The staff is absolutely wonderful, so they dont reflect why I give it 3 stars. If it was just for the staff, it would be 5 stars. But the 3 stars reflects the mechanical condition of the rooms. My last stay there, I had switched rooms but both rooms were so warm and uncomfortable. The air conditioning never went below 75 even though it was set to 66 degrees. Ive had this happen on several occasions in the summer months but I try not to complain. Hopefully this issue will get resolved as I stay here quite frequently.

In what world is this a 4-star hotel?I mean, its an airport hotel. Its fine, sure. But 4-star? the interior is straight out of the 80s. It need to be gutted down to the frame. It is DECADES out of date. A refresh will not do.

Rooms at the club level are spacious. We enjoy facing the runaway and asked for our room to be switched to that side. Much nicer than looking at the parking garage! It was quiet too; no plane noise.It was disappointing that the concierge lounge is closed. Further disappointed in that elites are given a thousand points in lieu of breakfast. We were told that it was a staffing issue.On the plus side, the hotel is connected to the Departures side of the airport-- a very short walk from the lobby. Very convenient place to stay if one has an early flight.

Small rooms, yet convenient for an overnight. Hotel restaurant is closed, however the Club lounge has really great food and drinks. The pool is terrible! The floor is coming up and falling in the pool. The vent in our shower was filled with years of lint... We were woken up a few times at night because of a fire alarm. Then in the morning from some construction with a jack hammer. They have a lot of work to do before we stay there again.

Very easy access for airport! Staff at desk were helpful. Room was nice with comfy bed, felt clean to us. The ventilation system was loud and We struggled for outlet access with chargers and such. We were on the highest floor. I worried we would hear planes coming any going, but this was not a concern.With the staff not doing daily room cleaning, I wish there was a way to send out towels and trash daily.Our TV had troubles. Promised support never arrived to resolve the TV trouble.

This is the first time that Ive stayed in this hotel, but I was very impressed. The first thing that I noticed is that everything was spotless. The hotel was extremely clean, and the rooms were as well. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! The hotel is very up to date, and is a perfect place to stay if you have an early morning flight and want to eliminate the early morning shuffle to get to the airport. The hotel is literally one minute away from the check-in/security area.

We really enjoyed our time there! Convenience for a late in/ early out flight. We thought it would be noisy however, we did not hear 1 airplane! I did request one of the newer renovated rooms and we were on the 8th floor. They are under construction updating rooms and were working on the 5th floor at the time (top down from what I understand). I had also requested to be on the runway side to view the airplanes takeoff but was not granted that. We did not spend much time in the room anyhow and the room itself was meh, just a room but clean.Take the time to visit the Cloud 9 lounge. Great vibe, great bartenders and had interesting people to talk to. Dennis one of the bartenders is quite a character and so much fun to talk to, knows something about everything and eager to share and also to please. Dee another bartender, was very attentive and friendly.They have Starbucks in the hotel and parking ~$20/ night. So return your rental the day before and theyll bring you back to the hotel saving you some money. You dont have to leave the hotel to get to the airport, just walk down the hall and turn left. The only issue I found is the choices in restaurants once you get through security and no Dunkin, so get it when you check your bag and chug a lug. We will definitely stay there again!

Ok for its purpose. Had a very early flight the next morning. Sign on the elevator said to swipe your key card to activate. Not true. After many attempts I trudged back to the front desk thinking the card wasnt working yet but was told the sign is wrong, you have to hold the key over the sensor. Well change the sign then, no?!Later that night, someone tried entering my room! Fortunately I had the slide lock engaged. But how?!?!?Burger from the restaurant was good.

We had a very early 6:00 am flight out of Bradley International Airport in the morning. So we thought of the idea of staying at the hotel because of the seamless connection to the airport. From home, we would have had to get up at 2:30 am, get ready, and drive an hour to the airport parking facility. Then park our car in order to get there in time to make our flight. Instead, staying at the hotel, allowed us to get up at 4:30, get ready, and walk the 5 minutes to the airline check in counter. Id highly reccomend the idea of **STAYING AT THE HOTEL, to anyone looking to simplify their flying experience out of Bradley International Airport. The hotel room was newly renovated. Everything was bright. It had a warm feel, great shower, and a very comfortable bed.

Rooms nice but not fridge unless available no microwave. EXTREMELY QUIET. Awesome view of planes coming and going. Restaurant closed but bar with food is open and very professionaly dressed staffed. Option for TV viewing very limited. Alex at the front desk is AWESOME extremely friendly and will go out of his way to make your stay comfortable.

