Your plant manager Lewis and his wife Anna Mary always defends them and as far as your company policys goes some people the rules dont apply such as company dress policy their son Sabastian and other relatives are allowed to where what they want and have their cell phones out while working. Also Sabastian comes and goes as he pleases he told my daughter that his mom and dad make sure his check is always good. He also doesnt actually do much when he is there spending most of his time on his phone and walking around talking. You also have several employees drinking in there cars while they are supposed to be inside working. Josh is cursing your employees and nothing is ever said to him. One day they had to take a 15 minute lunch but they where docked for 30 so they worked 15 minute that they didnt get paid for. My wife was told that Connecticut watches the cameras so see for yourself infact you can see the cameras. I know that your production numbers are down and you are trying to figure out my well looking into the ladies that run the floor would be a good place to start also your plant manager Lewis and his wifes actions or lack thereof to treat everyone the same and not show favortism. My wife just left your company infact her new job starts Tuesday so she hasnt quit yet she is doing that tomorrow. At first she really loved the job but as time went by saw all of the negative and mistreatment she was with you for almost a year. She was one of your fastest overcasters she was told by Steve that she does the work of 3 people. They also go around speaking Spanish and dont let the none Spanish speaking employees now what was said. When you out of work yet supposed to turn your light on but the floor ladies get mad at you when you do and when brought to Lewiss attention he calls you a lier. This is also the reason you want keep qualified efficient employees that are legally able to work in the U.S. because they know they dont have to put up with it. I made this statement with the knowledge that you have undocumented immigrants working for you this can and will get you a substantial fine. Hiring undocumented immigrants is illegal as you should be well aware of. I am forwarding this to everyone in your companys email address I can find. My wife is moving on but I felt you should be aware of the situation and real issues in your Winston Salem NC facility.
