002. She consistently does an excellent job and she and her staff always make me feel welcome and pampered. For Botox and fillers she cant be beat.

I booked my consultation and procedure on January 8th, 2021 for my lip augmentation not really knowing what to expect considering Ive never had anything cosmetic done in my life. Im so very glad I did! Dr. White and her team were so very kind and skilled! Im in love with the results and will continue to come to Dr. White for any of my cosmetic procedures! Shes gained a life-long patient!

I had a skin pen procedure and it was great. Dr. White went over the procedure with me in detail. The staff also went over the procedure and after care in great detail. The procedure went exactly as explained. The procedure was painless and I had no down time. I got great results. I would recommend a Skin Pen advanced treatment plan to anyone. You get 3 Skin Pen procedures for $1500 and a free $450 Skinfuse Kit included. That is a great price compared to some others I got quotes from. The staff was really nice.

I have seen Dr. White for tattoo removal and for filler. I absolutely love her and her staff. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Dr. White recommended a lip filler that matched what I was looking for and listened to what I really wanted, which I think is so important. I will only see her for all of my cosmetic needs!

Please do not go see this Dr. Read the reviews people! She is extremely gifted in her aesthetics, she knows what to do to make you look your best, which is why its so sad she operates on such a shady level. When I went to get some botox, and juvederm, I told her I would like to see them open the syringe (box) it came in, since last time they had not. It took them 1/2 hour to find the keys to where they store their stock!! She reuses, to keep her costs down, and who knows if she reuses her syringes! I had lumps all over my forehead the first time, thinking that was normal. This Dr. should not be allowed to practice!

I know Dr. White and she is a wonderful person. Dr. White done my lip fillers this week and I am amazed at the results. I really love them. Dr. White does a excellent job with fillers and Botox. Doctor white is amazing she so friendly, the facility is very clean and welcoming. I been doing laser scar treatment on my 4 round so far it been painless I haven’t had to pain on none of my treatments so far. I was very spectacle about it at 1st? but I seen very promising result so far. I will be going into my last treatment in 2 weeks.

Dr. White is very professional, reassuring, and down to earth. She will not do something to you that she doesn’t feel won’t produce spot on results. Very skilled hands to the point you feel reassured she knows exactly what she is doing. It was 100% pain free if anyone is skeptical about having anything done for that reason. I have been other places and that has not been the case. The staff is so friendly and really really patient. It was a wonderful experience that I can’t wait to repeat!!!

Do not provide this office with your credit or debit card information until youve been seen! ! I have been fighting a flu that is killing people and this office is taking my money!! Very happy with the results of my tattoo removal process so far. Dr. White and her staff were kind and put me at ease. After doing research on tattoo removal businesses in the area, I decided to give Carolina Laser a shot. My first session was easy and pain free. I would give five stars, but haven’t had all of my sessions as of yet, but so far, the progress is great and I would recommend this business.

Awful, you use your staff to write reviews? I know who wrote the reviews and she works there. I wont be coming there ever again. I changed my name for privacy reasons. Two of my friends have left this practice and getting work else where . Completely unethical doctor and practice.

Went for lip fillers and from the time I called to make the appointment to the follow up i had a pleasant experience. I was a little scared to get this done but I was explained everything before it was done and Dr. White along with staff were all so sweet. I will be back !!!

She did laser liposuction procedure on me. The procedure was supposed to be painless. It was far from it. During the procedure, the belly button was not numbed. I was sedated during the surgery but grabbing at my stomach and begging them to stop because of the excruciating pain. It was a nightmare. Do not have it done.

