Our firm experienced an incredibly low standard of customer service from Crocodile Solutions DS Wings. In hindsight, we would avoid them at all costs. Expensive + Poor Software + Awful Customer Service. If the software does not work well for you and you try to cancel, there is zero negotiation. The only customer service representative, Jessica Moore would reply, that is just how we do things here.A truly horrible experience.
