I recently parked my car at Laz Premier parking and upon my return my wife noticed that the passenger side floor was flooded with water. Coincidently there was a heavy downpour just before we landed. Well after filling an incident report, the Laz Fly customer rep emailed me today and said that while they did not think the incident happened there, they wanted to make it right.So out of the many ways to handle this - starting off by suggesting that what the customer said is not true would not be the best approach.So not sure what they thought - I somehow flooded the passenger floor under two inches of water and drove with my wife to the airport and waited until I came back to make a complaint?I think I will need to reconsider where I park in the future if this is how a 12+ year customer is treated.
Easy to get to. I chose valet service. Drive in hand keys off and jump in the shuttle.
I had written a negative review about LAZ that I now revise. When I arrived and we reviewed, I had booked with an evidently bad website that had hijacked the LAZ name and taken a payment improperly. LAZ genuinely had a telephone outage and were awaiting service, compliments of AT&T. When LAZ accommodated me most courteously.I had a place to park and we were transported to the airport. My bank will reverse the improper charge- MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE LAZ WEBSITE to make reservations. The really provide excellent service and deserve the business for many reasons.

They do not run enough shuttles. I regularly have to wait 10+ minutes for pickup at the lot or terminal. This has been a common occurrence pre pandemic, and had only gotten worse on the many trips Ive taken in 2021.
I parked here from Friday to Wednesday and saved $12 for paying for valet parking in advance. I wd consider parking here again.

They have a monthly deal in premiere self parking on the website for 55 dollars using code PSELF55 or you can get the code there. Make sure you use the bar code they send you after purchase and use it when entering and when getting out of the parking lot.
Came back to a soaking wet car on the inside. The attendant was great in writing up a claim and taking notes, he even went so far as to give me plastic bags to sit on for the ride home. However, I was never contacted by management to make it right as promised.
Susan wasn’t willing to help with a reservation. Very poor customer service.

Super unprofessional. Especially when you cant find your paid ticker at 1 am so we called the gate desk. Guy that picked up was so rude. I was super embarrassed and he made me feel super uncomfortable.

Great place to park. Great service. Ive been using this location for several years and Ive never had an issue. My car is always running and ready for me when I get back from the airport. My be a bit pricey for some but they offer an excellent company discount which makes it affordable.

Posted $8.95 per day on line but paid $13.95 per day. Was late at night so didnt argue. Plus airport tax adds another $1 and change. Quick and easy though. Service was good.
I have to applaud the integrity and customer service of LAZ fly. I used LAZ fly airport shuttle service through the Fairfield Inn and Suites. During the shuttle ride to the airport, my cell phone slipped out of my pocket onto the seat and I didnt notice until the shuttle had left. I had to catch my flight, so I had no choice but to leave it behind. Once I had arrived at my destination, I contacted LAZ fly. Turned out the shuttle driver found my phone and kindly brought it to their lost and found. Then, their customer service representative, Amanda, was very helpful in getting the phone back to me. She helped coordinate things to get my phone back to the front desk of the Fairfield Inn and Suites so that I could pick it up when I returned from my trip (she was also willing to mail the phone back to me). When a lot of people would keep the phone, the LAZ fly employees went above and beyond to help get it back to me. Also, it should be noted that the shuttle drivers for the trips from and to the airport were friendly and helped with our bags. The shuttle also arrived promptly when I called for it from the airport.
We have been using this valet service for years and they never disappoint. Service is easy to use and highly trustable. It is super close to the airport and they pick you up and drop you off in shuttles.

The shuttle and parking are a great value. I do not recommend the detailing. I was disappointed by the quality of the service from the detailing team. The staff was unreceptive to my concerns and I felt they were very dismissive. Save yourself the stress and get your car detailed somewhere else.

We parked in the premiere economy self park. Normally this is not a problem, however the team at LAZ did not plow any of the rows to move a vehicle.We dug out our car but were unable to make it down the aisle as the rows were left completely unplowed.The staff was extremely unhelpful and provided no assistance. Going as far as to say it was our responsibility to get the car out even if the lot was unplowed. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and discourteous staff who failed to deliver any customer service at all. Do not fly and park at this lot during the winter.
The only place I park when I go to Bradley. Super easy drop off and pick up. The shuttles are reliable and it is close the the airport.
Rude and incompetent staff. There are many other parking options near BDL, so I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere. When we dropped the car off, I explained that my mother would be picking it up. The guy asked “so what’s your name? What’s your phone number?” and began filling out a sheet. When he was done, I asked if he wanted my mother’s info as well, and he got really bent out of shape that he hadn’t filled out the form with her info from the beginning. He said “I wish you had told me that before!” When of course, I had. Next thing I know, he is threatening that the shuttle will leave without us, as we are getting our bags out of the car. Later, I called and asked if I could pay with a credit card, so my mother wouldn’t have to pay when she picked the car up. But they will not take credit card info over the phone or in person, so my only option to prepay was if I had made the reservation online at least one day in advance. I was told by another rude person on the phone that “this policy exists for a reason” but she “didn’t have time to get into it with me.” They obviously don’t trust their employees to handle money and they don’t have any customer service standards in place.
Best feature was texting when I landed, getting a quick shuttle to the Premier Valet lot and there was my car, started and heated up and ready to go for a very reasonable price! Worst feature... the rude man who checked me in... barked at me to just give him my name and cell and having never parked there before I asked him what to do next and he yelled... just leave the key in the car and walked away... rude!

