Had some work done on my truck, heard about this place from the friend of a friend. Was very impressed with the knowledge and timely service. Repairs and modifications seem to be expertly done. As is with any truck shop that is not cut rate....the rates are not cut.....but you pay for what you get. Nice folks too.

If you love power done right this is the place to go. Always honest up front And guys that actually know what the heck are doing.They built my motor four years ago With an unlimited mile warranty. And right out that the door they told me to drive it like I stole it if it breaks they wanted to break in that 2 years I could not break it

They definitely all about the money, owner is nice but seems he likes to be out of the office away from customers... Havent been to the new shop and never will be, it reflects their cost.

If you want to be taken to the cleaners on repairs this is your place. Charge for a core charge on a cam that they have, but being total cus its not the same one. Needless to same No one communicated that. I still fill this is where there over charging. The money is what matters to this company not repeat customers. Customer service SUCKS HERE!!

Been a customer of Elite for over 7 years, you won’t find a team more knowledgeable about truck engines, new or older. Any time I have a problem or question they are able to help me out. They always get back to me in a timely manner so I can keep moving forward.

Take your truck somewhere else. After a handful of calls requesting a manager or the owner (over a few weeks) and I did not receive a call back.I was told I needed a dpf delete for about 5k or a part that was about $3500 without further diagnostic. Plus that I needed a sensor on my engine that had nothing to do with the dpf and was absolutely not a real problem. Truck only needed a sensor that was the initial cause of all the problems and cost about $500. I repaired the truckmyself.When I picked up the truck the invoice had zero info on it regarding the diagnostic codes or suggested repairs. Then asked the what sensor code showed up again. And was told for the first time what the actual sensor code was.I do not like this company and will not trust them with my vehicles again. I would never recommend them.

Not a good experience. Expensive and not real helpful. Didnt want to explain much. Got some really poor programming with all sorts of issues. Had new programming by another mechanic. Solved all my issues.

Had work done and still have problems ! Was told it would be weeks before they could get me back in.An update to this. I did go back after speaking with someone there and they put me right in and got everything worked out! They did a good job and I am very satisfied with the work they did.

Purchased a truck with an engine built by elite diesel. Engine was 2 weeks and had a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty. There warranty service is horrible. Was lied to about the ETA on repairs. Followed by a large shop bill when it was finally completed. I recommend you do business elsewhere. The owner is impossible to reach. Avoid at all cost.

Good work but overpriced. I was charged $555.00 to jump start my truck because the batteries died while at their shop. If they would have replaced the batteries with new ones it would have been cheaper or maybe the same but at least the problem of dead batteries would have been solved. Not what they useto be . Now its all about the money

They slipped our truck in and got it right back to work.. Nice and very knowledgeable staff..
