Absolutely terrible experience!! Had them come out due to my alarm bracket breaking and falling into the water, causing the alarm to go off. They came (like 6 employees) and “fixed” that issue and and drained the tank. Over $600 just for that! Fast forward to a week later, my tank is full and backing up on top of the ground. Call them back to address this issue that started right after they left. They proceeded to tell me, without asking any questions, that just pump was bad and that they would come fix it right away for a quote of over $2,000! That is absolutely insane. Especially to find out that the only issue was that this company never turned the pump back on when they left! Nor did they cover the holes back up. I called a much more reputable company who is not out to rob people to support their high price lifestyle!Once the new company came out, it was discovered that this company had spliced wires for the floats and wrapped them with electrical tape and just threw them back in the water, I guess so they wouldn’t be seen. Not to mention the lack of communication about their work! 10/10 do not recommend this company! I had a much more professional company come out and do the repairs and not try to rob me.

I called Creechs plumbing for some preventative work on my septic system. The scheduling was fast and easy. The technician informed me when he was on his way, he was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The tech was able to answer all of my questions and took care of the job in a timely manner. I used them a second time for a separate matter and the experience was just as good. I absolutely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

We had our septic tank emptied and it turns out it was almost to the top. They got us an appointment quickly. Sent a text with the picture of the serviceman coming, and a link to a map to track his arrival and at the end they even sent us pictures to show us what they did which makes it easier that they did everything like cleaning the filter. Thankful for Creechs work. I called seeking help with a waste water drainage issue at an old country house. After describing the problem, Creechs recommended pumping the septic tank. I did not know where the tank was located but with their experienced workers, they were able to locate it and to not only pump it out but to clean out the roots in it too. They stuck around afterwards and waited to see if all inside drain areas were functioning now and when they were not, they recommended that we give them permission to use their hydro jetter. We did, and what a difference the two combined services have made. The tank has been cleaned out and the main drain line too and the house is now functioning very well. They showed up when they said they would and left everything functioning well and looking good too. From the phone receptionist to the on-site workers, all of Creechs employees were cordial and very helpful.

The septic tank needed pumping out due to all the rain. Also, found the main issue was a clog in the line from the septic tank to the house. They used another tool to clear the clog and all was fixed. Very nice, knowledgeable, professional and timely. Would definitely recommend.

They were on time...very informative on what to expect in the future...also offered tips on how to prevent from having this problem again too soon. They were very professional and pleasant. Will gladly contact them with any future needs.

They are very professional but a little pricey. Rather pay a little more and be assured that I am receiving the best service . I would recommend them if you need more than just a basic septic pump out. They have the equipment to do a thorough inspection unlike many others.

I could have let someone else come back and do my septic tank but I chose to pay you all a little extra just because of their friendliness and personalities. And so here I will say that the only reason I would not recommend you all is because you are a little more expensive than other places and I did have some reserve in calling back to schedule the service.

Creech’s plumbing showed up on time, got started right away. Worked steady throughout the whole process, communicated with the inspector directly and arranged inspection. Creechs scheduled us quickly, arrived right on time to a tad early and worked quickly and professionally. Their technicians appeared to know exactly what to do: when it turned out my information from the former owner on the septic access was completely wrong, they located it in just minutes and were done pumping fast. They even took photos to verify their work. This was the only firm out of five that responded to my Angies List inquiry, so I was quite pleased the bill was very reasonable and exactly as quoted. Only critique I have for them: Covid 19 is at its highest level right now, and they arrived without any masks. My husband is recouping from a heart attack; I am immuno compromised and diabetic. I almost sent them away because of not having masks. Deleted 1 star since they were not prepared. After 8 months of Covid, they should have been prepared with masks.

Came prepared to fix most anything with a failed septic system. Uncle Eddie can safely unload now at Christmas.

After 22 years I figured it was time to have our septic system pumped and inspected. Stacy and his crew arrived in a timely fashion and went right to work. After they located all the lids and inspected the system I was given several options I could choose from. They went right to work and answered any of the questions I had about my system without hesitation. I highly recommend them and will have them inspect our system on a regular basis now. My only minus was the cost of the Drain Field Treatment. It only took about 20 mins if that and I really didnt understand why it cost so much to run a pressure washer nozzle down a pipe.

Creechs was able to come out the day I called them and the Owner came out and was able to tell me the problem within 15 minutes after two other companies failed to fix my septic problem. They were able to knock the job out in one day. Stacy stayed on the job and made sure it was done right! Top notch company, call Creechs if you want the problem fixed the first time. There are a lot of clueless individuals in this profession but Stacy knows his stuff! You get what you pay for in this industry.

