I called and made a reservation Friday. At first things went well. I was advised to wait until 430 to pick up the truck, the salesman said he could justify not charging me for Friday. I then called and told him I was on my way but because of the weather, might not make it exactly at 5 (when they close). I arrived at 5:05 and the place was locked up. I drove 90 minutes and called, they couldnt wait 5 minutes?! Im not impressed 😕 when did we fail to provide customer service 🙄 and let it be acceptable 🤔

Love this location! Always has my rentals ready, clean and on time. Very professional, helpful and friendly, Tim is the best!

My first time trying Enterprises new approach to separate car and truck rentals was a complete disaster. I had reserved my cargo van weeks in advance for pickup at a certain time on a certain day. Yet the day before the reservation they called and asked if I could pick it up later because they werent sure the van would be back in time. Then the day of the reservation they just said, sorry, we dont have the van and cant get one elsewhere. How do you expect people to make moving plans with this kind of service? On top of it all, the person working there seemed unfamiliar with Enterprises military discount and clearly uninterested in finding out about it. They said if I used my USAA credit card the discount would automatically apply, which is untrue and ridiculous. Anyway my whole plan for moving that day was jacked up thanks to this unprofessional outfit. Never again!

New location. Had an issue with my main vehicle. They got me into what I needed quickly. The quality of the rental was brand new so I also loved that. Awesome guys in there very personable. Good people to work with.
