They were able to send a tech to my property the day I called, he called me with a great quote, emailed me the treatment plan while he was there, completed the treatment, and the bill was in my email the next day. Seamless process, professional, great customer service start to finish from this company. I will use them from now on at all of my properties for pest control absolutely!

I was quite frustrated with pestrite not being remotely on time for the two appointments I had scheduled. The first one had a window of time and the technician arrived well after that. I had rearranged my schedule and was still almost late for work the first time. The first appointment was at 8 AM so there doesn’t seem much of a reason for being late. I scheduled the second appointment at 5 PM on 8/25 and waited an hour. No one showed up and I had to leave. I called the company from out front of my home at 6:00 pm or a few minutes after and left a message for the company. I found a post-it note from Pestrite on my front door the next day that had 8/25 at 6:00 handwritten on it. I didn’t get a call back from my initial 6 pm call and i did express my frustration at the lack of communication.

I called and they were able to get me in the next day. They took care of two large wasp nets up high in our eaves and sprayed around our house. They were very curious and reasonably priced.

I highly recommend these guys. We had a problem with mice getting into home. Pestrite came out and their approach was not to just trap them but to seal the perimeter of our home to keep them out. I really loved that approach. Our mouse problem is solved.
