I used Windsor Locks, CT FEDEX Freight for a shipment and they were excellent! Very short wait time, professional and they even helped me put everything in my car. They took all the Covid-19 precautions including masks and distancing (I will not use any business who does not enforce these requirements). A superior experience and I will now use them for all my future freight.

Call to confirm pick up and was told I was in error. Then I did I get the 14 digit pick up number?

If I could give no stars I would, delivery not done due to storm we used our gas to pick up product, got to facility engine was damaged it cost us 1900.00 for them to go oops, three weeks have past and we are now told to file a claim when we were told by individual in office all was taken care of, we again are filing second claim. DO NOT USE THEY TAKE CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED

Drop ship after arrival in facility has taken 11 days so far. NO urgency in delivery!

Easy to get in and out. They do have bobtail parking just outside of the gate or you can go to the pride truck stop in chicapee about 25 miles away.

Be prepared for a good wait for your trailer but its a money maker though
