The location is where I usually parked before The Parking Spot took over. Excellent service and drivers. I have a particular thanks for my return driver. I had lost my QR code and couldnt access on my phone. Then found a duplicate in luggage. Driver explained I could have exited anyway with assistance. He waited for me to start my car and then was at the exit to help me scan the code. A real asset to the company.

Better pricing than most other options.Frequent and friendly shuttle service. It was very quick getting to the airport, and they were waiting outside the baggage terminal so that there was zero wait time.Courteous and knowledgeable personnel.I really liked the cold water bottle coolers at the exit point. That’s a real nice touch.

Fast, easy, and affordable! Love the app, you just click the items you want and scan the QR when you get there. I had the covered valet parking with car wash. The car was cleaned very well, and ready when we got back. The shuttle is super easy to catch back to the parking location. You just go back to the app and let them know you have arrived and a shuttle is waiting for your outside door #3. No more finding tickets, calling shuttles on airport phones. I would highly recommend this service.

The best experience. We did Valet. Left the car for a week. Came back to our vehicle sitting at the door waiting for us. We will be parking here again. Everyone super nice!

Both staff members were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. They go out of their way to make the self service parking a pleasant experience and don’t get flustered when you ask if you can go around and make sure you locked your car or can’t remember that you parked in the EE section and not the E section.

Our normal parking service is usually very good except this time. I wont go into details. We couldnt wait for an attend to come especially when the employees werent around to ask questions. So we and also another couple facing the same situation decided after waiting approximately 25 minutes at the location we previously where, decided to check out The Parking Spot just down the road and close to bradley airport. We had know reservations and received great service. I thank you all for the professional service we received. Fully staffed and everyone there were professional. Thank you for a great experience. Closest to the airport and employees are polite and helpful. You may pay a little more but its worth it to be in and out of the airport quickly! Plus one time there was a pretty long delay in having my car ready after winter weather which left my daughter and I sitting in their waiting room after midnight while everyone else came and left. I emailed the company just to advise them that I wasnt really happy and they fully refunded the cost of my stay. Now thats great customer service!

Prompt, courteous, clean and safe. My flight was canceled because of an impending hurricane, and when I called about my car the young woman who answered the phone was very calm and polite.The drivers were super nice and courteous and insisted on putting my carryon on the shuttle themselves.Plus, I like the yellow spotted bus and logos, makes it easy to spot them at the airport! ;-) Altogether a great experience.

Convenient location to airport. Shuttles were always running. We got to the parking lot at 3:30am and waited about 30 seconds for a shuttle. When we arrived back we only waited about 2 minutes for a shuttle to take us back to our car. Fastest service I have ever had at an airport. Would use this service again no questions asked.

We have never used this service before, but we will absolutely use it every time we travel now! The man who picked us up saw us pull in and met us at our car and had our luggage loaded onto the bus immediately. He was very friendly! The ride back was also very smooth, we didnt even have to call because the bus was already there picking others up. He dropped us right at our car. It was the easiest part of our travel!!! 10/10 will be using this company again for parking during our travels.

All around good experience. Easy to pay online. Easy in and out of location, driver was there right away for p/u and was waiting when we got back - took us right to our car. Super quick, efficient and fairly priced

We always use this service when traveling out of Bradley. Their online reservation process is seamless. There are always promotional codes to apply to your purchase. The attendants are friendly and helpful.

I loved everything about the service, the drivers are super nice they help to get the bags into the van. They get you to the airport and from the airport in no time…It was my first time and will definitely use the service again in the future.

Park here when flying out of Bradley. The Spot offers self park but I always go for valet. Drop your car, hop on the shuttle; when you return, get the shuttle back to your waiting car. So easy.

It was very quick in and out with the QR code. However, the scanner had trouble reading the QR code off of my phone app. Fortunately I had a printed copy and that worked fine. Dont know if other people had the same issues, just wanted to let you know. Very good rates, friendly driver and quick response to pick up request.

We did not have to wait on either end of our trip. We used valet and our car was waiting for us ready to go when the shuttle dropped us off!!! It was overall convenient and easy.

