I had no issues,was there in a timely manner and didnt have a long waiting for them to answer my call and I guess the fare was ok & for straight fare it cost me$34,so I dont know how much a round trip would cost.But all & all the vehicle was clean and didnt smell,& one other thing is that if you want to pay with cash you better have the exact amount because Im assuming the drivers dont carry cash to give you change back & the reason am saying this is because my driver couldnt change out for me so I had to use my card

I used the service twice and the hold time before getting a dispatcher was very little. The first time I called I didnt even have the full address but told the dispatcher the street name and store I was near and she found it. I waited less than 10 minutes for a taxi which was great. The 2nd time, I also only had to wait about 10 minutes before the cab arrived. The price was reasonable compared to a different companys taxi that I had used and I didnt have any issues.

Great recommendation! We used them to take us to the airport during the Labor Day Holiday and bring us back home.

I called the number listed on the linked webpage and requested ASAP cab service. I provided my address, my destination address, and was given a quote of the approximate cost for the trip. After over an hour, I called to find out the status and was told they did not have a request in their system. I made an online reservation through their linked website for the next morning at 9:00 am and, once again, the cab did not show up. Upon another call, I was informed that service was not offered to my zip code (even though they had quoted a price for the ride the day before and had provided no other notification). If you enjoy making reservations for a cab and conversing with dispatchers, this is the place for you. However, if you enjoy actually having a requested cab show up to take you to your destination, look elsewhere.

This women took as much as an hour to pick us up . She barley made it to our house she went to a diffrent place then showed up to ours . I do not recommend calling a taxi its the worst service and most of all they got me in trouble because they took so long . This place sucks a**