Great customer relation

Unreasonable and dishonest:We asked from this company for estimate to change main line for 16 apartments (4 buildings, 4 apartments in each building). They charged us to give estimate. They sent us an estimate for $91,271.25 (this did not include replacing any pipes inside the units).With another certified plumber who completed work, it costed us fraction of Creechs estimate including inspection. I saw one of Creechs owners response about quality of work. Other plumber gave us 2-year warranty and it has been about 2-years, we only had one minor issue and he stood by his work.Earlier, I didnt feel that it was fair to write a review for their unreasonable pricing as everyone has their own pricing, but today we were laughing about their quote after couple of years and took the estimate out to show others.Then noticed that estimate said 4 buildings 3 units each total 12 units. This meant that they even didnt bother to go visit the property before giving estimate. I believe that this definitely qualifies as dishonesty. So, thought that we should share this with others.

We called them on Sat. (Outside their regular working hours) and left a message. We also discovered that we could set up an online appt, which we did for that Monday and left a brief description of our situation. Mrs. Creech called me back the same day (Sat.). I told her if they could get here sooner than the appointed time Monday, that would be great; the sooner the better.They arrived 2 hrs earlier than the appointed time (which was absolutely GREAT). Long story short: we ended up having to replace our whole septic system, something which we were not prepared for. Not only did they help us get financed, but let us know that if we were denied by the finance company, they would help us refinance in-house. We were able to get financed. They were very professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, respectful, courteous and very sensitive to our needs. I couldnt imagine calling anyone else for my septic or plumbing needs! They are a true blessing to me!

They were very professional and customer friendly

We called them on Friday and they came out on Monday. That is the best i can say. Once they arrived they wanted to sell us on a camera inspection of the drain lines. We passed. They then attempted (unsuccessfully) to snake the drain. Once that didnt work they changed to a jet and were able to get the main drain clear. They were told that one of the sink drains stopped as a result of the main drain being clogged and that needed to be cleared. All of this was a result of the main drain being clogged. They removed the p-trap and then left and said they had to speak with their boss tomorrow. We called two days later (3 times before we got an answer) and were told that they hadnt done anything to the backed up sink drain (they had since they removed the p-trap) and when challenged they said that we would have to pay them to come out again to snake that sink and would have to pay as if this were an unrelated item (which it wasnt). Rather than charging us for the extra time they wanted to gouge us. If you want a plumber to charge you for a half done job they are a great choice. If you want a plumber to take care of the issue with your best interest at heart I would run screaming from them. Arrived at 9:27 a.m. left at 11:02 a.m. sent a bill for $1,066 which had no material on it. You decide.

Creech’s was called on a Wednesday afternoon and they came out the next morning. They were extremely helpful and professional! They answered all of my questions and fixed all of the issues we had with our septic! They coherently described the issues and quickly and professionally fixed the issues.

Amazing customer service and very fair prices. Septic tank filled to the point it was backing up out of the drains. I initially called and the lady was very professional, and told me up front they were booked from the aftermath of a snow storm (totally understandable). Tracy called me himself 30 minutes later and was able to fit me in his schedule, and came out within a couple hours. He was very professional, knowledgable, did an excellent job, and I enjoyed talking with him while he worked. Highly recommend Creechs and wont call anyone else for my plumbing or septic needs.

This isn’t the place to call if you want a cheap plumber. But you get what you pay for. I’ve subcontracted several jobs to Creech’s, and every time they have been extremely professional, on time, and thorough with their work. They have more equipment for a wide range of jobs than any plumber I’ve noticed around town. They are very diversified in their service offerings.

Had them out about a month ago. Very friendly, but after they cleaned my septic and flushed the line they then told me my whole piping system needed to be replaced. That none of the stuff they had just done would fix the issue. They said it would be around $3500. So I called someone else that said if it needed to be fully replaced it would cost $1200 through them. Turns out we only needed a couple of sections replaced and that was it. Paid creeches around $500 to tell me they wanted to charge me another $3500.12/19/18In response to the owners comments, all I have to say is this is the type of condescending attitude you get when questioning the information you are given. He actually told us the day he was at our house that he was the one that did the pipes years ago. Google reviews are to help others or when trying to make a decision. I stated nothing but facts and there was no reason to contact you further. We paid you for the work you did and I reviewed you accordingly.

Creechs Plumbing is a professional and honest plumbing company. We have enjoyed working with Stacy and his teams on a couple jobs. You want straight answers and real solutions to the problems they are the ones to talk to.