I was supposed to use their service and canceled 37 hours later as the person we were traveling with got covid. I asked EXTREMELY NICELY to be refunded and was treated like I was stupid. I was told no refunds would be given regardless of situation, they don’t MAKE EXCEPTIONS. So back in June I disbuted after tirelessly begging just to be refunded as I would NOT BE TRAVELING AGAIN IN the future. I was again denied. (first time using their service) I was supposed to pay when I got there but when I checked out they charged me for both days. Sooooo basically if i didn’t pay up front I would have kept my money but because an error online charged me they FOUGHT my bank on it…and now I’m being debited 2 months later for parking spots I NEVER USED. Now I have to worry about losing $132 after My bank paid me back “The PARKING SPOT” FOUGHT so I wouldn’t be refunded in the middle of a PANDEMIC!!!! Absolutely horrible and I was charged 5/28 and my claim was processed 6/2 and My trip was end of JUNE

Had a great experience, got there dropped of my car, got a ride to the airport right away, and when coming back with the app they had my car parked out front, it was very easy.

I was extremely impressed with The Parking Spot yesterday.My plane landed, I notified TPS through their app I needed to be picked up. I stepped outside and my ride was there. I arrive at their facility and my car was ready to go. I had stored my credit card info on their app. They charged me accordingly, sent me my receipt via email, and left a receipt in my car. It could not have been more easy.I was so impressed, I went inside to thank the employees.

Fabulous customer service. Our driver ran to meet us outside the airport so we didn’t have to carry our luggage any further. Then, when we got to our vehicle he loaded the luggage right into our car all with a friendly attitude and big smile. Such a pleasant way to end a long tiring trip home. 5 stars!

I had the best service ever! My plane was delayed, but as soon as I made the call to let Parking Spot know the plane had touchdown, the driver for Parking Spot was outside waiting for me.Also, I am not technically savvy, and I had a hard time checking out. Mr. Alberto Arrozo was extremely patience, and help me navigate the system, which probably was not even part of his job duties.Mr. Arrozo was very helpful and from this point on I will utilize the Parking Spot as my go to for Airport Parking.Everyone I have encountered with Parking Spot has displayed excellent customer service.

Ease of use, everything is on my iPhone, all you have to do is scan your code at the gate, and I like how it can be saved to my apple wallet, the driver comes right to your parking spot to pick you up, and brings you back to that spot on the way home, even for the uncovered parking spot, which is very nice of this company.

Ive given this place two tries and im done. its over priced. they push you to use the app so its completely self serve. they advertise one price but it magically becomes higher at checkout. the scanner didnt work and i had to wait for someone to come and let me out. no discount for a partial day (i was there 3 hours and it charged me 9.29$) What really aggravates me is that there is no contact information on the site so no way to communicate with someone regarding the issues. DONE! airport garage is about the same price and so much more convenient

Been parking here for years, before they were the Spot. The service is still the best. Reservations, check-in and pay ahead discounts on their app all make the Spot the best parking option at BDL. Imagine flying back from your vacation in the islands and finding out its 10 degrees when you land, and you get a quick airport pickup, your car is cleared of snow and the engine is running and all warmed up for you. I can tell you its the best. I just had that experience last week. Keep up the good work.

Negitive 5 Stars.Roncari was the best. Never had an issue and used them 20 or more times. These people at the parking spot destroyed my truck and told me it was my fault.I showed up to pick up my vehicle and paid for everything. Then when I went outside to take delivery they told me there was an issue. They drove me to my truck and it was half way in the isle. They told me they had an issue.I get in the truck and my key cylinder was jammed to the start position, the shifter cable was broken and a brake line was broken and leaking everywhere.They told me this can happen on older trucks. I had to have the truck towed home. When I downloaded the video from my DVR I noticed that they had disabled it every time they moved the truck. My tracking unit told me that it was moved 15 times in 3 days and was driven all over the lot and left running for long periods of time. I have proof of this. They must have been sitting in it listening to the stereo system. You can look at the pictures I have included and see that the DVR worked perfectly on the way in and then they disabled it 6 times then they just shut it off or unplugged it.After starting to work on the truck I noticed the starter was burnt out by the key cylinder being jammed to the start position. Fuses were blown and the stereo now does not turn on.THIS IS NOT EXCEPTABLE!!! They have ignored me for over a month and now have sent me a letter saying they are not responsible. This has cost me over $1500 to repair.MUST BE BECAUSE I LEFT MY MAGA HAT ON THE BACK SEAT AND SOME ONE GOT TRIGGERED.I will never use this place again. They will not take care of your vehicle. They can do what they want and you have to deal with it.

Was going to park here for my flight tomorrow until I read the review about this business abusing & breaking a customers vehicle. When video evidence was presented they ignored the customer and later sent a letter denying any responsibility. Wow. I own a company that recently relocated to CT and more than 25 of my employees now fly monthly out of bdl. I am now looking elsewhere for myself and employees to park. Shame on this business for not taking responsibility. They also just lost out on 26 customers flying up to three times a month. Hopefully management sees this and understands their poor business practices have long term effects. Sad.
