Rented a couple of chainsaws from multiple suppliers in the area, and I have to say they were by far THE BEST SUPPLIER. Great prices, excellent customer service, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All of the Solenberger men were nothing short of accommodating. And... good looking. 10/10 recommend.

I came with my best friend and she got a tiller to do her garden. She had guests and they gave the help s&e neededThe l loaded items and gave her extra gas jus/ in case. THEY were perfect. THANKS .

Fast, easy quick pick up for a huge variety of rental equipment. We rented a floor buffer for hardwood floors. Made the job easy without alot of money invested in a machine. When returning the equipment, simply pull around to side of building for assistance in unloading.

GRS is a Stihl distributor. I bought a new spool for my Stihl weed wacker. The gentleman working there was a great help. I would recommend this place for Stihl related items.

I rented a 40 x 60 tent with numerous tables and chairs for an outdoor wedding. The sales team was great in assisting with our planning and were prompt to answer any questions I had. Everything was delivered on time and set up perfect! It stormed during the wedding, so the tent was perfect!! I will definitely use GRS again!

Stellar. I typically drop in while my cars are being inspected nearby to kill some time, and dont buy much. Have rented and purchased a few things, but you would think that I am their top customer. Always helpful, friendly, and go the extra mile. Josh and the crew are TOP NOTCH!

Ive rented from these guys for nearly 15 years. They have supplied me with everything needed for my wedding to equipment rentals for both personal use and for my landscape company. Ive also purchased a backpack blower and 2 chain saws. I cant say enough good about them, they are a great group of guys to work with and go out of their way to help whenever they can. Grand Rental was such a generous supporter of James Wood Middle School for our Friday at Fair dance Sept. 13, donating a Cotton Candy machine! It was a huge hit, and the kids were so very happy! These guys are really dedicated to making sure the customer gets what they need. maintenance of their equipment is top notch, I ran a wood splitter for about 10 hours straight both days this weekend with not so much as a hiccup! Ive dealt with other rental places in town that may possibly have what you need and it may possibly run correctly, but those days are behind me. grand is hands-down the best.

Great and friendly service. I rented a mini excavator from this company and I was pleasantly surprised by their communication and friendliness. They running behind slightly on delivery (due to performing necessary maintenance), but they called twice to let me know when to expect the equipment. The delivery man was quite helpful in running through the controls and even helped get the equipment into place. I highly recommend this business and hope they expand their rental offerings.

Very professional and a good company to do business with. Rented a piece of equipment. Got it to the job site and it failed to work properly. Took it back and they replaced it with a new one. For the inconvenience the next rental would be free. Good people!

Very easy to deal with ppl. Very knowledgeable about products theyre selling and renting. On several occasions multiply different members of this team have gone out of their way to get me equipment last minute. Same thing when stuff breaks they always repair quickly and correctly.

Do not use this company. The manager doesnt care about you or the materials you are renting from them, he just wants his money. The rentals are not high quality than what they have sitting in their showroom. Just be careful but theres no way Id ever recommend them.

This place is awesome - I use them just about 10 times a year and the service is always on point. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

DO NOT do business with them, bought a chaisaw from them, used all the recommended stihl fluids,even bought the extended warranty, saw started running rough, they told me my cylinder was scratched.when i told the mechanic there is no way, he said my fuel mixture was wrong, when i informed him it was stihl 2 stroke oil, he then blamed my chain and said it was not covered under warranty. took it to another mechanic and it ended up having an air leak at carb gasket. FIXED!!!!! WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING OFF THEM AGAIN
