Michael is the most knowledgeable prosthetist I have ever seen. His care in fitting and casting is unparalleled in my experience. I have dealt with many companies over the years and this company is far superior to anything I have seen before. I highly recommend!!!

After using this facility for over 12 years my file was flagged to not offer services to me. Through no fault of my own my prescription was not read and processed correctly by the staff with my insurance company. I filed a complaint, as I was being over charged because of an office error. It is really disturbing to realize that because of an over charge that I had corrected I am no longer wanted as a customer at this facility. Buyer beware. Their loss, I have found a more knowledgeable provider.

I have been employed here since 1997. The practitioners go out of their way to include their patients in their orthotic and prosthetic process. Our practitioners and staff truly listen to the patients needs and concerns.

I have worked at RPI since 2010. I started out as an orthotic resident and am now certified in prosthetics and orthotics. RPI is a wonderful place to work. Every practitioner goes above and beyond normal patient care to provide the best prosthesis or orthosis for each individual patient. I wouldnt want to work anywhere else.
