Kim is very nice and is willing to work with you. My account is in a little bit of a mess right now and she is helping get it back on track. Everyone I’ve spoke with there has been nice and never got rude. I would recommend going to them, and always ask for Kim!

Friendly people. But you pay extra to be protected in caae you lose your job. And than you lose your product. I paid extra for rhe protection but when my business closed and should if been paid for with my insurance it dont so they take back product and will hold it for you till you get a pay check. Not how its suppose to work. So do not pay tge extra for tge insurance cause its a rip off. Now aarons insurance does what it says they pay up to 6 months of your payments very happy with how aarons is doing it. But not so much with rent a center

This rent a center are always friendly and helpful. If you dont have money for an expensive item the weekly payments are really great!

Nice place to go if you are on a budget or need something quick.. I prefer buying straight out as opposed to the renting ..but overall it is a nice place for rentals of any kind ...

Kim the General Manager is great she treats everyone like a human being and realizes life sometimes happens. Jennifer is kinda rude and more worried about her sales and collections compared to the customers.

Never rent to own or just rent... they overcharge for everything...
