My husband and I are both members and find the front desk staff very pleasant and professional. They are always willing to work with our schedule. Lori gives the best facials and is very knowledgeable and up to date on current products! Each massage therapist has been wonderful! The areas are all very clean and inviting.

I had a recent trapezius muscle injury so I was referred for Massage therapy for the area and to get an all around massage for all the muscles. I was lucky enough to score an appointment within 24-hours with Angie. I cant say enough good things about my experience. The front desk staff was kind, and friendly. I was checked in quickly, and barely had time to sit down before Angie was ready to take me back. Since I was coming in for a full-body massage but had a specific focus area, I made sure to provide as much information. Angie gave me the best massage I have ever had and really focused her attention on my trouble area without causing me additional pain. I feel so lucky to have been able to receive services by Angie and I will be back!!

I absolutely love my monthly massages and facials here! I have noticed a HUGE change in my skin and body since my membership began. I especially like that I can cancel my membership anytime. The environment is so clean, the front desk is knowledgeable and accommodating, and all the therapists and esti I have had are wonderful.

Great customer service and stellar management not to mention top massage therapists. I would highly recommend but don’t be surprised if the soonest massage could be a few weeks out.

Professional staff and environment and great list of services. VIP room (in photos) offers a relaxing place to wait and relax before an appointment. Last time in was with Charlotte and she did a great job. Make this a place to visit to work out tight muscles, back and neck.

Their business model will hold you hostage, and it becomes impossible to cancel!My husband tried to do a nice thing and started a membership pre-Covid. When Covid hit, I froze my membership with one unused massage. Once I was vaccinated and felt comfortable going back, I tried to make an appointment for the unused massage, that had already been paid for. I was told that I could not schedule that massage until I authorized them to start charging for membership again. So, I had to pay for another massage in order to use the one for which I had already paid! Then, when I tried to make an appointment for the second massage, mysteriously there were no appointments available until my billing cycle came around again and I was charged for yet another massage!! I ended up finding one on line, went in and used it, and tried to cancel the membership. This was 6 days before the next billing cycle. I was required to sign a cancellation stating that it would not be effective for 10 days. I told the girls at the desk that I expected it to be effective immediately. They assured me that “it was in the system and would automatically be billed, but I could ask for a refund “. That said, I signed the cancellation. When I was billed, I called for a refund and it was denied, saying I signed knowledge I would be billed again. Yes, I did, based on their own employee’s assurance that I could then get a refund.This business is dishonest, manipulative and very poorly managed.The next steps are a charge back through my credit card company and a report to the Better Business Bureau.As an update to my experience, here is the response from the owner of Massage EnvyI hope your afternoon is going well. Im aware of your issue when you canceled your membership not only by the staff but also the lovely google review you put up. We dont make exceptions on refunds unless its an serious issue and certainly not by threats for posting bad reviews. I went over the camera footage and the front desk employee told you it was a possibility not a sure thing for the refund. Also once the membership is canceled you have 60 days to use any sessions left in your account this includes gifting it to another person if you are unable to make it in. I looked 60 days out and there are many opportunities eve or daytime that you can come in for a service. We dont scam people we simple ask them to read carefully over the cancelation policy and other important things when signing the membership agreement. Just because you find something unacceptable doesnt mean that its not correct or true. When getting my car repaired I find the cost sometimes unacceptable but I still pay it. As for your charge back remark with your credit card company I get notified and I will simple send over your signed cancellation agreement showing that it was legit. Despite your view on the management team I have in place my team is following the rules and protocols that are required of them and thats exactly what they did.My immediate response was to ask, if it is true that I do not need to have an active membership to use a paid for massage, why was I required to restart my membership to use the one this spring? That was 3 days ago and I have had no response.Once again, either the staff member who told me I was required to restart my membership to use that prepaid massage was wrong or this is a new policy.Further, the staff member who told me I could call and request a refund, didnt use the exact words it is not guaranteed she just said I could call and request one. Technically speaking, she did not guarantee it. However, when a customer is reluctant to sign a cancellation form because of the 10 day effectiveness clause, and is told by an agent of that company that one can call and request a refund after being charged, it is implicit that the customer relied on that statement to sign the cancellation form. It is either sign, or continue to be held hostage by that business.

