Eric is not professional. I thought I was there to buy a cpap machine. He did not tell me it was a rental. He would not tell me how much it was. He finally told me it would be about $1300 over a year and about $100/mo. 18 months later I found out Im paying about $100/mo forever. Billing closed my account and I cant get satisfaction. I would have never signed up for a rental for the rest of my life for a machine I can pay $600 online. Eric totally deceived me, probably to make more commission. Buyer beware!
Avoid this scam of a company at all costs! The man who set me up provided no useful information (including not letting me know I wasnt demonstrating proper use when he watched me try out my nose piece) nor was able to give accurate information about my insurance/billing schedule, in fact it was highly inaccurate and landed me surprise bills. It it very tough to get a local person on the phone. Do not give them a CC on file!

I found out I needed Bipap for Sleep Apnea a month ago.I was waiting for my machine to be covered. I also had an appointment with a sleep specialist that was today.I called Kathy (I hope that was her name) this morning to find out if my Bipap machine had been approved. She told me that they were waiting for a specific diagnosis from the primary cares office for the machine to be covered. She could hear the desperation in my voice of wanting to get this sleep apnea taken care of and that I had the appointment with the sleep specialist today at 4pm.Kathy let me know exactly what was missing from my order so I could call the primary cares office. I asked her if it was even possible to get the machine today. Kathy told me that she would have Luiz call me. Luiz is the gentleman that handles the Bipap orders.Within minutes Luiz called me back and I told him the situation. He told me he would watch for the new order to come through and see what he could do.When he called me back, he told me that the RT, Eric would meet me at the office at 3pm to pick up my machine, supplies and go over the machine! I also found out my sleep specialist doc was right down the hall from Aero CareEric the wonderful RT, was waiting for me at the Aero Care office. Eric went over the machine, answered all of my crazy questions, supplied me with everything I needed and was very patient with me. He had me out the door just in time for my appointment!If it wasnt for the quick action of everyone at Aero Care, I would have had to cancel my appointment with the sleep disorder doctor.Aero Care didnt have to do all this for me in just one day but they did. They did not know I was a nurse at the time of doing this.I feel a huge sigh of relief that finally my sleep apnea is being addressed and I will get the relief that I need.I would recommend Aero Care to anyone that needs respiratory supplies. My Dr. sent me to Aerocare in Loveland Colorado. If I had known their customer service was so bad I would have requested someplace else. Only one person returned my phone call Tessa. Harold or Eric never did. I would not recommend this Company for your CPAP needs.
I have had a great experience hereThey have been really responsive. Called back right away. My mask was unco. They had me come in the next day, sat down with me. We tried several out until we found the right one . I was not hurried out . They answered all of my questions
My doctor referred me to them. So when I needed new equipment I called and they took my information. Two weeks later and I have yet to receive my much needed replacements. Im cancelling and finding someone else.
I wish I had read the poor reviews before I went with this company.Couldn’t get me in For over a month initially and when I finally did get in I arrived and they told me I called and cancelled the appointment (clearly, I did not) made me wait for a ridiculously long time and then acted like they were doing me a favor to see me and made me walk a huge flight of stairs in their dark crowed discombobulated office and wait even longer. Then the tech didn’t even measure me for the mask and I received a mask too small. Windsor office. Went to the Loveland office for a refit bc I was having a hard time with the mask closing my sinuses ( due to being too small, unknown to me) Loveland office was much better but still received a mask that didn’t work well. Upon speaking to manager Chelsea she acted like it was my fault they didn’t measure me and said the dr I never saw ordered the size small. Untrue. The appointment is called a mask fit appt because they are SUPPOSED TO MEASURE YOU FOR THE MASK. So now I’ve had two mask fit appointments an they will not do another. FURIOUS. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the nightmare, and find another company.*EDIT: Eric at the Loveland Branch was very helpful, understanding and great to work with. He solved all of my problems. They have a decent clinic at MCR and much more knowledgeability and care.My edit would be to recommend avoiding the Windsor clinic.I’m still very disappointed in my initial appt at the Windsor clinic and the argumentative inconsiderate manager there.Thank you Eric for helping me!
Very courteous and great staff. The official was easy to find. The only negative side is how hard it was to get a hold of the people you want to speak with. They seem stretched very thin but, I am not a patient person so most likely just me. I would recommend them.
Upon initial setup with my brand new CPAP machine, they provided me with a new hose which broke after 3 days of normal use (clearly there were stress-points in the material - either a design flaw or manufacturing defect).I brought it in to get replaced and they claimed Medicaid would not cover it and were argumentative with me - citing that it must have been my fault and that those hoses last their customers 6 months. I ultimately had to pay out of pocket for a new hose. Im now seeking a new care provider. Aerocare is sheisty and provides the worst customer service.
Recurring horrible customer service. Staff is argumentative and totally unempathetic. They promise a call back, but do not call back. Their response to all issues is “ I am in Pueblo, Colorado and I can’t help you”. What are they PAID to do?????????
PLEASE TRUST REVEIWS!!! NOTICE ALL ARE BAD !! DO, NOT USE AIRCARE. So if I could I would not give them one star!!! So my husband cpap machine broke went to order one they said here is a temp one .ok .Well they called one month later said we need it back we will order you a new one ok.. went they said they ordered a new one all the need to do was set it .. well two months later 3 phone calls late nothing.. I called for my husband mad the next monday they called and said oh ( remember this is after two month) you need to go back to the doctor and get approved again.. omg.. so we did that it is NOW 4 MONTHS later still no machine .. they have already billed medicare so we have to wait.. I d . Have a call out to Medicare if we dont get it in a week they are not paying for it and we have to start so.e where new ... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

The worst customer service, not very helpful and you basically have to ask the all the question. He acted like he was doing you a favor to help you. The wait hold on the phone was ridiculously long.
Beware of this company,I was misdiagnosed with sleep apnea returned all product unused did not offer anytype of refund after only having for 2 weeks, still having an attorney working out the details, do not use this place
