Dan has been taking care of my vehicles for over 5 years. Top notch service! Started with my eclipse getting tinted. Has never faded or give me any issues after all these years. So when I purchased my new Colorado, he did the tint on that as well. This week he put in new headlights on the eclipse. This man is definitely professional, honest and courteous in every way. Highly recommended.

The tint looks amazing. They really do quality work.When I went they were booked up pretty far in advance but it was definitely worth the wait.The prices are also aggressively reasonable. Will definitely use them for the next thing I need tinted.Very helpful staff that didnt make feel talked down to even a little bit.And the heat-blocking is incredible; I can get in my car on a 96° day and touch metal without getting burnt at all.

I was very worrisome, I was indecisive on what percent I wanted and all. They took their time on my truck and made sure I got what I wanted. I would recommend, and I would return. My sister had her windows done here a while ago and her tint still looks very good. They never made me feel like I was bothering them even though I knew I was 🤣. 5star quality business.

Tinted my taillights, 5% sunstrip on my windshield and just rebadged my car. Honest prices and honest with his work. Will always bring my vehicle back to Innovative Installations. Even if you just have question for him, bring your car by hell look at it and answer all your questions.

After being recommended by a friend and seeing the job that they did on his windows, they were the first people I went to. They did an excellent job and had it done very quickly. Could not ask for a better experience and great quality work. Looks like the windows came tinted from the factory. Keep up the good work!

I went to their office one morning to get an estimate for tinting three windows and a door at my house (which they do). I gave the man my phone number and address. He said they were a little busy, but he would call me later that afternoon. It has been about two weeks and no one called, no one came by, no one followed up with me in any way. That’s no way to treat a customer! I have already called a company in Raleigh, had a rep visit my house, give me an estimate, and schedule me for installation.

Very professional people and they dont talk down to you like you were born yesterday and that is nice to have people not making automotive service centers look bad

The place to go for professional job

This business is a one man operated. Ive tried to get in several times and can never get in. Scheduling is horrible and the woman at the front counter could care less. Ive had to call several times to try to get in and nothing has come to fruition. Demand and supply is obviously not important here. They are maybe the only tint shop in Wilson so i guess it doesnt matter. But i will not recommend due to the lack of customer service. Good luck trying to get in.