Only been once but it was a great experience. Will definitely go back. A little bit less expensive than Hand and Stone at Kernstown.

This location is great! The girls up front are all friendly and really know their stuff. The tranquility room is a very relaxing place with a nice assortment of teas, water, and cider. I have seen Zoe and Hannah and they both were amazing. The best massages I have ever had. They both made sure to really listen to my concerns and took the time to make sure that my problem areas were feeling better before I left. Excellent location with experienced therapists and owners. The front desk staff and therapists are knowledgeable and you can tell right when you walk in the door everyone is passionate about the mission of Massage Envy, like working at Massage Envy, and know the company polices and backgrounds of the therapists like the back of their hand -therefore I always trust they schedule me with the right person. Additionally, Each time I have been to this location, the Owner has always greeted me and inquired about the quality of the service I received and informs me of additional services offered that could benefit me based on body pains I am experiencing. I always leave this location 1) with tips from therapists on how to avoid muscle knots, and 2) knowing that I WILL be back. By far the best customer service. My husband and I have been clients of massage envy since they opened their doors last January. We have had the BEST service, from the girls at the front desk to all the massage therapists. I will say my favorite massage therapists are Zoe, Eric and Karen. With that being said all the others were just as good but my schedule works best with them. My husband and I love the couple massage and we just got home from another amazing relaxing massage by Zoe and Eric. I highly recommend the Winchester Massage Envy to everyone. Give it a try you will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately I can’t really rate my experience because they canceled my appointment 1.5hr before it was scheduled. There is no contingency plan in place to get someone to cover for a therapist that calls out with a day full of appointments. I took a day off work and booked this massage as a Mother’s Day treat for myself and all I got was an “I’m sorry I can’t make someone come in on their day off so this isn’t my fault.” As if that makes up for the cancellation at all. I was prepared to sign up for a membership today, but now I’m not even sure I’ll ever give them my business at all because it didn’t even seem to matter to them that they were losing my business.

This is by far the best experience I have had at a massage envy yet. Thefirst great thing that I noticed was the plentiful amount of parking! That alone gets 5 stars as I came from DC where there is never any parking. It looks rather small from the outside however, as soon as I entered the waiting area I was pleasantly surprised at how big and beautiful it was. The interior is decorated in a contemporary style which was quite lovely and very comfortable as I waited for my spa service. The customer service that I experienced was outstanding and second to none!!! I was running a little late and the staff was extremely accommodating with no hesitation. My facial was extremely amazing which definitely made it worth the time it took me to get there. The entire atmosphere of the spa fosters a nice calm inviting energy. I will defiantly be back.

Having never had a facial I wasnt sure what to expect when I arrived at ME. The staff were all courteous and polite and very welcoming. It was warm and inviting and so comfortable in the waiting area. Chris who did my facial was friendly and immediately put me at ease. I did not feel pressure to join or purchase products, although I did because they were amazing! I would highly recommend ME to anyone searching for calm and relaxation. And I will definitely be coming back!

I have bounced around to different therapists here and have finally found my favorite! The receptionists up front are very nice and professional. The facility is very clean and looks great! Virginia is absolutely amazing!! I have been to so many massage therapists not only at ME but in the area and she really takes the cake. She is professional, gives an absolutely wonderful massage and truly allows you to relax. Very happy with having a membership here and with the experience as a whole.

For a chain this place is an exceptional outstanding well oiled machine. The nice young lady at the counter warmly welcomed me with introducing herself and walking me through the paper work. She then lead me to a wonderful room where they offered water and tea in a comfortable atmosphere to wait for the massage therapist. After just a few minutes Hannah met me, and after 60 minutes under her care I didn’t feel the need to cry after coming home from work the next day. Truly magical.