The service used to be great. The last several times I have flown in (usually on late flights) I have waited at the airport for 15+ minutes after texting in my ticket number. I see shuttle after shuttle go by for RonCari, Executive, and Galaxy......but no Laz shuttles. Several times I have had to call back again.The last two times I have used Laz premier valet, I have texted or called in with my ticket number, only to find that they still hadnt pulled my vehicle when I got to the lot.Maybe it is just the night crew, or maybe there are systemic problems, but I am done with Laz-fly. Too many other options to keep putting up with poor service.
Do not ever park at LAZ fly at Bradley International Airport. We went to self Park and paid $7 a day and came out with a damaged car after 1 week. Because its self Park theyre not responsible for your car. They have a camera picture shot of us pulling in with an intact gas tank. But were unable to get a picture of our damaged gas tank on our way out... obviously because the camera is probably only on one side. So they will not pay for the claim. We parked there for one week while on vacation and somebody ripped open our locked gas tank and took the cap as well. We didnt notice until we got home but called right away and took pictures. Be forewarned do not park at Laz fly. FEEL FREE TO SHARE
My car was damaged while parked at LAZ near Hartford Bradley Airport. LAZ refused to take any responsibility or even refund the parking charge. When I booked and prepaid on-line I was under the impression that I was reserving a spot in paved parking area painted with lines. It seems they dont limit the number of vehicles allowed in the lot - so a prepaid reservation seems meaningless. I had to park in field where parking spots and traffic lanes are not delineated - its a free-for-all, so it is not surprising someone scraped my vehicle. When I reported the damage the manager immediately disavowed any responsibility but said he would look at security tapes and call me within a few days. I didnt hear back from him. I finally got a hold of him again about three weeks later. He said the tapes were inconclusive and LAZ wouldnt do anything else, not even refund the parking charge. He stated that it was just like if my car was damaged while parked at the mall. From my view, it is radically different because you dont pay to park at the mall. I am frequent business travel who has been flying out of Hartford for 30 years. This was the first time I ever tried LAZ. I had always used the official on-site parking at the airport and never had a problem. By their own admission, thats the risk you take when you choose LAZ self parking.
We left our automobile there recently and picked it up on November 20. We paid to get it detailed and a Coach zippered coin purse full of coins was missing. We made numerous attempts to settle the situation, including speaking to Vanessa Willis, the customerservice representative. Nothing was done about it. Shame on the thief who took a handful of coins and the company who continues to enable this behavior!
Damaged the entire passenger side and said nothing. They accepted responsibility for the damage but three months later my car is still not fixed and I wasn’t even given a refund.Can’t get ahold of anyone when you call and all voicemails go to One person except for the claims line it just hangs up on you. Really 1 person for every call. Terrible communication and terrible customer service. Completely ruined our vacation. Had to file bbb complaint to hear from management. Then a very reasonable manager quickly got things done.
Picking up my car did not go smoothly. I waited 30 minutes to get my car. Since it was already 11:55 p.m. when I arrived at the lot via shuttle, 30 minutes seemed like a very long time to wait. I was told the delay was because my car was parked in a back lot and the valet person needed another person to give them a ride there to get my car. This was also happening to another woman while I was there. During that 30 minute wait, two other shuttles arrived and all of those people were taken care of (they were cashed out, their cars were brought to the waiting area, and they left in their cars). There was also nowhere to sit while waiting the 30 minutes for my car. I called to make a complaint and they said because I waited 4 days to call and complain (I spoke with Vanessa in Customer Service), there was nothing they could do for me. Clearly, I will never use this service again. I am going to be using Roncari instead for my next trip because Roncari is a reliable service.

Valet parking close to BDL airport. Quick shuttle ride, reasonable prices and very courteous drivers. Car on and waiting for you when you arrive. They have car wash services as well.
1 and done! Called 3 times before anyone answered for pick-up. DID NOT have my truck out as advertised, even though I called ahead. Tried to charge more than the rate I was pre-booked for. And last, the driver came through the lot in my truck like he was filming for Smokey and the Bandit. I wont ever go back.
The staff is awesome, trustworthy, responsible, and polite. I can park my car, go on a trip, and not have to worry about the safety of my property!!!
