Sylvan has helped my second grader with reading and reading comprehension since the end of his first grade year. They have helped so much! He has more confidence with reading and vocabulary words! Jess and Michelle are great to work with. Communication is great between them and the parents. I really appreciate the monthly progress updates. I would recommend their services!

The staff goes beyond and above for every child. The staff is very professional. My son had zero self confidence. I have seen a big improvement. I have seen him sound out more words and try more then I have ever seen him. He loves the tutors. He loves Ms Jessica to. I would high recommend Sylvan to anyone😄

Just started my kids here for the summer to catch up to their grade level. They were angry about having to do school work over the summer vacation and didnt want to go, but after just the first day they are now excited to go back. The motivational approach and reward system seems to really work and get kids invested in learning as a fun activity. Time will tell how effective the tutoring is at improving grade level skills, but for now we are hopeful that they will do well.

My daughter has been attending Sylvan for about Three months now and she loves it. She always tell me about the nice people she meet there. As a parent I would recommend this program to any parent who’s child is struggling in school.

Sylvan is a great learning place they taught very well the tutors are nice and professional.

We needed to find a place for affordable ACT prep. Our child is smart but does not always do well on standardized tests due to test anxiety. The staff at Sylvan took the time to understand what we needed and began working with our child. Then Covid..... the staff continues to be concerned for her learning/preparing and we had to re-think the plan since group study is not allowed anymore. The confidence I have seen blossom in our child is wonderful! All the tutors are knowledgeable and personable and treat the students with respect! Sylvan is a great confidence booster for all children! As an elementary schoolteacher for the past 20 years, I’ve always encouraged families to participate. As a mom, I’ve seen my daughter grow in confidence these last few months; not just with her math skills, but in other subjects as well. She may not see a difference, but I do. The teachers here do a fantastic job with engaging the students.

Their one or two students per Tutor ratio is perfect. They identify the specific voids in our comprehension of subject. Then they teach just those until the subject is mastered. So no time is wasted. Also, my daughter really responds to the rewards system. The specific monthly feedback (report card) is very encouraging to us.

This facility and staff have really helped to not only encourage my daughter to learn, but be excited about it. When my daughter started she was almost 2 years behind in her math skills. 6 months later she is in the corrrct grade level and catching up nicely. The staff really cares about the kids and definitely puts their needs first.

My son just started Sylvan last month, havent had my first assessment with the director yet. He seems very comfortable in going, no fighting me on this. His confidence is good. Staff is very friendly, customer service is very helpful and friendly. Im happy with their system of learning.

Sylvan has been a blessing for my child. He has gone from crying about school and homework to being confident and wanting to show off what he has learned. His teachers are amazing and hes developed close relationships with them and works hard to make them proud. His Sylvan sessions are the highlight of his week.