Me and my wife had the couple’s massage.Everything about this place was great, the front desk, the environment and the Masseuse. They all did a great job. The problem is I paid for an hour massage and only got 40mins. So the time I waited and the time I was filling out questions in the lobby I was being charged for this. Very misleading very disappointed about that!

Massage envy is great! The staff is amazing and everyone works to really make each session customized to exactly what you need. They offer you hot tea and water while you wait for your session to begin, they offer enhancements to go along with the session, and the therapists make sure you are comfortable the entire time. If you haven’t tried M.E. you need to, you won’t be disappointed!

John does an amazing deep tissue massage. There is hot tea, water and hot chocolate in the waiting room.

Very professional, clean, relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the 60 minute massage was FABULOUS!!! I would not only recommend it....ill go back myself. Very nice!

This was the best ever. It wasnt just pay and go. They take the time to get to know you through a questionnaire and they pay particular attention to it and your areas of interest. The entire area has a spa theme and is very refreshing. The costs are great for that you get. The massage therapists are personable and respectful. We did a couples massage and it was everything. Nothing I can complain about. If you are contemplating, dont think on it, just do it.

Very polite and professional staff. The clinic is clean, upscale, and inviting. Every time I have gotten a massage here, the therapists have worked efficiently to ensure that Ive felt ultimately relaxed. I love the tea collection in the tranquility room, as well as the assortment of essential oils up front (highly recommend Relax for aromatherapy!).

Very hesitant going in because it was my fist experience with massage/facial, but the staff there were all great and made me feel welcomed and comfortable during my sessions. Definitely recommend especially for first time massage goers! They really take the time to explain what will happen in your session and do a great job of focusing on you. Also a very nice facility! They run a tight ship and the services have always been far beyond my expectations. Zoe and Karen will always have my business, they know exactly all my spots and how to get rid of them. I’m not sure who is spreading all these false reviews on here. But I will continue to work for and give my business to Massage Envy in Winchester. If your looking to treat yourself to a spa day come in and get a massage and facial. If you are looking to get help with tightness or soreness. I know some great therapist. This is the truth!!!!

It upsets me to hear of disgruntled former employees making such damaging remarks about the Spa, management & services. Then to get others to go on the site & do the same is so juvenile! Just because there were reports of sexual assaults at a ME, this DOES NOT mean it happens in every single one.Call ME Winchester for an amazing therapy experience. U will not b disappointed!

I came into Massage Envy for a facial and massage. The staff was extermely friendly, outgoing and listened to all the things I was concerned about. The facial was absolutely the best experience in my life. I have never had a personal facial and I will certainly go back to have them often. The massage was also amazing. The building was very clean and inviting. I didnt feel uncomfortable during my massage and that was a worry. I was nervous and put at ease and relaxed. Thank you to all the very trained staff :)

I dont typically write reviews for services I receive, but I felt like my experience here deserved a review. I called around 1:30 on a Thursday afternoon, desperately in pain. I asked if they could possibly fit me in the same day around 5pm and, after explaining my pain and injury, she said she had an opening with a therapist at 4 who would be perfect for me. When I arrived I was instantly greeted, the receptionist even remembered me from speaking with me on the phone. I filled out my paperwork and was brought back into the tranquility room. I was only there for a few minutes before Jumanah came to get me. We discussed my injury, a cervical sprain I had received 8 weeks prior. Jumanah listened carefully and asked questions before discussing her plan of treatment for me. She made sure I was warm and comfortable throughout the massage, which was absolutely fantastic. Afterward she spoke with me about treatment and reminding me to drink lots of water. I will definitely return here again!

