Scott Smith was amazing in our case. We went through a divorce case and a child custody case and neither one of them was easy. Scott represented us in Winston-Salem. I enjoyed the fact that if I had any questions they were easy to contact by phone or the case portal. Do not go with this Firm I reached out to this firm to take a case Spoke with a guy name Dan a day after I made my payment I called back and he didnt even remember who I was . I called several times after to check progress of my case a week later never got a return call til two weeks later then he asked for more money . I then gave him more money he avoided and never returned my calls for another weekhe charged me a $3,000 retention fee. HE sat on my case, then decided two months later, that she didnt want to represent me. She strongly suggested I should look elsewhere for counsel, but it would cost me $500 because, as he put it, I did do some work??? I never Spoke the Jason Smith who I thought I hired Stay away from this firm .IDo yourself a favor, steer clear and look elsewhere if you want true quality representation. Lesson learned.
