Went in to get a oil change and rotation. The sales clerk was very nice and willing to work with me since I did not make a appointment and came last second before closing. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Stopped in earlier today to inquire about them installing a lamp into my driver side head light. Car manufacturers are making it challenging anymore but all you had to do was remove one piece I didnt have the tool for. So I already purchased the bulb but was told by the manager and sales clerk that I had to purchase the bulb from them. So i asked what the total cost would be for that and was quoted $50 plus tax. What a joke. Goodyear is just another greedy over priced company who only cares about making money and not the customer. Went to another place who let me use the bulb I already bought and replaced a brake light (I didnt know was out) as well all for $12. So shop around before wasting your money with Goodyear.

Called to get a price on tires. They had some promotions we wanted to take advantage of and the service person said the tires were not in stock but he could order and have them in later in the week. So I then wanted to confirm the price to make sure there would be no surprises and he wouldnt do it! He said if I wanted the internet price then I need to make the appointment online. WOW!!! I have never had someone less eager to take my money for a set of 4 tires. Thats okay, we went to a competitor got the tires we REALLY wanted and had the work done the same day. I will NEVER go to Goodyear again. This is not my first bad experience with them either. So no more chances, 2 is enough!!

I tried to go there for a state inspection. When I arrived on time for my appointment, they didnt seem to expect me and told me that the machine was being worked on. They couldnt tell me if it was going to be 5 minutes or an hour to fix and didnt offer anything for the trouble. I dont understand not calling customers to let them know if the second they walk in the door, you are going to ask them to reschedule or come back.

I never leave bad reviews but I did not have a good customer experience. I had to wait two hours for an oil change that everywhere else I’ve ever gone to takes 30-45 minutes!!! Employees are too slow and prices are too high

Two years ago I decided to switch to Goodyear and the employees actions each time my car needs to be serviced is keeping me committed to the change! I am beyond impressed with my treatment during each visit and the quality of their work. Sitting in the lobby I watched and listened to their interactions with the customers and I am beyond impressed. They create an atmosphere of trust with the customer which leads to a partnership that has long-term benefits for both the company and the customer. From routine rotations and alignments to the patching of a tire they are straight-forward in their actions and make the customers interest their focus. Thank you for everything and keep up the good work as the customers notice it!

Had an appointment. I was the only customer there and still Sat for over 2 hours to get an oil change and freon charge. And came to $200

These guys charge way too much. I went down the road to the next place and got the work done for less than half what Goodyear wanted. I wont be back.

Overthrew them talking about the virus causing factories to shut down and its becoming difficult to find some tire sizes.Ive never gone in for a flat repair that the damage wasnt too close to the sidewall and I have to buy a new tire. Unless I had their insurance policy.

I have a 3 year alignment plan with Goodyear which is the only reason I go. These people like to rip people off by saying something is wrong with your car and charging you way more then anyone else to fix. Every time I take my car for the alignment they say something is wrong. So I tell them ok thanks and take my car down the road to an honest mechanic to have it checked out and get told that there is nothing wrong. This has happened three times. These people are horrible.

My experience here was fantastic! They were very courteous, got me in and out quickly after I got a screw stuck in my tire and even repaired it at no charge! Waiting area was comfortable and had a nice art table to occupy my young kids while we were waiting.

We had a blown tire and had to be towed to a service center. Tow truck driver called ahead to say that we were on the way and that we were cutting it close to closing time. This location closes at 7. We pulled in at 6:48. The technician had the bay and tire ready for us. Our tire was changed and the service was courteous. The technician stayed about 15 minutes late and the customer service guy stayed about 20/25 minutes late to get us checked out. Great experience and excellent customer service.

The Master Tech is awesome! He found everything that was a problem with my vehicle, and fixed them successfully. All Staff are competent, courteous, and professional. Goodyear Stores are always a great place to take your auto for repairs, and this Store has a Master Tech named Jim, who is absolutely great. Jim is also straight up, and will tell you the truth. I highly recommend this store, and Jim!

The guys brought my truck right in and replaced my valve stem free of charge. They even alerted me to an issue that needs to addressed. They were super nice and tried to turn down my tip!

I had one of the most relaxed trouble free automobile repair experiences on my last visit to Goodyear. The manager; Kevin, was very courteous and professional as well as knowledgable concerning my car. he took down my concerns and called me back with a complete estimate on my needed repairs and the work was done on time and the price was exactly as it was quoted. I just wanted to share my experience

Had a slow leak in my tire. Stopped to get it checked. Tire had 3 punctures. I asked for the CHEAPEST tire but was told that they only had high end tires in stock. 1 tire was $194 after their discount. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I’m a female, I was alone and had no choice but to buy the tire. I won’t come back here. Should have stuck with Mock Tire. They always work with me. Lesson learned.

