Been using this practice for over 30 years. Service and quality of work has always been spot on. I always feel like they truly care about me and my results. Getting ready for them to treat the 3rd generation. I would recommend this practice for adults and kids with no hesitation.

Everyone in my family goes here, including my in-laws. All the staff are friendly and take extra care of you. We typically see Dr. Dixon and he is absolutely wonderful. I had INVISALIGN and Dr. Dixon worked his magic to improve my smile and I am so proud of the outcome. Dr. Dixon and and his staff have always gone above and beyond to provide exceptional dental care to me each and every time. The dentists in this office are by far the best in the industry. They will not let you leave until you are completely take care of and satisfied. We absolutely love this practice and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to Ham, Dixon & Boles since I moved to Wilson in 2010. Prior to being treated at this office I was terrified of going to the dentist but knew that it was necessary. I absolutely dreaded it until Marlo cleaned my teeth the first time. She was amazing, gentle, friendly, and eased my fears. My dentist is Dr. Dixon and he’s great too. He’s never treated me poorly and quite frankly is pretty personable and takes time to speak to me even when they are super busy. In fact, I had an issue with a tooth that Doctor Dixon fixed, easing the pain in one visit. I have also been treated by Dr. Ham and Dr. Boles III. Both of them are also amazing dentists, friendly, and personable. They make you feel as though you are family while you are sitting in their chairs. The girls at the front desk are always super nice, have pretty smiles and make you feel welcome when you walk in the door or even when you call.This office is not like corporate dentists where they care about a dollar. Doctor Ham, Doctor Dixon, Doctor Boles III, Doctor Price and their team truly care about the patients, their treatment, and making them SMILE!I would totally recommend this place to anyone!

Drs. Ham, Dixon and Boles are by far the best, most professional dentists around this town. They make you feel comfortable during your visit and deliver great, quality work. The staff is friendly and courteous. I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore. Dr. Boles III has never once caused any pain and constantly made sure I was comfortable during my procedure. They give back to the community as Dr. Dixon took time to run a 5k with my granddaughter for the Robin Run. This office is great and you will not be treated like a patient, but instead a family member. Visit the practice and see for yourself!

I wore the gap for years and felt good about it, until one day I wanted and needed that million dollar smile. So I casually spoke with Dr. Dixon about INVISALIGN one day at a regular hygiene check up and he gave me a quote right there on the spot. The price was far more favorable that I had imagined and I had an appointment 2 weeks later to get the process started. Dr. Dixon was great and very easy to work with along the way. A little over a year later I have straight teeth for the first time in my life and I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Dixon or anyone over in the staff at the Ham, Boles & Dixon office. Great service, great results.

Best dentist office ever! My entire family goes here and have always received excellent care & treatment. Staff is absolutely awesome! Very courteous, friendly & compassionate.

My wife went in to get a cap and told Dr Dixon that every cap she has received always needs a root canal. Of course they didn’t listen to a women and after placing the permanent cap on her tooth, sure enough two weeks later she needs a root canal. So they drill through the new cap we just spent $1200 on and did a root canal. Once the numbness wore off she was in excruciating pain and called. The good Dr told her to take some Advil. Well, needless to say that didn’t work and I come home to see her rocking on the sofa in unbearable pain. We are back at the dentist now so let’s see what they do. Ever since Dr Boles senior has been forced out this practice hasn’t been the same. We are definitely changing dentist. Utterly dissatisfied and would never, ever recommend. Go somewhere else you’ll be glad you did!

I dont want to share my experience with these folks because then they might get a bunch of new people and make it harder to get an appointment! I hate dentists! Ive been to 4 dentist offices before coming here. Ive finally found one that can handle someone with dentaphobia! Dr Boles is excellent! His staff is awesome! But didnt tell anyone. It will be hard to get an appointment!

This morning I had my first appointment with Dr. Dixon and his assistant, Dana. I thoroughly enjoyed them working as a team on my root canal. The woman who checked me out did not have the kindest attitude, but I can over look that since I had such an amazing dental team. I plan to make Dr. Dixon my primary dentist from now on.

I have been a patient of the practice for 14 years and I have always experienced nothing but the best customer service from everyone who works at Boles, Ham, Dixon, and Boles. I have seen all of the doctors, but I am most familiar with Dr. Dixon. He and his staff have always gone above and beyond to provide exceptional dental care to me each and every time.

I was a patient here for over 6 years and experienced prejudice treatment. When I asked for a release form to switch doctors they (especially the girl at the front) maybe a week ago and I have experienced this in the past as well with another lady that worked there with billing, was VERY inconsiderate and portrayed to NOT even care about losing a long term patient, did not even ask why, was not apologetic, did not ask any questions whatsoever, simply replied, Oh sure, of course! Made me feel VERY unappreciated. This is not good customer service, not the kind of person I would want to be front and center of my business. Absolutely no empathy at ALL.

Ive been going to this office for a few years now and had my teeth cleaned Thursday. Really great experience since I hate going to the dentist. Everyone that works there is very polite and knowledgeable and my dentist Dr. Dixon is always amazing when I go in. Keep up the great work!
