These guys did a great job installing our chairlift. The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.The guys who came out to install the lift where very professional and polite. It was a joy doing business with this company and i would highly recommend them.

I had a maintenance contract and they still charged me over $400 to come and take a look at an issue I raised during the previous maintenance visit. No repair was performed but they charged me $250 just for the travel plus another $175 for the service. It wasnt an emergency, I told them they could come whenever it was convenient. I doubt the driver even travelled very far to get to my location (certainly not $250 worth of travel). Thats how I got treated for being a loyal customer with a maintenance contract. Very disappointing.
