From what I have experienced isnt good for helping kids, Ive called and called left message after message to get these kids in counseling no response. Arent they supposed to be helping instead of hurting them. Ive been out of work to help kids but as far as I can see nothing to help me help them. I would at least like a response. I could of already have them taken for counseling.

Because of covid-19 actually be seen but you can go in to drop off applications or pick up applications, they were very professional and I was called in a timely matter.

Very nice case workers. They have wonderful programs for single parents and families. Learn new ways to handle all kinds of situations. They dont tell you what to do, they listen to you and help you cope with everything.

The agents never answer their phones, and then when you leave a message they never call you back. Its like theyre trying to avoid you on purpose!!! Its really annoying when they have only approved you for 6 months of Medicaid and an employee decided to quit but then also decided not to let their clients know so were stuck calling and calling, leaving messages with no response!! But the real kick in the face is that the supervisor wont call you back either after multiple phone calls and voicemails. Only leaving your child with one month of active Medicaid because the agents decided they didnt feel like doing their job!

They will do their best to help! Staff are great.

Not helpful at all. They already have their mind made up instead of listening to the real story. They get so many people lying to them that they don’t know the truth when they hear it. They want to be buddies with the big wig lawyers instead of actually helping the truly needy citizens. I hope it comes back to bite them one day.

Aside from the ongoing construction, my visit was good. Employees were very nice, helpful and courteous. No long wait. There was a security guard at both the front and back entrance, nice and helpful too.

The people that work here for the most part are the most rude and heartless people I have ever encountered. Some people don’t want to be in a position to have to ask for help so when they do and they are greeted with a condescending attitude or by someone who acts like they are above truly assisting you, it really hurts and is counterproductive. There are people who would love to do their jobs and have a better attitude about it. If I have to express empathy at my job about people’s car loans then these employees should most definitely have to do the same.

This place gets the job done. Weve had a few issues arise the last few weeks that was quickly handled by the very capable staff. They have made the experience very nice even during renovations.

Great staff. Go early and have your stuff together. If you have no clue what your doing, be patient and they will walk you through the steps. Just be ready for alot of time sensitive trips around town and back again.

They are not helpful at all when you call the customer service line. They are unorganized with paperwork and they give you the run around when it comes to child support or paternity results. I went to take my daughter for a paternity test way at the very end of June and still have not received my result and its January now they claim it was sent out but it wont.

Has got to be the slowest place on Earth. This is day 2 I have sat all day to not be helped. There is absolutely no one here and a parking lot filled with employee cars. Whats the deal?

I have been on hold for about 45 minutes and keep getting transferred from person to person, and have even been hung up on once. All I want to do is ask one simple question. The customer service is horrible!!

Getting better on wait time. And Im actually learning they have a lot of ways to help the community that I didnt know they had.

The experience I have had her at Wilson County Social Services has been pleasant with wonderful people and great customer service.

The Child support agencies are committing fraud. Committing identity theft by using your ss number from the baby moms or custodial parent without your permission. CS IS FEDERALLY FUNDED..NOT STATE FUNDED. It is a business. They can not enforce Federal laws. You can sue everybody!!!!!!!!!!

On Friday, my husband was told by an intake worker that he could not schedule an appointment with his eligibility worker. His phone calls to her arent being returned.

It always takes forever and the workers act as if the benefits are coming out of their own pocket...nasty attitudes also.

Wasnt ready to empty my pockets like that....

Use you where you go when you getting close to or have hit rock bottom for help most of the employees are pretty friendly
