Shuttle Van side swiped my bumper and LAZ claims there were no cameras on that one spot. Convenient. The evidence is there to show they caused the damage, but they refuse to share any camera angles or pictures of their vans. Save a few bucks, spend thousands on repairs due to their negligence.

Our shuttle driver, Ricky, had us laughing the whole time with his sarcastic humor! I was with some nervous flyers and his fun demeanor totally took their minds off the flight. We were happy to see he was our driver back to the lot, too! While I did have some trouble trying to check out of the lot (I had to call the number on the machine), they were very helpful with assisting me. Great experience!

We pulled in and told the driver that we were there and my husband tried to drop me snd the luggage with the van right there and the driver told him that he couldnt do that and to go and park the car and he would be right there. We had to walk the full length of an aisle of cars to get to the van and I am handicapped as my husband told the driver when my husband tried to drop me off at the van with the luggage. It was a major inconvenience.

This is the second time using this service (the Premier Self Parking).I LOVE this service. The drivers were professional & helpful ! The minute I arrived the shuttle came right up to my car and took luggage and golf bag. And, off we went. I arrived at the airport from start to finish within 10-15 minutes. I always like the idea of parking my own car and the spaces had ample room . I wish there was a service like this at New York airports!

I always park with Lazfly at their premiere valet. When I land, I text them and my car is ready, warmed up in winter, cooled off in summer and waiting. Shuttle runs very often and is a 5 min ride from airport. Drivers are nice and friendly. Reasonable prices. If your company offers a program with them, then its an amazing deal!

(This review refers to the Economy lot.) Dont park here in the winter. There was a huge snowstorm a few days before I needed to park and they had not plowed the lot at all. I had to park far away in a giant mound of snow and then had to carry my suitcase down the lane because the lanes had not been plowed either and I could not (nor did I wish to attempt) to roll my suitcase through heavy snow/slush/ice. It is a potential hazard and disaster waiting to happen. I read that another reviewer fell and sustained a head injury and Im not surprised. They also dont drop you off by your car when you return. Not worth the few bucks of savings, in my opinion. Maybe its better in the summer without the plowing issues. I just dont understand how a park and ride service does not plow its lot. That seems rudimentary. Drivers were friendly, however, and the shuttles ran fairly frequently, so Id give it 2 instead of 1 stars.

Shuttle service picks you up and drops you off at your car. It really is door-to-door shuttle service. And they kept the lot clean of snow. So even after leaving the car in long term parking for 2 weeks during winter, and through several snow storm and a blizzard, we still needed to do no more than warm up the engine and clean off the windows. Fantastic solution for long term airport parking. Very reasonable prices, and they have various discounts for things like AAA and longer stay and etc.

So convenient. You park, the shuttle stops in front of your car for pick up and drop off. The shuttle drivers are very nice and helpful.

Excellent service. As soon as we parked the shuttle was at our car. Upon our return the shuttle was right outside of baggage claim and dropped us right at our car. Very convenient and definately worth the money. Book ahead on-line for a discounted price.

We used LAZFLY for the first time over the holidays. Our car was parked for 12 nights and (using an online coupon) we paid only $72.18 upon our return. The employees were very available, helpful and pleasant, and they have enough shuttles running that on departure and on return, we only had to wait a few minutes to catch a ride. I will definitely use them again!

Use this lot every time I fly out of Bradley. Easy to get in and it of, close to the airport with frequent shuttles.

Got to my flight on time!

They are doing great job, my flight was on past Christmas Day, fast pickup from lot, and a little long when pick up from airport. Also, they do have text service for pickup. Lastly, make sure to reserve online(cheaper). I really recommend them.

We stayed at the LaQuinta Hotel with the park and fly option using LAZFly. They picked us up at the Hotel to drop off the car and brought us back at the end of the trip. All arrangements were made through the hotel and it was a no-hassle experience.

We had to wait over 40 minutes for the shuttle service to appear and pick us up. Im not sure if theyre understaffed or plain inefficient, but it is unacceptable to make people wait for that long after their flights just to be picked up. It has never happened to me with any other parking service.Definitely not a good experience. To be fair, they had the car pulled out and waiting for us when we arrived. But thats hardly any consolation when you have to watch your kids fall asleep on the curb side of LAX.

One of the impressive scams; the posted price of $5.95 is barely half of the actual charges. I parked for three days and they charged over $30--the posted rate plus airport access, fuel surcharges; I was a bit surprised not to see a fee for keeping track of fees.

We got in at 10pm so it was dark out, the shuttle bus had 3 stops to make. On the second stop the driver cut a corner too close to a post and hit it midway on the bus. Instead of backing up, he gassed it and shredded the back half of the van and tore the fender well off. I dont think he has a job anymore. Too much in a hurry.

What can I say, I have a love hate relationship with Laz fly, Love the Premier Parking and pick up and drop off, Price.. not so much. if my company wasnt paying for parking I probably wouldnt park here. Staff seems like they dont really care, its just a job.

Efficient but wow the lady at the desk when I picked up my car at Laz Fly valet parking was obviously dealing with some personal issues. She was hostile, unfriendly, uncooperative, and downright bad-tempered: waved me to another door, gave me hell about not calling from the airport on touchdown, slapped the receipt at me, was distracted by personal phone calls, and left me totally taken aback. I will use Laz Fly again but will tread warily.

Most of the drivers opperate wrecklesly especially on departure times at the airport.. They stop and drop off anywhere and dont care who they blocking or preventing from get by and a few of the drivers needs anger management class..big up the big man Rick

Watched five buses fill up and go by because they continued to park anywhere but where they told me to wait. Stood on the curb for over an hour total. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more. Every other company (there’s about five) has at LEAST twice as many buses and they actually stop at the designated sign instead of randomly here and there. Would pay triple to go with anyone else.

My opinion....these guys are deceptive rip-offs with poor service. Went on-line last week and prepaid parking at discounted rate. Arrived earlier this afternoon at Bradley Field Airport and waited outside in cold. Shuttle did not show. Called Laz Fly to find out where was shuttle. They said it was on the way. In the meantime two state shuttles came by and two Roncari shuttles came by. The shuttle finally came and there was a large group waiting to board. We get to parking lot and shuttle guy drops us off near gate of self park. I go to leave and gate requests money. Called the office and they said to drive across street and turn in ticket. After long flight and tired I complied. Then I was told to pay additional money because I parked in wrong lot.

I have parked with LAZ several times in the past and each time the lot had an actual attendant to pay. I recently parked at the LAZ self park and pre-paid via their website. I received a voucher with a bar code that I had to scan on my way out of the lot. There were 4 cars ahead of me waiting to pay at the automated gate. All seemed to be having problems with the machine as the wait was at least 15 minutes. This was about 1:00 am. When we got to the gate the machine had a great deal of difficulty in scanning the barcode on my printed voucher. After about 4 or 5 minutes it finally did. Otherwise, I would have been forced to use my credit card and pay again, even though I had pre-paid. It would be helpful to have someone there to handle these problems, and not rely on an automated system and customers waiting in line for so long at that time of night.

Aweful experience. I was charged more than what it said online and in my confirmation email when I booked it.The cashier was not friendly at all and just said there is nothing she can do and they will charge whatever price they had in the system.I will never park my car at this place again.

I pay 55 dollars up to a month at the Laz Self Park and get a shuttle ride to and from the airport at my convenience. Its worth it if youre going away for more than 9 days.
