We contracted with Supreme Pools in April 2019 to install a fiberglass pool into our back yard. The permitting process took forever and it seemed as though I was always having to call Supreme to prod them into checking into the permit status. I finally had to intervene and call the county myself to get the approval.When digging finally began, that’s when the problems also began. They hit a lot of rock and sandstone a few feet down and had to get heavy equipment brought in. I asked to keep the rock for landscape purposes but I saw some of the larger, nicely shaped rocks loaded onto their truck and taken away. When I said something about this, I was told I had to be mistaken. This I let go.During the concrete pour for the surround, the crew went against our direction and had the concrete truck try to back closer to the area and ran over and crushed the cover to the septic tank. This stayed open for two weeks while waiting for them to come back and put a new cover on.The stamped concrete surround was double stamped in a couple of areas and after complaining I was told it would fade out after sealer and stain was applied. No. We had asked for a specific color in the concrete but did not get it. They installed lights in the pool that were different than what we initially chose. We were told later that what we wanted was not what we ordered even thought was discussed previously during purchase. The railing at the steps was installed with one totally different than what we asked for. They did eventually get that one right.Numerous problems with cracking concrete, tearing out damaged areas and replacing walkway with concrete that did not match and having to replace and stamp a second time. It is still not a match for the original. Just before Christmas last year, a gasket in one of the lights failed and 12” to 16” water leaked out underground. They had to four out a large area of concrete to repair light. New concrete was different color and finish than surrounding. Was told that it would take months for it to cure and match. It’s now lighter than surrounding. Patio that was poured later cured out with brown streaks and their fix was just a paint on topping that is not matched to color of other.We had a leaking waterfall feature that the water outlet looked terrible and crooked. After numerous complaints, I was told that they were just going to rip it all out because “I just can’t seem to be satisfied with anything they try to do”Right now, the cantilever edge in the pool in starting to crack and chunks of concrete are breaking off and falling into the pool. The stained, stamped concrete around pool is darker than asked for and in summer was too hot to walk on. (135 degrees with meter)All of these items and numerous others. Plus there has never even been a final inspection with the building permit! Complaints now fall on deaf ears. I tried to leave some comments on their Facebook page but they were deleted and I am now blocked from commenting.One star is probably a stretch for this company

Went in here a couple times to pick up pool supplies and the guy that helped me was very nice and helpful I just wished they were open mon thru Saturday

Supreme installed a small pool for me in the fall/winter of 2020 and I am happy with the responsiveness and quality of construction. As with any type construction, the weather plays a intricate role in progress and 2020 was WET! Suffered several rain delays but I understood because my job is impacted by weather as well. Anytime I have a question, (first pool), Ben would respond with support or have a employee stop by. We are excited to get to warm weather to actual have the family over to enjoy the pool!

Ben and he his company did a great job of working with us to build our pool. We were on a budget and they worked with us to get us into our new pool. We came into this knowing nothing about having a pool built. They helped us along all the way. Thanks so much for the great experience!

Please look at the pattern of reviews, we didn’t before we used them. Unfortunately our family became a victim. We made a mistake and paid in good faith so the owner would finish the project. This company has left our family with a subpar pool project. Not only does it look horrible, concrete is falling off of the sides. Horrible job and failure to fix the huge issues at a friends pool job in Emerald Isle. Refuses to fix. Do NOT use this company.

They helped us open our brand new pool and gave us detailed instructions as we have never had a pool before. They were incredibly patient with us despite being overwhelmed with other customers and orders. We will definitely be return customers and I recommend anyone who goes there just be patient with them as they have a lot of customers calling or coming in that need help and he line is usually out the door for their services!

Supreme Pools came highly recommended to us from a friend. We have never owned a spa before and Supreme Pools was more than accommodating to our needs.
