I think its amazing what CCAP does for people with helping with food, clothes and diapers for children on certain days. Also they offer some financial help. And the people that volunteer our overall very respectful and polite... however there are also others that volunteer that arent very friendly and kind of disrespectful. They need to get a certain type of system down because sometimes depending on what type of help you need.. takes a long time

I literally just moved to Winchester less than 48 hours ago. It is a miracle that I am not on the street. So far they have been the catalyst for a good head start. They helped me with a deposit for electricity and provided me with food and clothes. What I found to be impressive was the genuine care these people seem to have. I am very grateful for their help.

CCAP so forth while awesome charity. Low income people come here for food, clothing, and even help with the bills. On a side note you can even take a shower here and stay inside when its cold or too hot.

The volunteers which is everybody working there go out of their way to help everybody, I have yet to hear them say anything negative about anyone that comes in there, there are too many people in there that are ungrateful that are giving the volunteers are hard time and theyre just trying to get them free food or clothing or other things that they need. I cannot say enough positive things about the people volunteering there.

CCAP is an integral part of Winchesters community response to homelessness and low income families. Their services touch the lives of over 50 persons per day with warm clothing, hot meals, money for much needed utilities, and assistance. CCAPs resources come for many and varied sources within the Winchester community. They are gathered quickly and are turned around to benefit the most needy in the county. They have a heart for all who call them friends. May the Lord bless and protect them and their clients during this health crisis. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen

Best place to go if you need help with clothing, food or financial help. Even food for your cat and or dogs. Everyone working there is a volunteer and its a humbling experience.

This place is good for getting help for the less fortunate and when you just cant make ends meet. You are allowed to visit the food pantry once a month, they have clothes and rooms for the homeless. They have financial aid for rent, prescriptions and/or the electric bill as well. This is only available every 6 months.

Nice local charity organization. Very helpful with a pleasant staff.

One of the greatest places in Winchester for help best friend is one of the the nicest ladies youll ever meet the staff is friendly and if they cant help their will definitely be able to tell you where you can go to find the help you need

Just its very full when Ive gone in and done of the people r very helpful but some just shouldnt be working with the public and yes everyone has bad says but not everyday to treat people with disrespect

I will never support this place the staff is rude and grumpy! People are hurting and in need how about showing a smile and being nice? People want to donate to a place that appreciates the donations how about a thank you? If you dont like what you do dont do it. What a sad example of a Christian organization. I am so glad Christ dont treat people the way these people treat others.

They have help me and my family in more ways than one. The staff are caring people that put up with alot more grief than they deserve but still manage to have a smile for the next person needing assistance. Thay do alot for people. Grocery light gas rent money up to 100 dollars a year. Thay help with tolit paper and cleaning supply and shampoo conf. There wonderful to the homeless and Ms Fran is an angel.

CCAP is a food pantry that helps people with food, clothing and assistance with utility bills. They have information available for services throughout the community. Its mostly operated by volunteers.