Would not recommend Martha. Her massage technique was very choppy, at times painful and not relaxing. I went in feeling fine and left with a knot in my back and pain in my shoulder. She also talked throughout the massage which made it even harder to relax. I had received a gift card and was very excited to try Massage Envy out, but was sadly very disappointed. I’m glad I didn’t have to pay for this massage, but disappointed my gift card went to waste.

This was my first time experiencing Massage Envy. I was really impressed with the quality of of Custer service and professionalism from the staff and the therapists. I cant wait until my next appointment.

Consumers new and old you have got to read and do all the research for yourself. This is no laughing matter the owners dont want you to know the truth do there own misconduct so they relied on these great reviews to fool you. I agree with the other reviews, public information is free and in no way in any of these reviews that I read RECENTLY said anything bad about any therapist. This starts with the owners own public statement to the press and people/clients are calling him out on it. Did he truly conduct a full back ground check on his employees and parlor to service on his clients? And since when the police chief give permits??? Doesnt he run the whole police force and or was he the same guy that serve me my breakfast at the drive thru??? Lets not get all emotional about what these reviews said but check public information (its free) and see for yourself. You owe it to yourself and your hard earn money. Consumers Beware!

I have enjoyed this new facility since it opened. My last session was a hot stone massage. Shame on you ME - you can do much better with this. I am not commenting onthe skills of the therapist, but on the limited and questionable benefit of the extra cost associated with this type of service. It felt choppy, incomplete and not how I wanted to remember my sessions with ME.

Love this place. The staff is professional and friendly. I am a client of two masseuses that I rotate between every other week. They are both excellent in sports massage and deep tissue massage. Kylene and Taime are the best and Kylene has been helping me with a pinched nerve in my lower back. I was on steroids and nerve pain medication and Kylene was able to bring my pain level down from a seven to a three. Amazing!

Ive received two massage services from ME. One lady smell alcohol really bad, another massage session the lady wouldnt shut up. She kept telling me about her trips, her job hunting at the hospital, the owners bought new cars and she wants the life style like them and on and on. As for facial my sister got one from this lady and the whole session was to steam her face and thats it. I dont think shes licensed. Front desk was no better, the high school kids roll their eyes at you when you ask them questions and they all were so over kill on selling memberships. How trashy is that! The place look nice but lack so much professional work ethics. I will never sign up for membership and will no longer waste my money on them. Ive tried giving them so many chances but they fail me. They want you to think theyre professional but lack on so many level. All I wanted was massage and to relax. But to have someone work on you and just wouldnt shut up was the last straws for me. Ill spend my hard earn money else where. Zero star from me.

Update 5/26Went to the rescheduled facial and was very pleased. My esthetician was very knowledgeable and attentive to my skin care needs. She offered some great advice for my skin care troubles and answered all of my questions while delivering a relaxing facial that left me glowing. Additionally, I was offered a free extra 30 minutes due to the trouble when I first cam in. Despite the initial troubles I highly recommend ME!5/18Went in as a new client ready for my first facial from ME but unfortunately once I wad taken to the back my esthetician met me and told me we couldnt do the facial because of the simple topical medication I was using on my face. I stopped using the medication 48 hours before the appointment but she told me I needed to stop medication 5 days before the facial, which I could have easily done but I was not informed of this when the appointment was made. There was no mention of stopping medication that early before the appointment so I was definitely disappointed when I walked out without a facial. Both the esthetician and front desk staff were friendly about it and quickly made a new appointment but unfortunately it was not a great first impression.

Went to Massage Envy in Winchester for the first time for a massage, the front desk lady’s were very nice and helpful when I came in. I don’t remember the masseuse’s name but she was great! She really focused on my problem areas, and was so professional about making me feel comfortable and makeing sure the pressure was ok. The week after I got a facial. The esthetician was so informed about skin and helped me figure out what was causing my breakouts!!! Needless to say I am over the hill with my outcome of going. The very next day some of my pimples were completely gone!!! I will totally be back again and again for both massages and facials. Loved it!!!
