Me and my son started going here a few months ago and we love going here. Awesome service, but the scheduling is kind of pointless. Two of the three times weve been told there wasnt anything on theyre board under our names.they still got us in and out pretty quickly. Would be nice to be able to schedule in advance, rather than having to wait until early morning to be able to schedule an appointment...

Great place. They all have done a good job both on my hair and beard. There has been a little bit of a wait every time but trust me they are worth the wait.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone under 50 and with anything more complex than a buzz cut. Additionally, they charged me more than the verbal price over the phone.Not bad, but could be a LOT better.

Did not do what I asked for, sides are choppy. Not clean didnt sweep between client and used same cover as last person. Chairs are broke down and uncomfortable. Wont be going back there. Way over priced for what you get. $30 for a standard cut.

My son and my husband came home looking amazing! So glad to have an alternative to great clips (great clips is awful but that is for another review!) Customer service is also top notch!!

Did a great job with my haircut, especially with my skin fade. And while it doesnt look at they did a great job cutting my kids hair (hes 3 years old).

Most times its a decent experience with a knowledgeable barber. Haircut is a little one the pricey side, but they take their time and do it right.

This place rocks! I called the the owner today to express to him that I received a bad haircut at another barbershop nearby I was extremely embarrassed to say the least. He stopped what he was doing and told me to come in as soon as I could. That guy works magic with his clippers because I walked away satisfied with the 10/10 haircut. I thought there was no way to fix what had been done and I planned on shaving my head when I got home but thanks to Windsors lucky 27 I dont have to. I would recommend this barbershop to anyone whos looking for a traditional old school barber that they know theyre going to go to every time and receive what theyre looking for. He cleaned me up with a straight razor and the warm towel at the end, my favorite part. His team that works along side with him are wonderful people I watched one of the ladies do a cut on a little boy and it was absolutely an awesome haircut. If you have never been here give this place a try and thanks again.

This place is amazing! The 3 gentleman working when I took our 16 month old in, were great!!! They were so kind and patient with him. By the end of his cut he was relaxed and almost asleep!!! We will definitely keep going back! Pedro did the cut, but we will be glad to have any of them help next time! Super happy customers here!!!

The haircut was good but what they constitute as a fade was confusing so I paid more than I wanted to. Im going to go back one more time.

If youre looking for quality and attention to detail: Lucky 27 will be your new go-to A true GEM! Ive been getting haircuts from Mike and his staff since they opened many years ago. I flat out wont allow a soul to touch my hair outside of Lucky 27. Mike is a MASTER and a phenomenal person to work with. I will get my hair cut at Lucky 27 till the day I die period, end of story. Made an appointment for 10:30 a.m around 11:00 am I ask if my appointment is next? The lady (who is kinda rude) tells me we don’t have appointment we just put your name on the board. That would have been nice to know when I called and asked for an appointment at 10:30. The older gentleman from New York is cool and does a good job though. Probably will find another barber shop in town

This places is great Ashley cuts my Sons hair and does a great job all the time!! They make it so welcoming there positive attitudes all around! My son loves coming here great idea to have the basketball hoop too because kids dont stay still! We love this place

They did not listen to how I wanted my hair cut. I asked for them to leave it long on top and make sure that my hair went down to my eyebrows. Instead they cut off almost 3 inches and barely left any hair on my head at all. Shop doesn’t listen to how you want it and overpriced for the quality.

My son loves this place. Nice spacious location. Beautiful barber chairs. We both will be going back there soon.

I came in with a beard that is long in the chin and tapers to match the hair length at the sideburns. I asked to have about half the length removed. Next thing I know, my beard is all one length and way too short to style in any way. The barber had no idea why I was upset. Wow. I guess it’ll look better in a month. Thanks Lucky 27!

Love this barber shop. Have been in a few times and they have done a great job everytime. My beard and hair are always even. They are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Mike does an awesome job at making sure you leave with the best haircut! Definitely check it out if you are looking for a barber.

I went to the Lucky 27 in Windsor when I first moved here almost a year ago, and I haven’t gone anywhere else since! I get a mid fade to the skin and it’s always perfect, any barber I get is amazing! Highly recommend!!

They listen to what you want and then do a good job at cutting your hair or beard. I like how they ask how it looks during and after, and if you want something different they are willing to change it to make it better.

Great place for a cut. If you get a high fade and a straight razor to skin ask for the slap test to confirm you got a close shave at the back of your head.

Ive been looking for a great traditional barbershop, and I just found it. Steller skill, and amazing customer service. Will recommend the shop to everyone.

Ive been going to Sammies, Kennedys and now Winsor Lucky 27 for many years. Mike has the best staff at all his locations. Ive never got a bad cut from Luckys. Mike is a great conversationalist.

If you are going to have a time board posted try to stay within half hour of appointment.

Called this morning to see about getting a beard trim so that maybe i wouldnt look so homeless at work. I am blown away by the customet service and the quality of the grooming I received. It was so relaxing and the hot towel just about put me to sleep. Thanks so much for doing such a killer job! I wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

What’s the point in scheduling online if I have to sit and wait 25 minutes just to debate with the other people you gave the same time slot to who is first. (Which I should have been). Walked out and never returning.
