If you own any Google Pixel Devices that is 4XL or later. STEER CLEAR from these guys. I went to this place to have my cracked screen replaced. I spent about $189 to have it done.The gentleman there advised me it would take about 40-ish minutes or so. I come back to follow up on him, he was still working on it and stated that my Google Pixel 4XL was a complicated device to work on. That concerned me when he said that but I just brushed it off because I had my kids with me, so I did my best to keep them entertained. I come back, he hands me my device, looks good as new! I walk away and begin to use my device, I noticed my SIM card was not being indentified and no phone signal was being picked up, I take it back to the gentleman to look at it again, and I explain to him the issue with me phone. So he began to work on it again. The gentleman struggled to fix my phone. After 3 or 4 hours later. I was very frustrated and upset with the service. The gentleman did apologize for not being able to repair my phone and offered me additional cash with my refund. Im just so upset that this place made my phone even worse when I spent just about $1000 on my phone. Only reason why this place is getting a three stars from me is because they did try by giving me a full rends an additional cash.

I had mahesh and he was amazing

We have used this repair shop a number of times to fix cracked or damaged phones. Have always found the pricing to be fair, and the repair work excellent. However, my wife and I went together to obtain a price to fix my phone, and were told $89. When I went back to pay for it and pick it up, they said it was $189 ($100 more). Normally I would like to give someone the benefit of the doubt, but again, we both heard $89. I did not refuse to pay it, as I felt sorry they had to be closed during the COVID debacle. However, it isnt right that they try to make up for lost revenue like this. The work done looks to have been done very well. Unfortunate that it has to come to this, but my suggestion if you visit - have them write the price on a piece of paper.
