The service and knowledge was excellent. Unless you go to an actual audiologist like Windsor Audiology in my experience you will not get a proper fitting, testing, or the professional service that is needed. Also, they were able to use my insurance to save me over a $1000. I did shop several places, and this was an actual savings from the bottom line of the cost of the hearing aides. No sales pitch, just great service.

First place I went said couldnt fix my hearing aids....too old. Showered me with new high-tech advance aides information. Good try. Then I went to Windsor Audiology although longer drive.....shes terrific. Explained how my hearing had changed and then Fixed my original ones and brought up to date. Cost was less than $200 rather than thousands for new ones.

Lindsay in the office was so welcoming when I made the appointment! Dr Johnson gave me so much information that I hadn’t received other places! She was so kind! I enjoyed the office abd am glad that I finally found them! 🤗

Lindsey and Leann were both so friendly. I put the wrong time in my phone for my first appointment. Lindsey called to inquire when I didn’t show up at the proper time. She assured me it was okay to come if I left right away. I did. They took me and all though I felt terrible they didn’t allow me to feel that way. I would highly recommend Windsor Audiology to any musicians needing ear impressions for in-ear monitors! Windsor Audiology was incredibly accommodating and understanding when I had to schedule a second appointment after not being able to get my ear impressions done due to an inner ear piercing. I called and scheduled my appointment only two days in advance and was able to get my piercing taken out, get impressions done, and get the piercing put back in within the span of a couple hours.

After having tried the big box hearing aids, I was pleased to know that there was help available for my tinnitus and hearing loss! Dr. Johnson and Evan made everything understandable and thoroughly explained my hearing condition and treatment for it. I highly recommend this audiology office.

Office staff are sweet and patient if I call in and have difficulty hearing on the phone. Best of all, they email appointments and appointment reminders.

I knew I had hearing loss and tinnitus related to my military service. I had no idea what the levels were and had been told years ago that hearing aids would not help. I needed testing for the Veterans Administration. Dr. Johnson performed the tests and provided an excellent report and told me that hearing aids designed with aid for tinnitus would greatly improve my hearing. She supports the Veterans.
