Claire did my first Brazilian wax and it was great a bit painful but I have a very low pain tolerance. Claire knew this and was very comforting and reassuring I could make it through lol! I really enjoyed Claire great conversation, friendly and made me feel welcomed from the start. All of the staff I interacted with were nice from checkin to check out. What I really love is they use wax strips instead of the hard wax. I have had a hard wax before and I swear the lady was ripping every layer of my skin off, and had a bad reaction afterwards so it scared me from waxing again. I’ve decided to try it again and I’m in love! Thanks so much Lunchbox and I look forward to my next appointment.

This was my first time getting waxed, it was a great experience, very nice and didn’t feel awkward at all, but when I got home and looked at my legs there were literally huge patches of hair that looked like they didn’t even get touched… I am not happy about that because Im basically going to have to shave my legs to get the hair that was left which is what I was trying to avoid by getting my legs waxed. They never answer the phones. They can’t keep people employed here. They inadequately “speed” train new people on waxing and don’t respond to complaints about service. I will be cancelling my membership.

I have been to Lunchbox twice for eyebrow waxing. Both times the waxers were excellent and took the time to make sure my brows were shaped just right for my face. It was worth the price!

My fist time going to this spot. It was an interesting experience, and a longer than usual. They were out of the regular strips that they normally use, which made it a little difficult to get the job done. I was a little uncomfortable turning over on all 4s for the back area. I’ve never had to do that. But all in all Jessica was great and very apologetic. I will return for another visit, I’ll just make sure they have the usual supplies.

This was my first time and I had been watching endless tiktok videos in preparation. LolIt was on my bucket list to do a full Brazilian sometime in my life (Im 53, never even shaved my cat), so I did it.Hell yes, it was painful...but worth it!!!Now Im gonna do this on a regular basis. Thegirls were funny and sweet everything waspristine and very professional but it was alsovery personable bc of the staff.I literally have no complaint the only thingI would say is it may not be more or less painful, I have no way of knowing, but watching the videos of hard wax seemed like it would be less painful but they dont offer it.The tik tok videos are ONLY hard wax, so unsure as to why something so popular is not offered??Anyway this isnt a complaint I completely trust the girl that worked on me today!!

I really like the young woman I had Mrs Jazmine she was really nice and I gave her a few instructions on be gentle on my c section scar and she did I told her the past company was been harsh around that area and I didn’t like it. I would recommend her any time. I will be returning back.

I absolutely love this spot. Honestly, I will never go anywhere else because of who does my Brazilian. I wont name drop due to the incident I ran into the other day. Came in without my mask which was completely my fault, was redirected to go back and get mine or buy one down the road. Not a huge ordeal, other than a place of business should probably carry masks if you are going to mandate them in store. Anyhow, as Im leaving to get my mask - I hear the assistant manager yell at a employee not to ever do that again. I thought it was clearly senseless and unprofessional. It was not the employees fault for me coming in without my mask, it was mine.Not only did I feel she was rude to me, she was absolutely downing to the employee in front of me. Do better!Loved my girl though who does my service so I will be back and continue my membership & gladly bring my mask in next time :-)

I got caught up in some accident traffic and called to let them know Id be a couple minutes late, that I was an exit down. I walked in to the person with whom I was going to have my service with going off about me. It took me telling her she was talking about me to get her to stop. The other front desk person took me instead. She did a wonderful job.

Getting anything waxed can be an uncomfortable experience even before the first pull of a strip. The environment is inclusive, comfortable, and friendly. Of course, the aestheticians are very skilled at their work which is an added bonus. I’m sure you’ll leave satisfied with your experience and significantly less nervous/uncomfortable with sometimes ‘intimate’ hair removal. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

I have a bikini wax done here by Daniela, who was wonderful! She was so professional, knowledgeable and kind. She was quick and this was, by far, the most comfortable wax I have ever had. I called to see if I could get an appointment same day and within 2 hours I was serviced. The receptionist was helpful and upbeat - I was welcomed and felt catered to. Their establishment is super clean and I liked that the bathrooms and the language on the intake form was gender neutral and inclusive. I’ll be back for sure!

First time getting Brazilian wax. Not bad but will make sure hair is shorter next time

I had previously only ever done hard wax and they absolutely sold me on soft wax. the part that I always dreaded didn’t hurt at all and the application was so much more pleasant than hard wax. my waxer was great and had me in and out. I definitely recommend coming here!

A lady finally exits from the back and asked if I was checked in.Arrived at 9:42 and wasnt seen until 9:15when my appointment was at 9.But I come early for things like this but I also left work early only to wait. One receptionist was bad, one was good. My esthetician was very sweet and nice.Debating on going back; getting pampered for my honeymoon.EDIT: Another new customer who was white was spoken to and seen before me. Only the non-white representative spoke to me and made sure I was checked in. The manager called after leaving their reply on Google Reviews to offer a BOGO or free session, but why would I want to go back after this customer service experience 1st time? I left work early to sit somewhere and be ignored... My esthetician was a sweetheart though.

This is the most amazing waxing studio I have ever been to! Jenne is super kind and professional. You can tell she is such a people person, and she loves what she does.