Service is sub par, beds are worth an hr nap, no toilet paper in the room,, dirt stains on the bath tile, ice floors werent pointed out and basic cable. I guess if you want to waste your $269 to stay and wake up early to fly, go for it! Didnt even offer my points for being a titanium member. Also, wasnt flying out that night

As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was welcomed with a huge smile and the most overwhelming “hello” that couldn’t have made me feel more at home! Alecks, (by the way after speaking to this guy for maybe five minutes, I felt like he was my best friend for years, that’s how I know his name is spelled so uniquely… Not sure if its spelled this way, but I know his name is pronounced Alex & not spelled like Alex LOL) anyway, ALL hotel personnel should take customer service training from Alecks!! He always presented service with a smile, his voice was so accommodating, he just made you feel so welcomed and such a happy person to speak with… I have to say Most front desk personnel at hotels are grumpy and don’t usually like to help people so often and if they do help… It’s nowhere close to the type of customer service he provided!! If I lived in Connecticut, I would want to be friends with Alecks 100% he was just so genuine the entire time I was there and every time I went to the front or called, he was so natural and caring... my point, he made my stay at this hotel a million times better that if anything was wrong, I didn’t even notice that much because Alecks’s personality and demeanor just overshadowed any negative that could’ve been present! So I have to give this hotel a 10 star review simply because of my first impression of it… In which this case it was all due to their front Desk, Alecks, who made a lasting positive impression from beginning to end of pure happiness and cheer... I’d probably say if he weren’t in the picture my review would be average... because the indoor pool is a nice size, but it’s not heated, it’s actually freezing cold, the TVs in the room need to be updated because they are not Firestick compatible, according to their tech that came up to see why the audio in our fire cube was wasn’t working, the rooms were clean, ya know your normal hotel room... employees were nice enough... but again I more than double the review to a 10 Star because of one person... FIRST IMPRESSIONS MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE, Sheraton corporate, you should look into Alecks, he would be a great manager to train others to serve patrons just as he does...because he’s the absolute best hotel employee I’ve ever had any interaction with... and My husband has 32 contracts with hotels in Times Square, we Deal with them on the daily, and no one compares to Alecks at the Sheraton hotel in Bradley airport...in all my 25 years in this business he is the utmost definition of what a front desk should be and act like! I RECOMMEND this hotel for their IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and the cleanliness overall! First of all, the staff was incredibly rude for no reason and I only interacted with them for like 2 minutes. Secondly, the room is automatically set to a cool temperature which is kinda dumb given its cold outside and youd think youd want your guests to be comfortable. Theres no refrigerator, which Ive never seen at a hotel. Theres no soap, shampoo or even towels to shower. Never thought Id say this, but la quinta down the street has nicer rooms imo, and theyre way cheaper.

I checked in with a lady. I pad for 3 rooms. I brought my things upstairs. I came back downstairs and spoke with a gentleman. He told me that I could add a long term parking feature to my stay. I decided to leave my car at the hotel for 1 week. I could have parked across the street for $8 per day but the Sheraton long term parking was comparable.When I returned I was told over the intercom in the parking garage by a lady that I was lying and that I never spoke with the gentleman. I was charged $45 per day for 1 week on top of being called a liar.

I ordered a burger the first time it was well well well done so I sent it back cuz they asked me what temp and I asked for medium. The second Burger was completely raw. Like raw raw not just in the middle raw. I got a third burger but I just couldnt even eat it at this point. The rooms have no fridges no microwaves and no blankets on the bed. I think you even get a fridge at a motel 6 so I would suggest you to stay somewhere else so you can get food

Great Sheraton attached to the airport. I suggest springing for an airport view room on the 8th floor so can see the view the sad empty airport gates thanks to Covid. Club level room was awesome, super clean, and toiletry items were supplied in a ziplock baggie which was a nice touch. The gym is also open.

I will forever be grateful and loyal to Sheraton after this experience. My son was coming home from his first semester at college and was staying here before an early morning flight. He lost his wallet somewhere between the campus and the airport. We live in Texas. I called the manager and explained the situation - he had no money, no ID, and no credit cards. I had booked the room on my card - so she directed me as to what to do and said that they would help him. He was very down when he arrived - and they greeted him so warmly. He told me they expected him. Then they gave him a gorgeous suite with a view! He sounded so much better after checking in - and I know it was because they didnt hassle him - they welcomed him. I had been so worried - and after he got to the room, he just sounded better. He got a restful night before traversing the morning with TSA and no ID. (As an aside - he said TSA was very kind and the additional screening took a long time - but they were very professional!). Thank you Sheraton!

We had our flight diverted due to weather and united airlines put us up at hotel it was very late at night and we needed to get up early for the new flight so I wasnt that concerned about the TV. Very convenient to the airport, just a few minute walk to the security/check-in area. I’m happy with everything there except the massive price gouging for certain drinks from the concessions at the front desk. I simply got a 16oz San Pellegrino sparkling water from the fridge there and learned after checkout that it was $10.00. My fault for not asking the price. The chicken salad was priced well though, but what the heck for a San Pellegrino? I called and verified this is the price they charge for it. Never again, and will boycott buying from there in the future when I have to stay there.

