Couldnt even get in the door without obstacles. I left a message & also reached out online by filling out a form on their website. I received an email from Susan Fishel. The particular person I wanted to see was not on a list from my insurance while the rest of the staff was. Susan mentioned some branches that were not accepted but said they were under an umbrella, so to speak. Since this person was new, she said that might be the reason why she was not on my list. She then proceeded to tell me to check with my insurance, even though I just mentioned I had already (3 days prior), & that theyd be happy to give me a superbill to submit to my insurance for possible reimbursement. That is a red flag to me. Why do you not know if one of your staff accepts insurance the others do or if they operate under the same umbrella? Then she was condescending in her reply that she appreciated my frustration over insurance...um, no, I appreciate someone who knows what insurance their staff takes & can take 2 seconds to double check. There are plenty of offices that are happy to verify what they accept. I have worked in medical offices & have always known what insurance was accepted. Ill go elsewhere.Edit: the owner, Sara, contacted me & made excuses for Susan not being able to confirm if the therapist I wanted was covered by my insurance. She herself wasn’t even fully sure. EVERY other office I’ve contacted has made sure to check that my insurance is accepted because it’s standard customer service which this establishment lacks.
Wonderful people! Qualified therapists who truly care about the well-being of not only their clients but the community. A warm, inviting office which feels home-y. Easy to get comfortable and open up!
Sara has been a wonderful resource and support for me since I relocated to this area. Im so excited that Winston-Salem now has a boutique counseling center in the heart of downtown. Her skills and training are invaluable to our community.

Felt very disrespected. Would never recommend. I would advise anyone reading this to seek other options!