The doctor gets her employees to write reviews they are a complete scam it’s all disgusting they got me and my family and you’ll see the honest real reviews mixed in with the fake ones . Do yourself a favor save some money and go else where they will take your money and leave u with little or no services

I must say, I was surprised at how unorganized they were, I have referred several of my clients to Ann, I was impressed with her from the first time I meet at sips and lips, but my experience I was disappointed, they couldnt get the amount straight at front desk, the first receipts was about 400 less than the amount. The lady was confused with amount I paid. My eyes have been extremely red and feel like I washed them with sand paper. Have eye exam in March, trying to get a earlier appointment. Cant see any difference in the lip line, which was still bleeding when I left. I just feel like, even after speaking to Dr White, that something was done incorrectly. Just disappointed, I am one that never does anything for myself. I was so excited, just to end up very unhappy.

Love this practice! They have the best lasers for everything. They got rid of my tattoo and my back hair. I have never had to wait very long. The nurses are very nice and efficient. Dr. White is awesome. I recommend this practice without hesitation.

I had an appointment there yesterday. When I arrived the doors were locked. I called over 10 times before someone answered and told me the doctor had a family emergency. I now find out on the news that she was served on Monday and is under investigation for using dirty needles and using under qualified employees to perform procedures. She may loose her medical license. I have a gift certificate there and want my money back.

Have had 2 sessions of tattoo removal and so far so great! I can definitely see a great difference. My wife comes here for botox and occasionally some fillers, she loves Dr. White and her awesome staff!

Got a great deal at the Spring Fling party at Carolina Laser and had my first session of Juvederm filler. I love the results. Little down time and went to work next day, no problems. The nurse was so friendly and made me feel at home.

I came to Dr. White to have her correct a local plastic surgeons mistake. I heard that she was a Lip Guru and that was absolutely right. Immediately upon arriving I was knew she was the doctor for me; her office is clean, quiet and comfortable. What I like most about her is she caters your treatment to your needs. Most women like the did she or didnt she refreshed approach; she also has clients like me that are young and hoping to achieve a more non-conservative look. She really listens and lets you follow your own aesthetic. She is a gold-level practitioner and very knowledgeable about her craft and facial anatomy. Also her rates are reasonable, which is one the many reasons I drive two hours to see her. I dont understand the one anonymous review staying the office was dirty, I thought the office was exceptionally clean. But then I put my face on my reviews.Update- four months later, it is time for more filler. I am getting botox done today and filler topped off next month. The filler has worn off evenly and without complication. Im still a Dr. White fan!

This place is a rip off. The price sounds decent over the phone for tatto removal, but when you get to the office its a total different price. The consultation fee is non-refundable and the service is not all that great. When you say that you can not get the service, the staff quickly tells you that they will walk your u to the door.

This doctor is the WORST. She hypes herself on the internet with ads and fake reviews (Im sure she writes most of them). Check her YELP reviews for a more accurate depiction of what you will encounter, should you so unwisely choose to spend your time and money here.I personally went to this practice and am sad to say I referred several friends to her. However only the first visit was a good one. The rest of them led me to believe she was stealing filler from the syringes that I PAID FOR. Those were expensive syringes!I sadly watched as one of my friends is left with permanent discoloration and a weird shape to her face. Ive seen her struggle to find a doctor who can help reverse this, to no avail. I feel horrible for her. I also watched as Dr. White had her lawyers serve her papers for writing an online review about it, and then wrote fake reviews for a business she use to own. Thank goodness she works elsewhere now, otherwise her reputation would be ruined -from a spiteful doctor, angry that someone dare speak the truth about her!I personally am disguising my own name, to avoid Dr. Whites harassment, but I assure you, I was a client. I get all my work done in Miami now, and warn every one to steer clear of this con artist.

I came into Dr. Whites office for one of their (free) lunch presentations on Botox and was able to learn so much. I was always afraid of the frozen face but they made me feel at ease that my face would look natural. I had my first appointment earlier this week and I am thrilled with the results! Ive been going to Dr. White for the last four years and I made an appt with her before current events. I read all the articles I could find and realized how inconclusive they were. I kept my appt with Dr. White who has always been professional, friendly and thorough. I feel she truly listens and acts in my best interest. I have gone to two other Drs in the Winston Salem area who specialize in cosmetic procedures and although they were good, Dr White was better in my opinion. Her expertise is exceptional. Im waiting for my 2nd laser treatment to remove a tatoo. Im very pleased with the results so far. I can barely see the wings now. The staff are nice and the rooms are clean. They do charge for using a credit card, so bring a check if you can. I also got botox last time, and she was very gentle.

