We took our motorhome here and after the horrible service at Bill Plemmons must say that inspite of taking longer than we felt it should have we are satisfied with the work that was done. Actually if they can decrease turnaround...which is important to any RV owner during camping season, they would have earned that fifth star. Don is very aimiable and eager to please. The mechanics seem to know their stuff and worked with our extended warranty company. Those of you motorhome owners who have had to deal with the service at Bill Plemons will think youve landed on RV cloud 9. Just be honest with Don up front and tell him you want honest and open communication on the staus of your RV. Think you will be satisfied.
