Scott was very clear about communicating expected costs, labor, turnaround time, etc. He evaluated my laptop quickly, found a part the same day, and overall my experience was very good. I liked knowing for sure the extent of the damage and what the next steps would be for the repair. Great service!Also, the two dogs that greet you at the door are very cute and friendly. Scott fixed my “email problem” which actually was such a data problem that I’ve suffering from for at least 2 months. Ive known Scott for a couple of years now. Hes always been helpful with both hardware and software issues. Now, however, he has become even more helpful in resolving software issues with his remote access capability.Without either of us having to spend time traveling, he was able to resolve within 15 minutes a software issue I had, and anticipated all the questions I had about it. He was right every time when he would say, I got you covered.

I am in the IT business and could not figure out an issue with my laptop. I was able to reach Scott last minute going into a weekend and he was kind enough to walk me through the fix. I bought a new computer two days ago, and per advice from a good friend contacted Scott to come over and set it up correctly. He responded quickly to my cry for help and drove over in a rain storm to help me the same day I called!!. First off he laid on the floor and untangled all the snake nest of cables and connections that had been cluttering up my space behind my desk for a decade! (zipped tied them all together so they won`t get like that again). He then proceeded to patiently click, cut, paste, delete, and down load all the things that I need to make my computer function correctly. I now have the programs, software and antivirus that will allow me to use the computer as I need not just what the manufacture thought I might need.Result, my computer is humming along like a high price Ferrari now! Unless you set up and fix computers for a living you should contact and expert like Scott to do it for you. Would you trust your barber to remove your infected gallbladder or would you want the best surgeon in town to do it? Same thing with computers now a days.I use to say Oh my son in college can do all my computer stuff Wrong go Bongo! I love my son but in comparison to Scott he does not know Jack! It was worth every penny I paid to have things set up right from the jump start! If I have problems in the future he can now remotely fix them from his home without even coming over to my house. A++ service!!!!!

My Dell laptop needed the DC power board replaced. Scott ordered the part and replaced the old board very quickly. He reassembled the laptop like it had never been taken apart and cleaned it really well to boot. His rate was very reasonable. Highly recommended! Thanks Scott!

Scott seems a nice enough guy, but there are some attitude issues here. I had a virus take over my PC one evening. It looked, at 1st glance, to be ransomware. I was terrified. In the end, the threat went away after I turned my PC off for several hours. When i brought it to Scott, hs advice was kind of basic, stuff I already knew (type alt-ctrl-del). He never actually found the actual cause of what happened. I also gave him my cellphone, which has lots of issues. There was again an attitude issue, in this case that my cellphone is not top--of-the-line, so you should expect it to run slowly from time-to-time....... gee, I paid for that advice? For those of us with a little bit of technical knowledge, but no time to spend applying it to fixing our own PC/phone, this is not the guy to go to. Not very impressive.