I visited this place and I was hoping they will answer all my questions, I had to wait 35 minutes for Dr. Anne to see me, even though I was on time for my appointment. The girl that took care of me and request my ID card was extremely rude, she was looking at me like Im some kind of weirdo. After I was able to see Dr. Anne, she gave me a list with a bunch of products that according to her are going to make my skin look beautiful, the price for such products was over the roof. She spent 5 minutes in my room, she told me that the best laser for me is the Picosure, 4 sessions, 1 each month then once every 3 months and then she left.. the same rude girl from her staff walks in telling me the affordable prices, each session is $600 and that I need to pay before the session. I looked at her like: ARE YOU INSANE? I didnt get a chance to ask Dr. Anne my concerns about my skin, everything was so fast.Also, this business is registered like CAROLINA LASER & COSMETIC CENTER but when I saw my bank statements, the Consultation Fee for $110 is under the name of: CAROLINA FAMILY MEDICINE...They are probably doing some fraud to the insurances companies !Bad place, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and horrible service.

I attended Dr. White’s Sparkle Party” last week and was very impressed! Dr. White and the Botox and Vivier reps explained the benefits of their products in great detail. I scheduled an appointment for botox and the results are amazing! I left Dr. White’s office looking and feeling more beautiful and now I have excellent skin care products to use. I had been hesitant and debating on whether or not to get Botox for a couple of years, but no more! So happy! Thank you to Dr. White and staff!

Called to try and get some information. All staff was concerned about was the $110 booking fee. Could not tell me price per square inch, nor who would preform the procedure. Apperantly the price you are charged depends on how the doctor is feeling that day, whether you are white or black, short or tall, skinny or fat, and nothing to do with the customers actual needs or the size of your tattoo. No other business on earth could survive with this kind of pricing model.

I have been going to see Dr. White for over 14 years off and on. She is so meticulous and has a talent for botox and restylin (cant spell it). When she first comes in it is after her nurse has gotten all of the information and my wants and needs. Very thorough and kind. She and her staff are so empathetic and when she comes back into the room with me, her delay of coming back in was because she studies the before photos to get knowledgable about where the injections need to go. Since people have multiple sites on their faces for example, each area of the face is charged separately so that they give you an itemized list of how much it will cost and that lets me know up front what each thing (crows feet, forehead, lips...etc.) costs and I can pick which ones or all of the procedures. She really takes the time to stand back and study the muscles that may have drooped and she will let you decide, and she gives advice if you want it, which procedure I want. These procedures are intricate and complicated with nerves and muscle etc and to be talented, insightful, honest, caring and you will never find anyone as good and professional and talented anywhere. I drive 4 hours to see her. If I have to have the best, I go to her. I have had it from one up here in Boone and it was a disaster, bad bedside manner, could care less which muscles were the ones to inject or stay away from, and just started shooting me up, it was expensive, he was rude, got in and out as fast as he could and when I had a problem he refused to talk to me or correct it or refund my money wasted. And it did not last long.Dr. White, I am assuming by my experience, has to files for me. One for cosmetic and laser procedures not covered by insurance, and then she is also an MD and will also see you in the medical side and the insurance pays for the medical needs. She is wonderful!

Staff is always friendly. Dr. White always cares about the job she does and does not let you go until you are happy and she is satisfied.

