The dash A/C in my motorhome quit due to a failed compressor. I replaced the compressor but was unsuccessful in getting it working. Gordons got it working again better than it ever did. They were friendly and professional and they got it done in a timely manner at a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend Gordons Radiator. I carried a radiator to a shop in another near by town who said that the radiator could not be repaired due to its complexity (1936 Ford Pickup). I was told that a new radiator would have to be custom built in Charlotte with an estimate of $2000-$3000. Due to its age and being an odd year, a new radiator could not be located on the internet anywhere. After a recommendation from a family member, I carried the radiator to Gordons. They were able to rebuild the radiator under budget. Within one week, I went from despair to joyful glee. Henry Ford would be proud.

Did a good job flushing my nearly new radiator for my new Hemi engine installation on my Dodge 1500 Ram.Incompetent and worthless for R1234yf A/C service. Kept the truck 2 days with no results and no update contacts back to me.Visited the shop and found 1 mechanic sitting with his feet propped up on his cell phone and nobody working.Took my truck elsewhere!

Having recently purchased a used F150, and with the temperatures weve been having, I needed the AC to work. And it did not, very well. I took it to my local guy, he said it was low on Freon added some. Charged me. No improvement. I took it to a second shop, whose sign out front red AC repairs. They replaced a switch, charge me $280. It was no better. I took it to a Ford dealership. When I pulled into the service Bay, the three service writers would not even leave their glass cubicles to walk out and talk to me. I walked in and their position was - given its over 90 for two weeks straight, and youve got cool air blowing out, thats as good as its going to get. But if you want to leave it for a few days we can check it out. I departed quickly. Spent a little time on the internet, discovered Gordons radiator and AC repair. Spoke with Charlie on the phone, took it to him on a Monday morning. He called me twice during the day with updates. I picked it up that afternoon at 5 and I can hang meat in the cab of my truck. Charlie stayed on it, was committed to my satisfaction and the price was very reasonable. These guys get two thumbs up from me. Wish I had found them first!