I took a car here that was leaking oil. I told them that it may be leaking from the head cylinder. They said they would take care of it. They called me back and told me that it was leaking from the head cylinder, and they dont do engine repair. They still charged me the diagnostic fee. They should have told me that if it was the head cylinder, they couldnt fix it in the first place. So I paid $18 and spent half a day without a car for them to tell me something that I already knew. I will never bring another car here.

We were passing through on our way to Florida. Developed bad braking noises and needed help. Brian squeezed us in and Jim gave a very thorough report with a quick fix to what I thought was a serious problem. Back on the road quickly. Thanks guys for great service and honest assessment.

Trust worthy!!!!This place is awesome. I dont trust many places or ppl in the automotive industry but this place gets my 5 star rating just like Mock Tire. Great people, fair prices and fast service. I cannot say enough good about this place.

The service that I needed was completed as requested, which was an oil change. However, the service manager was not friendly nor was he a conversationalist by any means. I didnt feel welcome. It felt very transactional. No lasting memory of customer service was provided. Also, the service manager informed me that my vehicle needed further work in addition to my oil change. He informed me of the work needed, but did not inform me of why I needed it or why it was important or what it even meant. I was lost and confused which doesnt translate to a trusting experience. I dont know a lot about cars, obviously why Im here for an oil change, so spitting out random vehicle jargon and not explaining afterwards isnt going to add value to why I should do business with you. My oil was changed as requested, but everything else was mediocre.

I went in for full sythectic oil change and a frontend alingment. I had a coupon I had downloaded from Goodyear. Com for the oil change price which wasnt really received very well but, the manager reluctantly accepted. There were several underlying add ons to the bill also that I wasnt pleased with such as an oil recycling fee, an oil filter disposal fee and a $4 shop supply fee.I payed almost $80 with a coupon for this oil chance and all these fees arent included in the price of the oil change? I had purchased a 3 year alignment plan with my previous set of tires. It took over 3 hours for an alignment and an oil change. The work that was done was done properly just took way too long and was a bit pricey in my opinion. I think I will be shopping around for oil change locations in the future.

Joseph tried to play my intelligence about putting tires on my car. There was no one there an I see why, ( on a Saturday afternoon).

2 hours (no wait, they are just slow) for an oil change that costs $100 which is way more than any other local place. They charge $92 for am obd2 tests when advance auto is free. Save money and time and go to quick lube down the street. Unless you enjoy wasting time in their waiting room

I came in to this store get new tires and an oil change, and was given excellent service by Brian. Not only was it affordable, but also the service was performed in a timely manner ~90 min.

We dropped off my car to have them look at a tire with a slow leak. They got to it the same afternoon, pulled out the offending piece of metal, patched it, and did it for free and thanked us for bringing it in. Guess who will get our tire business going forward?

Broke down in the Walmart parking lot. Jim came over and helped me figure out what was going on with the car. Only charged me a half hour labor which was incredibly fair. Nice place

Spent 232.00 for a simple fluid top off, oil change and alignment. Next day find a major leak coming from something underneath, my truck had no leaks before taking it there. Was told to bring it back to see what it was, then got a call 5 minutes later and was told it was nothing they could do about it. So sick of these rip off people.

Today l called around for oil change prices and Good Year said $18.85 for basic, it might need special oil which is $45. So I made an appointment. I get there and they say it doesn’t require special oil but my car holds an extra quart so it’s going to be more, $29 . They already had asked for my car info when I called so I was annoyed they didn’t tell me before, but I waited and hour for my appointment and drove 20 mins there so I say ok. An older guy comes out 45 mins later and says “You need special oil.” He’s very insistent that I need this oil. (The oil is dexos, which I usually get and lasts 10,000 miles and beyond).So I say okay thinking for $15 it’s worth it to get 3x the miles. When they tell me it’s done he rings me up and it’s over $60 dollars! I have never heard of a $15 labor fee for an oil change? I have never been charged a labor fee at all! He then said the oil only lasts 5,000 miles to which I said “Isn’t it supposed to last 10,000?” When I said that he responds “Oh yeah 5,000-7,000.” That’s when I knew I got taken advantage of and I’m assuming because I’m a young woman. I’ve never felt so uneasy when leaving an auto place before and I will never return.Update: It’s time for another oil change. Still not going here.

I know I know its a bit taboo to pay before the work is done but at least you know thats all you are paying no matter what.If you are dumb enough to fall for a scam, you deserve to get scammed.

I was having a pretty good experience until i handed the guy a hundred dollar bill(in his hand) and he set my change on the counter for me to pick it up smh!