The Sheraton Bradley International Airport is a great hotel. It is convenient to step off the plane and into the hotel (without ever stepping outside). My family and I stay here at least once a year for one of our Martial Arts Tournaments. The staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. Our rooms are always clean and well stocked. The gentleman who drives the shuttle is friendly accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

This place is located on a very convenient place, as you can walk to the airport without taking any shuttles or going through any hassle at all. Old room no remote tub faucet dripping all night ac constantly turn on and off every 30 seconds.....not exaggerating... along with the tv....stayed on for 20 min then shut off....NO REMOTE... so had to nanuallt turn on like clock work.

Very convenient as you can walk to the hotel from the airport without ever going outside. Literally about 500 meters and your there. Very clean but seemed dated. Needed some up grades for sure. My sink had a big crack in it (but was still functional). Worst for me was my coffee maker didnt work! I can live with the fact that it was a little dowdy, but at least it was clean and airport handy. They do take pets. No breakfast due to Covid.

This was a great hotel at the Bradley Airport in Hartford CT. The rooms were large and nicely furnished with NO airport noise. An added bonus was the view of the airport and planes. So nice to watch in the evening. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although we didnt get a chance to visit, there was an onsite restaurant with a nice looking menu and a cute little bar for winding down after a long flight or long day of work. After staying in a couple very high end hotels on this particular trip, it was so great to stay at the Sheraton where the room was larger and nicer and there was an onsite hotel. Loved it

Our experience far exceeded our expectations. The check in process was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is so close to the airport you don’t even have to walk outside. Not sure what’s going on with the no parking situation but we took the shuttle from The Parking Spot and it worked fine. We will definitely stay here again for our early flight.

What a joy to have a hotel with amazing conference rooms attached to the airport...no Uber, no cab, no bus. Great restaurant and lounge provided excellent dinner and lunch! Interior was up to date and clean and amazingly quiet with jets moving outside! Dennis at Concordes is fantastic and deserves a raise! Great service and attitude!

We choose The Sheraton because any time I’ve stayed in a Sheraton I was always happy with my experience ie the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. With that being said, this hotel by far was the best one yet! I was sending my son on a plane for the first time and chose the shared because of its name and was exceptionally happy once we arrived and found out that we did not have to leave the hotel to get into the airport three right turns from the lobby of the hotel and we were in the airport such ease and convenience to fly out of Hartford would recommend and have recommended flew out the end of December would go there again and again thank you to the staff

The Bradley Airport Sheraton is definitely the place to stay when you are traveling through Hartford. Friendly staff and great service as usual. The only thing I would like to see is a walk-in shower verses a tub, it can be difficult to climb over. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is attached to the airport! You can arrange to leave your car in the underground garage for several days. We had an early departure and a late return, so this was our best option by far. Also the rooms are slightly larger than most, so we were very comfortable. We did not have any meals there, so we cant comment on that. We would definitely stay there again! The higher price is absolutely worth it!

Love the the pictures of shade tobacco field in our room. The barn in the background with the netting used as a curtain to the past were dramatic. Sheraton has everything you need whether you stay for business or pleasure. Rooms are quiet even when near gates.

Easy to get to (just take an elevator from baggage pick up at the airport) and quite pleasant to experience. Amazingly little airport noise. Great staff. Clean rooms. There is actual square footage in the hotel rooms. Multiple meeting spaces. I would happily return for a professional meeting or for a night during personal travel. Personal transportation needed to enjoy anything local.

We had no issues at all. We were treated like royalty. We used the banquet halls and board rooms during our stay.The service and food was top notch and we would absolutely bring our conference here again in the future.Its great access from the airport. You dont have to go outside at all when you fly in to Bradley airport. Our guests from Washington really liked the convenience. They were able to fly in and out with ease and no need for car rentals. Great location!!Highly recommend!

Overall review of my hotel experience was not very good. No heat in the room, unable to be transferred, food was OK, and Front desk staffing could communicate better. Paul from Concorde was excellent although the wait to get seated was horrible the 3 nights that we were there. Hostess were no where to be found and on my first night I placed an order to go but came back 20 minutes later only to find out that the hostess I gave my order never put it in...which mean I had to reorder my food and wait another 20 minutes.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Toilet ran all night until I got up to wiggle the handle and stop it. AC wouldn’t go below 65 degrees, way too warm. Parking is horrendous, the garage is very tight and difficult to park in. Validating the ticket before leaving for dinner was annoying. Literally had to drive through the airport to get there, mostly my fault for not researching that, but was very annoying. The staff at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. Rooms were clean. Catered breakfast the next day was decent. Not likely to stay there again.

If youre flying out of Bradley field, this is the place to stay. The hotel is connected to the terminal so you just walk right over. Get a room facing the field & you can watch the planes come & go. Nice bar, good restaurant & friendly staff await you. Wouldnt stay any where else.

Didn’t even have to leave the building, grabbed our bags, went back up one floor and since I had already pre checked in, received my key at the desk and went straight to our room in less than twenty minutes! If you just need a room for an early flight the next day (or if you are arriving late at night) this is an excellent place to stay. Quiet, clean and a short walk from the airport. Room interior and bathroom were a bit old and dated and wifi, whilst wholly usable, was not exactly zippy. Youre paying for the location, which is superb, not the room, which is so-so.
