Scheduled an appt ahead of time so I wouldnt have to wait. Couldnt get the link on my phone to work for check in so I went inside to check in at the kiosk. The smell immediately hit me and was absolutely horrendous. I wanted to gag it smelled so bad. I waited in my car until I got a text saying they were ready for me. Turns out that just means theyre ready to collect your information at the front desk, not ready for you to go back for the test. Apparently once you come in and provide them your drivers license you can no longer leave the building and must wait in the waiting area. I was afraid to touch anything as the waiting area seemed disgusting. I was called back and the woman was extremely rude. This was my first time being drug tested (for a new job) and I didnt know what she wanted me to do so she was rude when I asked questions. I have a small bladder and apparently what I produced was not enough so I had to stay until I could provide a sufficient sample. I asked the woman if I could just come back another time as I was already running over my lunch break and she said no and that I needed to stay in the building. I returned to the waiting area where I then downed 5 cups of water. A different woman conducted my second test and she was much nicer and good about explaining things. I will never come back to this location and I hope I never have to be drug tested again
What a waste of resources. Staff are not polite. They said I needed my voucher and were unwilling to print it off for me. Cost me an hour of driving and $5 for getting a single piece of paper printed. So much for customer service of any kind.
It makes no sense to me why they would tell me to be here at 4:00pm if they are going to tell me that I can no longer do it because its to late. I called yesterday and asked when is the earliest I can get my drug test taken. They responded tomorrow 4pm. I show up on the dot and oops, I cant take the drug test anymore. Yesterday and today was the only two days I was able to take it, they told me I could do it today the earliest and now I missed my deadline. Their only response now theyre collecting everything no more tests today, call to get your deadline extended
Rude, unhelpful, lacking in empathy.
Best labcorp been to by far. As a contracted nurse I visit labcorps multiple times a year across the country. Never had a positive experience or a wait time less than an hour at any labcorp until this location.Went for a blood draw and drug screen first appointment, followed by a second drug screen weeks later. Both visits wait time was 5> minutes. Scheduled appointments for both but was 20+ minutes late to the second. Regardless had me in and out both times in 10-15 minutes.Staff was friendly and professional—still hate labcorp w a passion but if you have to go here can’t recommend enough.
Easy sign in with driver’s license and insurance cards (at kiosk). The kiosk offers you the option of sitting in your car and they will call you to come in for your test, which is nice. I chose to sit in the office (chairs were far apart - everyone was masked). About 4 people were there when I sat down. Within just about 2 minutes, I was called. Nice woman stuck me (totally painless). In and out in record time.
I called to check on additional bloodwork I need. I was told the receptionist dont have a Crystal ball so she cant tell what additional cost would be. Most rude person.
Needed some blood work done, in and out in 10 minutes! Painless experience with very nice staff. Don’t understand the bad reviews.
The person taking my blood stuck through the vein leaving 2 large bruises. Terrible attitude and quite unprofessional. I would recommend using a different location
Staff on phone with a horrible attitude if you need help. Will not use this location.
I have only ever come here for routine labwork from my nephrologist who is located 2 hours away from where I live. I see some bad reviews here but at least for the lab work I receive it has always been in and out and really easy - even when I forget to schedule an appointment.
First of all there is a very impersonal check in where you scan your license and insurance card. Once I did that I sat down to wait as instructed by the machine. I heard people laughing and having a swell time but no one acknowledged that I was there and I was one of two people in the office! Finally after more than 15 minutes I saw someone at the desk and told them I wanted to make sure they knew I was there. It took a while for them to find my info but they got me in for my blood work fairly soon after that. But then when they tried to take my blood it didnt work and I have never had more pain getting blood work done! So they had to stick me again in my other arm and this time it was successful. I will drive further to another facility the next time and hope they have better service and more capable techs. I will not go back to Lyndhurst.
I brought my 87 year old grandmother here for lab and I think its ridiculous that you dont check in with an actual person. Instead you have to check in with an iPad like system and scan her ID and both insurance cards front and back. Wouldnt of been as much of an issue if it hadnt froze. Plus, what if I hadnt been with her? I asked the front desk if we could just check in there and she said no but someone could come out an help. I know technology has evolved and in most cases its great but are we really going to make it so theres no human interaction? Plus whats the front desk get paid for? Or are they volunteers? I wasnt the only one who thought this was ridiculous there.
Megan Clifton was unprofessional and displayed subpar customer service skills. She greeted me with a frown and nothing more. She was short and curt during our interaction. She ended my visit with a curt you are free to go. People in the waiting area could hear her complain to front desk coworker that she was tired and had no sleep. I used this location in 2016. At that time the staff was much nicer and more professional than these hooligans.
Having a chronic illness, I have to have blood drawn regularly. The staff there take excellent care of me, remember my name, and talk to me the entire time so that I dont even notice the needles going in! A+ in my book!
Very bad and unprofessional. The front desk is not appealing to answer any questions to the patients. They don’t have an email setup to send the orders instead we have to provide printouts for the orders.where everyone is going paperless???
Im always in and out and theyre very nice.
Awesome staff. Lee Ann was friendly & put me at ease about prescriptions. She ROCKS!
They were wonderful teachers while I worked my one week of clinical for school
Staff was friendly. They weren’t busy when I went, I was in and out, no problem.
Not a bad crowd at 11am.
Poor service, walked right out before I was seen. I pay too many copays and money to be treated like that. Front desk lady needs to find another job...
Easy in and out
Very disorganized