They just lost me as a customer... I received VERY poor service from the administrative staff. I sent 5 emails to 3 staff members along with a follow up phone call (because no one responded to my emails) between July 31 and August 9 asking for a letter that my FSA provider requested. I never got it. I stopped in on August 15 explaining to the lady at the front desk my repeated attempts to obtain this letter, to which I was told she didnt get any of those emails from me and that the lady that I spoke to when I called no longer worked there... I told her that I was running out of time to get this letter to my FSA provider and that I needed it that day. I never got it (shocker). Now I have to pay the FSA provider back because they denied that transaction because I didnt provide the information within the 2 week time frame that I was given. Their lack of professionalism and customer service just cost me an unnecessary bill that Im now responsible for.

Won’t recommend! They only care about their money! First they charge you $110 for just scheduling your consultation. After the consultation Dr.White pressured me into getting the procedure done that same day after I have told her multiple times i will think about it since I had 30 days or the $110 would be lost.

I recently had Restylane Refyne and Refyne at Dr. Whites office. Dr. White did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Dr. White!

Update: Haven’t been back to this office in over 2 years, have a feeling they use expired Botox and fillers. Once I started going to a new physician, my Botox was much better & lasted longer. I don’t like how Carolina laser never opens the products in front of you. I would be leery of using this office.Dr. White & her staff are truly amazing and always make me feel comfortable! Ive been seeing Dr. Anne White for almost a year now, the staff knows be my face & name, and she has gave me amazing results with Botox & lip fillers! I would NOT trust anyone else with my face! Im a life longer as the girls call me lol! I highly recommend Dr. Anne White for all your cosmetic & skincare needs! Her prices are reasonable & fair, but you get what you pay for! Dont go to these med spas & expect to get the look you get by going to a true professional ! Dr. white is an artist!

This is one of the worst place to treat your skin ever! The customer service is not good as you expect. They just matter the money that’s all ... they don’t care how’s the customer feeling and what’s the treatment results are going on ! I interrupted my treatment in the middle of the seasons and I would not recommend to anyone!

Just wanted to make a quick review. I had my first tattoo removal session at Carolina Laser and i will just say it was very expensive and unprofessional compared to others in Winston Salem offering the same service. I was charged double at Carolina Laser what others charge, the session was not done by Dr. White and as far as i know it was just an employee that did the session. Dr. White was gracious enough to give me all of 3 minutes in my consultation and then she was gone very quickly. For a $110.00 consultation fee that was not fair considering all my questions was not even answered. After the first visit i realized that Carolina Laser was out for one thing and it was not the patients best interest but more less to collect money. After i determined where i was going to have my 2nd treatment i called Carolina Laser just to see what they was charging for the Picosure Laser Tattoo Removal. At first they told me that i would need another consultation and i explained to them that i have already paid for this one time before and can they please look back at the records to see about my tattoo size etc.... so they can get me a quote. They told me that it was over 60 days and i would have to come back in and pay another $110.00 which i felt was ridiculous and assumed they did not keep good records considering they should have been able to pull my file and see the size, location etc. After i complained to them about the 2nd consultation fee they quoted me $700.00 for a session of the Picosure for a very small tattoo. First off if they provided top level service i might consider paying it but since i was not impressed with the company from the very beginning. I decided to look at other local companies in Winston Salem that offered Laser Tattoo Removal and found that another company offered the Picosure and was less than half the cost and was very professional compared to Carolina Laser. All i ask of local companies is to be fair and i dont feel Carolina Laser was being fair. I felt i was being taken advantage of and i will never return or refer anyone to this place. If you are in the market look at other local companies and check pricing. When other companies are charging $60.00 for Consultations and Carolina Laser is double the cost that is a problem. If you feel you are fair by charging this for a 3 minute talk than you have problems. I dont like to leave negative reviews but in this case i felt it was necessary because i was not treated fairly.

This place is so dishonest, and unethical. Dr. White is greedy, stingy, and obsessed with money. PLEASE STEAR CLEAR OF CAROLINA LASER AND COSMETIC CENTER.
